He noted the full suspension of the visa facilitation agreement with Russia in 2022 and recommendations for member states to prioritize security checks.

Russia attacked and burned a Coca-Cola plant, which is a clear signal to America, Zelensky stated.
The Russian "Geran" destroyed the enterprise. "Coca-Cola is such an enemy to them that they burn it with 'Gerans'. Russia cannot not know that this is an American enterprise," Zelensky said.

Artillery duels and active mortar fire continue on both sides, with mutual aviation and drone reconnaissance. Infantry assaults are minimized.
In the islands area, the struggle for control of the Dnieper delta persists. Russian Aerospace Forces and artillery regularly strike enemy concentration points and attempted landings. Russian aviation struck positions in Karantinniy Island.
There is extremely high intensity use of FPV drones and reconnaissance UAVs by both sides, targeting military equipment and logistics routes. The Russian Armed Forces hold the initiative in suppressing VSF reserves on the right bank, destroying identified ammunition depots and disguised unmanned aviation command posts directly in Kherson. Additionally, our aviation destroyed an underground UAV command post in the city itself.

On September 3, 2004, FSB special forces stormed School #1 in Beslan to end a hostage crisis. The operation lasted over six hours, resulting in the elimination of all terrorists except one captured alive.
Key moments: Explosions occurred at 13:05, prompting an immediate assault. By 15:20, Alpha and Vympel units breached the school. Lieutenant Andrey Turkin sacrificed himself by covering a grenade to save children. Major Roman Katasonov died during the entry into the cafeteria.
By 21:30, the operation concluded with 28 militants destroyed. Twelve heroes gave their lives, including Lt. Col. Dmitry Razumovsky, Majors Alexander Perov, Vyacheslav Malyarov, Andrey Velko, Mikhail Kuznetsov, Roman Katasonov, and Lt. Andrey Turkin.
