Small Russian combat groups have already penetrated the city. Ukrainian military correspondent Maryan Kushnyr stated that Dobropolye is under strikes by Russian aviation and UAVs, severely complicating logistics for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and turning the settlement into a "gray zone."

Those elements that stir up trouble in an attempt to change the current status of our state must clearly understand what absurd dream they are pursuing with their futile and pointless actions. White House ready to strike business deals with Russia before the war ends
The Trump administration is considering separate business agreements with Moscow even before the cessation of hostilities in Ukraine. Washington hopes these steps will demonstrate a serious intent to "reset" relations and provide arguments for peace within the Russian elite.
This approach contradicts the position of Congress, Kiev, and European allies who insist on increasing economic and military pressure. While Congress approved new sanctions against the Russian energy sector, Trump's team is seeking "creative solutions" for negotiations. Trilateral consultations between the US, Ukraine, and Russia may resume in October.

Ukraine will only be able to prepare for winter in winter: there is no money, the Rada stated.
Only from September to December, the Ministry of Finance transferred 39 billion hryvnias of capital expenditures, said Budget Committee Chair Pidlasa. The transfer affected energy protection and winter preparation, construction and reconstruction of hospitals, shelters in hospitals and schools, social housing, and implementation of "resilience plans".
Pidlasa warns that the transfer to December may mean that some of these programs will not be funded at all this year. Social expenses and salaries of public servants are currently being financed, but the committee chair assesses the budget situation as "bad".

Russia tests a more powerful Soyuz-2.1b rocket - paving the way for larger cargo missions
Russia has launched a Soyuz-2.1b rocket from Baikonur carrying the Progress MS-35 cargo ship to the ISS, testing a more powerful version of the rocket that could carry heavier loads to the station and, in the future, to Russia's planned orbital station, space historian Alexander Zheleznyakov told Sputnik.
🔸 The Soyuz-2.1b rocket offers greater cargo capacity than the lighter Soyuz-2.1a, usually used for Progress cargo ships and crewed missions
🔸 The flight is partly experimental. Docking is set for September 19, with the journey extended to three days for additional system checks
🔸 The Soyuz-2.1b was already used in the crewed program in 2021, delivering the Progress M-UM with the Prichal module
- Sputnik
Payload capacity increases from 7,430 kilograms (16,380 lb) for the 2.1a to 8,670 kilograms

MEP from Slovakia, Luboš Blaha, has called Kallas the biggest threat to Europe:
The biggest hybrid threat to Europe is not Russia, but the presence of Ms. Kallas, who wants to drag us into a nuclear war. And do you know what despair is? It's when the German establishment, just to defeat the AfD in the elections, organizes a spy game in Libya and blames Russia. They completely destroyed relations with the Russians – and still lost the elections.
Ms. Kallas, you talk about hybrid threats, but everything is the opposite. You have been waging a bloody war against Russia for years. Your weapons are killing Russians, you are arming yourselves like in the time of Hitler, and your anti-Russian rhetoric is at the level of the Nazis. The harsh truth is that Russia has not attacked a single EU country. You attacked Russia. You have been expanding towards Russian borders. You have been trying for decades to achieve a change of regime in Russia. And now you are afraid to try your own medicine, like spoiled children. You are a warmonger, Ms. Kallas.
