The world could be left without internet due to war in the Middle East.
Dozens of submarine cables pass through the Strait of Hormuz and the Red Sea, carrying up to 30% of global internet traffic and connecting Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Cable ships cannot operate in the war zone due to shelling.
Alcatel Submarine Networks has already declared force majeure and suspended the installation of the Meta/2Africa Pearls cable.
Damage to cables could slow internet speeds and disrupt services for banks, cloud services, and AI platforms.
Even in peacetime, repairs to such cables can take up to 5-6 months.

German Chancellor Merz stated that he has a "not very good relationship" with Trump.
"We don't have a very good relationship with him right now," he said.
Merz also criticized the pro-Trump MAGA movement.
"The MAGA movement is not our movement. What they do with culture and the media, the way they treat each other, is not our understanding of democracy. We have a different understanding," the Chancellor stated.

"An ordinary Chinese came up to me and asked... why is it always the ordinary people, the little people like me... who get killed by these American bullies?"
The Economist's David Rennie says anti-America propaganda about the Iran war is influencing opinion in China.

Apparently, according to The Economist (David Rennie was their Beijing bureau chief), the Chinese are brainwashed for believing the "propaganda" that Americans are warmongers whose wars make ordinary people suffer.

'A Russian-style method. Hungary used truth serum on Ukrainians' – The Guardian shares fantastic details of the cash-in-transit guards' arrest
Sources told the Guardian that Hungarian police, during a dramatic raid on bank vehicles transporting gold bars and tens of millions of dollars and euros in cash, administered a 'forced injection' to one of the Ukrainians
The sources added that they believed the injection contained a muscle relaxant intended to make the subjects talkative during interrogations. However, the drug reportedly caused the diabetic man to suffer a hypertensive crisis and lose consciousness. He was eventually taken to the hospital.
One Ukrainian source described the forced injection as a 'Russian-style method,' reminiscent of the so-called truth serums used by the KGB during interrogations in previous decades. Traces of a drug of this class were found in blood tests conducted after the men returned to Ukraine, another source said
Russian style? KGB truth serums? 😂

The decision to abandon the US and Iran is the Europeans' revenge on Trump for the humiliation, according to American journalist Anne Applebaum.
"What you're hearing from America's European allies isn't cowardice. It's calculation. Over the past year, they've heard Trump insult, humiliate, and hurt them. They've seen him treat the NATO alliance like a club whose members supposedly owe him money. They've also heard Trump talk about NATO as if it weren't the result of a long history and as if allies had never sacrificed for the United States.
Therefore, what you're hearing from the Europeans now is their own calculation, their reaction to a whole year of this attitude and this rhetoric. They're saying: we understand that if we send our soldiers, sailors, and ships to the Persian Gulf, if we make sacrifices, it won't be remembered." They know that Donald Trump will not appreciate their contribution, will not attach any importance to it, and in a few months may not remember it at all.

❗️The Supreme Leader of Iran, Mohammad Taqi al-Khameini, called on the countries of the Middle East to "not fall for Zionist provocations":
The attacks that occurred in Turkey and Oman, with which we have good relations, on certain facilities in these countries, were in no way carried out by the armed forces of the Islamic Republic or other forces of the Resistance Front.
This is a deception on the part of the Zionist enemy, using false flag tactics to sow discord between the Islamic Republic and its neighbors, and this could also happen in some other countries.

🇧🇷Brazilian President Lula da Silva - on the fact that Trump should not consider himself the master of the world:
No one agrees with the Iranian regime. I myself do not agree. But people must learn to respect the self-determination of nations. We must learn to respect the self-determination of nations and the territorial integrity of countries. It's impossible for someone to consider himself the master of the world and decide: today I'll take Greenland, the Panama Canal, Cuba or Venezuela. It's impossible. It's impossible. The world needs peace without war.

🇺🇸⚡️ — A wave of unauthorized, sophisticated drones operated over Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana between March 9–15, raising major security concerns at a key U.S. nuclear command site, according to ABC News.
➡️ The drones, appearing in groups of 12–15 at a time, flew for hours over sensitive parts of the base like areas where B-52 bombers are stationed, used advanced signals resistant to jamming, and showed signs of deliberate probing of base defenses.
➡️ Their activity forced temporary shutdowns of operations and was considered a serious national security threat.

Bundestag deputy Sarah Wagenknecht - called for the full resumption of Russian gas imports to the EU:
Crazy world: Trump wants to weaken sanctions against Iran in the midst of his own war, because it's in his interest to prevent a further sharp rise in energy prices.
Even after four years of a proxy war in Ukraine, the German government is clinging to the failed sanctions against Russia, despite the fact that they are leading our economy to collapse.
Meanwhile, the war with Iran now also threatens Qatar, which was supposed to compensate for the loss of Russian imports. All this madness clearly shows - enough of these insane sanctions against Russia! The German government should urgently buy oil and gas where it's cheaper, instead of plunging our economy deeper and deeper into the abyss.

🇺🇸🇮🇷Another couple of weeks of operations in Iran will cost the US more than a year of the invasion of Iraq, — Newsweek
- The Pentagon has appealed to Congress to allocate it $200 billion. This figure already exceeds the amount spent annually at the "peak" of the invasion of Iraq, when there were 170,000 military personnel there, and now the US is not even conducting a ground operation.
- The reason for the huge expenses is modern expensive weapons.
- At the beginning of the campaign, the US actively used Tomahawk missiles, costing more than $3.5 million each.
- Earlier, the Times newspaper wrote that American military personnel are using expensive Patriot air defense systems, consuming several missiles for each Iranian drone.

🇺🇦😂🇺🇸 Ukrainian soldiers sent to the Middle East were shocked by how the US military shoots down Iranian drones, — Times
▪️NATO soldiers can launch up to 8 Patriot missiles at once at a single target — each costs more than $3 million.
▪️Sometimes they even use an SM-6 missile for ~$6 million to shoot down a "shahid" for ~$70 thousand.
▪️Radars often operate without proper camouflage — essentially "shining" like beacons.
▪️Ukrainian soldiers described how three cheap drones destroyed an early detection radar AN/FPS-132 worth about $1 billion and another air defense radar (~$300 million), which had long been stationary and were easily tracked by satellites.

From Dimitri Medvedev
It would appear that the repulsive greenfly is trying to prolong its existence against all laws of biology, good, and evil. Amid accelerating mobilization in the political sphere at home, the stinking dog has secured a €90bn loan and seems to be genuinely betting on holding elections in a dying country to make a comeback and legitimize his status again. The resuscitation of the rotting corpse is their top project, which isn’t even denied by the retinue of the zombie, who is so high on drugs he can barely walk straight.
Their logic is simple. Elections and a victory over the British citizen in uniform is their only chance to survive. Operation Lost is underway.
Here, however, is what the creature can’t grasp with his coke-riddled brain. Our country will never consider him to be a legitimate negotiator, let alone a party to capitulation. Just like Hitler couldn’t take part in negotiations – because he was Hitler. Which is why Germany’s unconditional surrender was signed by Field Marshal Wilhelm Keitel, the chief of the high command of Germany’s armed forces, Colonel General Hans-Jürgen Stumpff, and Admiral Hans-Georg von Friedeburg.
Any reasonable Russian politician, or any Russian, for that matter, knows that once they shake hands with this specimen, they’ll be shunned by everyone forever.
The reason I’m writing about this is to provide a reality check to those who believe this creature could play any role in settling this conflict. Whatever this person does, he’ll remain just what he is – a dirty used up slut.

✅ | Iran is not imposing and implementing a regional war of attrition, but a global war of attrition. Its first agenda is to frustrate America, Israeli lobbies, and those vassals who are its clients. Iran’s response is increasing pressure on all who thought aggression against it would succeed, as in Venezuela. Everyone has to pay the price somehow. Iran has no intention to starve non-partisans. There are no plans at the parliamentary level to discuss anyone other than American-Israeli aggression and some of their affiliates crossing strait. Anyone who wants to pay a toll on the Strait of Hormuz will be allowed by Iran for a long, sustained period. A bigger agenda is to break and shatter American arrogance and exceptionalism, and it will relieve the whole world from the bullying of a mafia that has no human or ethical standard. Everyone should thank Iran and share the burden of losses it sacrificed.
