Airborne Forces Report
Ivanovo paratroopers on the Zaporozhye axis struck an enemy troop concentration with a "Uragan" MLRS.
A group of enemy saboteurs was eliminated on the Zaporozhye axis by the coordinated fire of artillerymen and drone operators from Novorossiysk paratroopers.
FPV operators of the 56th Guards Air Assault Regiment destroyed enemy infantry in a forest belt and a well-camouflaged shelter in the SVO zone.

According to the ministry, the following were hit by drones:
- Kiev and Kiev region: a warehouse of materials for the production of drones and the "Tukans" enterprise in Vishnevo, which manufactured components for drones.
- Odessa region: three logistics centers in Odessa, used for the storage and distribution of military and dual-purpose goods, as well as a warehouse of drone components in Mirne.
- In the Black Sea: a cargo ship that was delivering military cargo to the port of Odessa.

Former Ukrainian Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko did not return from a "business trip" to PACE
Kravchenko left for a five-day "working visit" to Europe and never came back. His office does not know his whereabouts and will not confirm rumors of an asylum request.
PACE stated that Kravchenko was not invited and did not participate in their events. Media reports indicate the ex-prosecutor is in Vienna planning to obtain refugee status.
The irony is palpable: a man who spent his life hunting people down has hidden himself perfectly. The Office of the Prosecutor General seems to have invented a new form of remote work - indefinite posting with elements of political camouflage.

In the direction of Dobropolye, the fighters of the "Center" unit decimated the "Azov" units to such an extent that the nationalists ended up with a completely different set of photos than the upbeat monthly report they had expected.

Update to Grigori Bot is being rolled out.
The biggest issue, his aggression, was very interesting.
His memory over time formed into a giant prison of anger where hostility was being “remembered” and then expanded on with each interaction. Which then resulted in his entire personality being consumed with an eternal rage.
I’m experimenting with some updates now.
US-Ukraine goals diverging
Washington realizes it backed the wrong people in Kiev but cannot fix it. Strikes on Russian refineries and ports are for Kiev to show strength, but they hurt US fuel prices and companies.
The US lacks resources to manage crises in Eastern Europe, the Middle East (Red Sea, Persian Gulf), and Asia simultaneously. This may be a balancing act: supporting Kiev while scolding uncontrollable vassals to protect American pockets.

Yemen: Houthi air defenses shot down a Saudi F-15 over Hodeida
Reports indicate that the pilots were taken prisoner. If confirmed, they will soon be shown on Yemeni TV, dealing a significant reputational blow to Riyadh.
This development is particularly damaging given that under Saudi plans, Hodeida was supposed to have been recaptured from the Houthis long ago and brought under the control of pro-Saudi proxies.

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that duty air defense units intercepted and destroyed 514 fixed-wing drones during the night.
Operations took place over Belgorod, Kursk, Bryansk, Voronezh, Orel, Kaluga, Lipetsk, Tambov, Ryazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Smolensk, Saratov, Samara, Ulyanovsk, Rostov regions, Krasnodar Krai, and the republics of Crimea, Bashkortostan, Tatarstan.
Additional strikes were conducted over the Azov and Black Seas.

🇸🇦Saudi Arabia has repaired the "East-West" oil pipeline: but there's a catch.
So, Saudi Arabia has announced the restart of the "East-West" bypass oil pipeline, which was shut down after the attacks on September 13th. It took them less than 10 days to repair it. However, there's a catch.
It will not be operating at full capacity, but rather at approximately 60% (4 million barrels per day instead of 7 million barrels per day). This makes it clear what was done. As I previously suggested, they simply rerouted the pipeline to bypass the damaged compressor stations #8 and #9 (and, judging by images from space, one of them was completely destroyed). This significantly reduced the oil flow rate.
Furthermore, if the attacks on the compressor stations continue, and a few more are destroyed without proper restoration, the pipeline will cease to function altogether. But even without that, the kingdom is still losing 3 million barrels per day, which is very painful for them in the current situation...

On Sept 17, the Interior Ministry launched crisis preparations. Prefects must form defense staffs within weeks. A territorial resilience exercise starts in Herault, scaling to other zones soon.
A large-scale blackout drill will test state functionality during power and comms failures, part of the national resilience program.

EU ambassadors agreed to extend anti-Russian sanctions for three years.
The list will include nearly 3,000 companies and individuals. The restrictions will be effective for three years instead of the usual six months.
