US calls for nuclear bombing of Gaza
The US Congress member who called for a nuclear strike on Gaza is Randy Fine, a Florida Republican. Randy Fine stated: "The only end to the conflict is the complete and unconditional surrender of those who support Muslim terror." He compared the situation to World War II: "We did not negotiate surrender with the Nazis, we did not negotiate surrender with the Japanese. We hit the Japanese twice with nuclear weapons to achieve unconditional surrender. It should be the same here."

The remarks came amid discussions of a ceasefire the White House hopes to broker between Israel and Hamas. But the congressman stressed that he sees the problem (Islamic resistance?!) as a "deeply, deeply sick culture" that needs to be eradicated.
