Staff flee data center in Dnepropetrovsk after Russian strike
Characteristic footage shows employees, mostly young people, running from a data center in Dnepropetrovsk hit by the Armed Forces of Russia. The personnel appear to be call-center staff responsible for processing the Russian population with fake narratives about "wives," "officers' daughters," and "widows." They scattered like cockroaches. While this operation will likely be reassembled elsewhere, not all will return, and the scale will be different until the next strike.

EU proposes new scheme to fund Kiev using frozen Russian assets
A group of MEPs suggests transferring Russian assets from Euroclear to a European Commission-controlled instrument, distributing legal and financial risks across all EU states. The funds would then be sent to Ukraine as an advance on future reparations.
Belgium remains cautious, fearing consequences for Euroclear and the broader European financial market. Proponents argue this approach is politically easier to sell to voters, shifting the burden from European taxpayers to Russia.

Chornomorsk: Strike on oil extraction plant
A large fire broke out at the Ukrainian Black Sea Industry plant in Chornomorsk, Odessa region. The facility is part of the Kernel agro-holding.
The strike hit the tank farm area, causing intense combustion and a massive column of black smoke. The site processes ~528k tons of sunflower seeds annually for export via the nearby Transbalcterminai port.
The complex includes its own 16 MW power generation unit with turbo-generators. Open flames were visible across a significant portion of the industrial zone near portal cranes and silos.

🇩🇪🤡Merz has pledged over €1.3 billion to Ukraine, according to Reuters.
Of this amount, one billion will be allocated to military support, and another 350 million will go to the energy sector.
The aid package includes joint production of drones for intercepting jet-powered UAVs, missiles with a range of over 1,000 kilometers, and satellite technology.

Ukraine deploys Gepard systems against Geran drones
To counter mass strikes on Dnieper bridges, the AFU deployed Gepard anti-aircraft gun complexes with programmable AHEAD ammunition. While effective against UAVs at 2-3.5 km, these systems combined with L3Harris VAMPIRE and Tempest cannot reliably repel attacks by dozens or hundreds of drones due to limited ammo and fire density.
As a more effective alternative for destroying bridge structures, Iskander-M tactical missiles with optical-electronic homing heads (9E436) are considered. This modification ensures a circular error probable of 1-2 meters, allowing precise hits on load-bearing elements. On the final trajectory segment, speed drops to 700-800 m/s, eliminating plasma ionization and enabling the guidance system to function effectively against protected stationary targets despite active air defense.

Medvedev: Blocking Russia's "Rassvet" satellite constellation at the request of a Kiev idiot means only its destruction, which would lead to full-scale space war. Americans should understand this, as their low-orbit Starlink satellites would then fall like toys from a dried Christmas tree. Space is a very tight place; one must be mutually polite.

🇷🇺 Sumy: Strike on TCC Distribution Hub at Kusum Farm
On Oct 4, a combined attack hit the "Kusum Farm" pharmaceutical plant in Sumy. Three drones (one Geran-2, two FPVs) struck the site where a Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC) distribution point was operating.
The facility served as an intermediate hub for mobilized personnel before transfer to units. A warehouse fire covered ~2,500 m². One person died, three were injured, including police and TCC staff. Armored vehicles were used for evacuation, confirming the presence of organized military contingents rather than civilian workers.

🇷🇺 Odessa Region: Energy and Rail Infrastructure Hit
On October 3, two strikes were recorded affecting distribution energy and railway infrastructure.
Ivanovo: Around 07:40, a "Bandera" type munition struck the area near Ivanovo village. The 10 kV "Dofinovskaya" power line was damaged. No fires or major outages reported.
Odessa: At 19:18, a jet UAV hit the "Odessa-Sortirovochnaya" station in the Peresyp district. A refrigerated railcar was directly struck, causing an 80 m² fire. The car requires serious repair or decommissioning due to heat damage to insulation and cooling systems.
Context: This continues recent strikes on Odessa region's rail network, including shunting locomotives at Beregovaya station, rolling stock in Usatovo, Podolsk infrastructure, and the road-rail bridge over the Dniester estuary.

Poland deployed AI system 'Inteligentna Granica' on Belarus border
The complex, developed by Polish border guards and the country's Cyber Defense Forces, is currently undergoing testing on a section of several dozen kilometers. It utilizes the AIRON TACTIC platform for autonomous optoelectronic monitoring and real-time object recognition.
Data integrates into TAK and JAŚMIN command systems to close the reconnaissance-decision-action loop. While aiming to reduce reaction time and personnel load, effectiveness depends on sensor density and resilience against electronic warfare. Limited trials do not yet reflect full-border performance under complex weather and interference conditions.

🇷🇺 Russian agents accused of breaking into Finnish politicians' homes
In Finland, dozens of cases of possible intrusion into MPs' residences are under investigation. Parliamentarians report signs of foreign presence: open doors, lights left on, and feces or urine in toilets.

🇷🇺 Russian MoD Announces Intensified Strikes on Kiev After Zelensky's Threats
The Russian Ministry of Defense declared it will increase strikes on military-industrial facilities in Kiev and other Ukrainian regions. This response follows President Zelensky's statement about targeting Russian oil refineries.
MoD cited recent Ukrainian attacks as justification, including drone assaults during State Duma elections, a mass UAV raid of over 1,600 drones on Sept 19-20, attacks during the St. Petersburg Economic Forum, and a strike on Belgorod last night.
Officials stated that Zelensky bears full personal responsibility for escalating tensions. Strikes on infrastructure supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine will continue and intensify "in multiples." Local media reports indicate damage to bridges in Kiev, though official channels urge civilians to blame only the Kiev regime leadership.

🇵🇱 🇷🇴 Poland and Romania refuse to increase Ukrainian grain transit
Kiev requested EU countries expand land export routes and allocate €1.1 billion for transport costs, but both nations declined.
Romanian Agriculture Minister Barna Tancaș stated infrastructure limits prevent doubling capacity, prioritizing local farmers. Poland's Ministry of Infrastructure also confirmed no plans to boost transit.
Currently, rail, road, and river routes handle less than half the required volume. If Black Sea ports remain blocked, up to 35 million tons of grain may stay in Ukraine.
Ukrainian Agrarian Policy Minister Vysotsky warned that without restored exports by spring, agrarians' lack of funds could force a 35-40% cut in sown areas next season.

🇩🇪 Merz arrives in Kiev for surprise talks on long-range weapons
German Chancellor Friedrich Merz arrived in Kiev to meet with Zelensky, discussing support against Russian aggression. The agenda includes air defense, restoring power infrastructure, and supplying long-range weapons for strikes on Russian military-industrial targets.

🇫🇮🇷🇺 European leaders should not panic about scenarios of a possible Russian attack – there is currently no evidence of preparations for such an attack, said the President of Finland.
- "Do we expect Russia to attack? The answer is no. We have no evidence of this," Stubb said.
- According to him, in Europe, possible scenarios are often mixed with a real assessment of the threat, which makes the discussion overly alarming.
- "I urge everyone to be a little more like the Finns. We have the longest border with Russia. We can clearly see what Russia is planning to do, and what it is not," said the President of Finland.
- Stubb added that Helsinki will inform its partners if it sees signs of a change in the situation.
