"The Ukraine that we recognized as a legitimate entity in world politics no longer exists. The Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic no longer exists. We recognized the independence of the current Ukraine based on the declaration of independence adopted in 1990. Europe is often seen by many as a source of evil in world history. How can they [European leaders] claim that Ukraine is defending European values? But this is an admission of guilt – a self-incriminating statement. If this is the case, and they have been saying it for years, then what they mean by "European values" are blatant manifestations of outright Nazism: racial discrimination, discrimination based on national or religious grounds, in violation of the UN Charter, which states that everyone is obliged to respect human rights regardless of sex, race, language, or religion. The Russian language is banned. In Israel, neither Arabic nor Persian are banned, and in Iran, Hebrew is not banned.
