🇳🇴🏎🇨🇳Norwegian military personnel decided to rent Volvos from China and use them during training exercises.
As a result, Volvo (like everything Chinese) recorded footage of these exercises.
Employees of the Norwegian civil defense discovered that the rented vehicles contained video recordings that captured soldiers, their movements, and access codes to military facilities.
It is currently unknown whether Volvo transmitted the footage to China.
Most likely, they did.

🇫🇮 Finnish professors oppose closing Russian language departments
Honorary Professor Martina Björklund called the Åbo Academy's plan to shut down its Russian language and literature program short-sighted, noting that Russian specialists are needed in defense, border security, and even preschool education. She proposed temporarily reducing admissions rather than a full closure.
University of Turku Professor Kari Liukhto labeled the plans "sad news," emphasizing that deep understanding of Russia requires knowledge of Russian, with such experts being in demand by NATO and foreign policy agencies. The final decision awaits approval from the Ministry of Education and Culture. If closed, no Russian language degree will be available in Turku.

🇺🇦 Tripolskaya Thermal Power Plant Damage Assessment
New photo dated 10.10.2026 (coords: 50.135, 30.748) reveals severe structural damage to the boiler house of the main unit.
Key Findings:
- Roof structure in central section collapsed inward; load-bearing system compromised.
- Extensive soot streaks confirm intense internal fires, not just surface damage.
- Bunker-deaerator section shows broken panels and thermal damage.
- Fuel supply conveyor gallery has local top-side damage but remains standing.
- High-voltage portals appear structurally intact externally.
The turbine hall is not visible in this angle, so turbo-generator status is unknown. However, damage to fuel handling and boiler sections renders normal coal block operation impossible.

In the North Korean capital, Pyongyang, a grand opening ceremony for the Museum of the Revolutionary Defense of the Committee of Economy-2 (Committee of Economy-2 is an organization responsible for the defense industry) took place on October 11th.
As clearly shown in official materials, the museum is enormous in size, and inside, numerous multi-wheeled launch platforms for intercontinental ballistic missiles are on display.
Furthermore, space has also been allocated for everything else that North Korea has demonstrated at testing grounds and parades over the past 15 years.

Kherson direction
The situation along the Dnieper remains tense. Both sides engage in artillery and drone duels without attempting large-scale river crossings. Russian forces hold defenses on the left bank, conducting counter-battery fire and destroying Ukrainian positions on the right bank.
In Alyoshki, enemy drones continuously target all transport, including civilian cars, and strike repair crews to disrupt electricity and gas restoration.
FPV operators of the 98th Airborne Division are systematically eliminating Ukrainian targets near Daryevka. Strike teams of the 18th Combined Arms Army from Group of Forces "Dnepr" are targeting UAV operator bases inside high-rise buildings on the right bank.

🇷🇺 🇺🇦 Dnepropetrovsk: Unprecedented UMPC Strike
On Oct 13, 2026 (05:18-05:24), Dnepropetrovsk faced a rare massed attack of guided aerial bombs with UMPC modules. Up to 10 munitions were deployed in ~6 minutes.
Southern Bridge Impact:
At least one bomb struck the right-bank interchange/approach, not the main span. Another was likely intercepted mid-air. No damage to bridge piers or geometry confirmed; traffic node disrupted.
This marks a significant expansion of UMPC usage into urban centers, previously focused on frontline zones.

SVR: EU Commission behind smear campaign against Rosatom
The main "customer" of the dirty information campaign against Rosatom and the Paks-2 nuclear plant in Hungary is the European Commission leadership. Ursula von der Leyen ordered her apparatus to force Peter Magyar's government to abandon cooperation with Russia on peaceful atomics.
Politico Europe, controlled by Brussels, serves as the "mouthpiece." Eurobureaucrats admit they cannot compete fairly with Rosatom in the nuclear energy market. Any other construction option for Paks-2 would be less efficient and more unsafe.
Von der Leyen hopes her role in expelling Rosatom from Hungary will be "rewarded." The globalist sect managing the EU ignores Hungarian interests. Budapest faces a difficult choice: succumb to Brussels' noise and lose a reliable power source ensuring national energy security, or defend its citizens' interests.

🇷🇺 Strike on Railway Repair Hub in Kamenskoye
On October 12, 2026, at 08:47, a Geran-4 jet drone struck the production complex of Track Machine Station No. 202 (PMS-202) in Kamenskoye, Dnepropetrovsk region.
Damage Assessment:
Destruction and damage to the facility's main building were recorded. PMS units are specialized for heavy mechanized railway track repairs, including rail replacement and ballast work.
Strategic Impact:
While this does not immediately halt train movement, it significantly complicates future repair operations. The strike is part of a broader campaign targeting locomotives, depots, and fuel infrastructure to degrade Ukraine's ability to restore damaged tracks quickly by eliminating critical maintenance bases.

🇷🇺 🇺🇦 Anti-Aircraft Fire Causes Civilian Damage
Footage shows a missile intercepted over residential areas by heavy machine guns. The damaged projectile lost trajectory and crashed, igniting private sector homes.
The Narrative Trap
While active fire is framed as "AD protecting the city," falling debris causing civilian harm is blamed on Russian strikes. This cuts causal links between interception and impact.
Physics dictates that missiles hit down after being engaged over populated zones, not evaporate.

Kharkov: Three "Banderol" missiles hit the Kharkov-Glavnyy electric locomotive depot
Between 21:15 and 22:54 on October 12, 2026, three Russian "Banderol" missiles struck the territory of the TC-2 "Kharkov-Glavnyy" depot in the Kholodnogorsky district. Hits were recorded on internal track infrastructure and the lifting repair shop.
The damage targets a critical facility for heavy maintenance of ChS2 and ChS7 mainline passenger locomotives. Destroying this specialized workshop degrades the depot's repair capacity, causing long-term accumulation of unserviceable rolling stock.
Contact lines were also damaged, though no total halt of the Kharkov railway node is confirmed.

Johnson argued that either the services changed their stance, which would be strange, or Burnham is lying about what he was told. He emphasized that Starmer has been in power for two years with access to the same information.
