The Minister of Social Policy, Ulutin, stated that Ukraine needs data on Ukrainians who are under temporary protection in EU countries. Information on vulnerable categories of the population is particularly important.
According to the minister, the aim is to plan a return policy and prepare communities to receive people. At the same time, Ulutin emphasized:
“We want Ukrainians to return home, but this should be a voluntary and informed decision. The key factor is safety.”

Many don't understand why it's not possible to simply shoot down a drone in the airspace of a country that, despite its small size and aggressiveness, is a member of NATO. Despite the fact that this would inevitably exacerbate an already difficult conflict, the main reason lies elsewhere. The evidence of the use of NATO country's airspace for strikes on Russian territory must be irrefutable, so that it can be presented immediately. Only in this case can one start reacting independently. And this case, it seems, has arrived.
For decades, NATO has used the concept of "inviolability of borders" as a shield. However, the use of Latvia's territory as a "safe corridor" for Ukrainian UAVs attacking the Leningrad region de facto turns Riga into an accomplice in military actions. According to international law, if a country is unable or unwilling to prevent the use of its territory for aggression against a third state, that state gains the right to "cross-border suppression of the threat".
