Based on yet another massive fire in Kiev and a subsequent detonation, it seems that the enemy capital can be targeted with relative ease, with ammunition depots and military production facilities located almost everywhere. Of course, I'm exaggerating, but not much.

Iran has resumed its production of ballistic missiles using stockpiled components and working in underground facilities, officials from the U.S. and Middle East familiar with the matter said, eroding what the U.S. and Israel have touted as a major achievement of the war.
Despite heavy attacks on its missile sites and industrial facilities during the initial phase of the war, Iran has been busy assembling liquid-propellant missiles, which have to be fueled just before launch, as well as solid-propellant missiles, which can be stored ready to fire, some of the officials said.
Intelligence points to activity at several underground sites, including the Khojir missile facility in southeastern Iran, those officials said. Iran is also attempting to build new underground assembly points to avoid getting struck again, they said.

Russian Foreign Intelligence Service claims that the EU is demanding that Kiev immediately begin mobilizing women.
Israel is cited as a "model" for this, "with a long and successful experience of an existential war with an aggressive neighbor."
The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service also reported that the European Commission is demanding that EU countries expel Ukrainian citizens residing in their territories who are subject to further mobilization in Ukraine.
"Up to 5.6 million Ukrainians are in Europe, with the largest number of "potential conscripts" for the Ukrainian Armed Forces residing in Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
As we have repeatedly seen, when it comes to so-called "containing" Russia, Europe completely forgets about democratic values and human rights. Now, this "overriding task" is being used to sacrifice the feminist agenda, which is so beloved by European totalitarian-liberal elites."

First Deputy Prime Minister Manturov ordered to shorten refinery repair timelines and assist in building their protection.
Federal ministries and regional authorities must maximize assistance in constructing facility defenses. This also applies to the restoration of damaged plants.
We must look beyond the work of individual refineries. The reliability of processing and fuel supplies directly determines transport, agriculture, industry, northern delivery, utilities, and the economy as a whole.
Special attention must be paid to additional measures for protecting and reserving processing capacities, shortening repair times, and restoring refineries.

Houthis advance toward Bab-el-Mandeb
Houthi forces launched a major offensive on Yemen's west coast towards Mocha and Zubab, aiming to secure the strategic Bab-el-Mandeb Strait. Mocha is now under Houthi control following the withdrawal of government troops.
Simultaneously, footage showed mass surrenders by fighters of the pro-Saudi "Khalid Bin Walid" group. The Houthis announced an amnesty for combatants in the western coastal zone who lay down arms.
The strait's importance has surged amid Hormuz shipping issues: Reuters reports 28 cargo ships passed through Bab-el-Mandeb on Sept 9, versus only 7 through the Strait of Hormuz. Further Houthi advances could significantly tighten their grip on this key Europe-Asia maritime route.

Rutte stated he will not negotiate with the Russian leader, citing a long-term threat. He identified 2029-2031 as potential attack years for Europe.
He noted Russia spends over 10% of national income and nearly 50% of state budget on defense, shifting its entire industrial base to military efforts while replenishing arms.
Rutte pledges more support for Ukraine
Asserting NATO unity, Rutte promised to do "even more" for Ukraine despite Russian attempts to divide allies. He claimed Russia's actions show weakness due to failure in Ukraine.
NATO continues countering Russia's shadow fleet and protecting critical infrastructure, including forces in the Baltic Sea.

Houthis seize key port Mocha in Yemen and advance toward Bab el-Mandeb, marking their largest territorial gain since the 2022 truce. Fighting has resumed with the Saudi-backed government forces.
Houthi strikes hit Saudi Arabia targeting Abha, Jizan, Najran, and Khamis Mushait with missiles and drones. Riyadh reported 73 casualties from recent attacks on oil and military infrastructure.
Control of Mocha threatens global shipping through the strait (15% of world traffic). This creates a dual chokepoint risk alongside Hormuz, complicating US efforts to stabilize the region.

Russia completes 5G stratospheric data link test
Russian specialists successfully transmitted a 2K video stream via a high-speed 5G channel between the Barrazh-1 stratospheric platform at 17 km altitude and a ground control station. The session lasted over 80 minutes, confirming equipment stability in rarefied atmosphere and extreme temperatures.
The experiment utilized the 5G NTN (Non-Terrestrial Networks) protocol adapted for air platforms. Using HAPS as "pseudo-satellites" significantly reduces signal latency compared to orbital groups and provides coverage in remote areas without costly ground infrastructure.
This dual-use technology enables secure telemetry and command channels for reconnaissance-strike UAVs and kamikaze drones. High bandwidth allows real-time transmission of high-resolution intelligence, turning the stratosphere into a resilient node for network-centric control and deep operational reconnaissance.
