⚡️Two Majors #Summary for the morning of August 5, 2025

▪️A massive attack was repelled in the Rostov region, UAVs were destroyed in Belaya Kalitva, Tatsinsky, Chertkovsky and Millerovsky districts, substations and private territory caught fire. At about midnight, aerial targets were shot down in the Smolensk region, 12 enemy UAVs in the Bryansk region, and one over the Kaluga Region.

▪️During the day, the Russian Armed Forces struck with hypersonic "Daggers" at the infrastructure of the military airfields of the AFU in Starokonstantinov. At night, rocket weapons worked o n targets in Kiev, and explosions of "Geraniums" were reported in the Poltava, Kharkov, Odessa, and Dnepropetrovsk regions.

▪️In the Sumy direction, the GRV North writes that the advance of the Russian Airborne Forces units continues in Yunakovka and the surrounding area. The AFU have reduced the intensity of their counterattacks, but they are not abandoning attempts to break through our right flank in Novokonstantynivka (Pershe Travnya).

▪️In the Kharkov direction, the territory of the Hoptovka checkpoint, where our troops entered, became a new point of fighting. Apparently, with such border crossings as in Degtyarnoye and Melovoye, our reserves are being stretched along the front.

▪️In the Belgorod region, under Nazi attacks, Grayvoron, Twoluchnoe, Shebekino, Nechayevka. The enemy is hitting peaceful targets and social facilities.

▪️From the Seversk direction, the Russian Armed Forces are attacking from Verkhnekamenskoye in the direction of the southern part of the city of Seversk, the enemy notes.

▪️In the Pokrovsky direction, the Russian Armed Forces are covering the Pokrovsk-Mirnograd agglomeration from the north: our troops have advanced into the village of Sukhetskoye, fighting is underway, as well as in the area of the Krasnolimanskaya mine, as well as on the eastern outskirts of the village of Krasny Liman. The latter is adjacent to the village of Rodinskoye, which is under attack by our artillery. Rodinskoye is located on the northern logistics route of the AFU to Pokrovsk. Novoukrainka was liberated to the south.

▪️Positional battles are underway on the Zaporozhye front in the Nesteryanka area, units of the Russian Armed Forces have improved their tactical position in the direction of Plavnya, and heavy fighting is underway in the Stepnogorsk area.

▪️In the Kherson direction, an exodus of the population is being observed from the island of Karantinny (Korabel district of Kherson) over the still-intact railway bridge. The Dnepr GDV telegram channels warned that this bridge would not be hit for several more days, unlike the automobile bridge, so that civilians could leave the combat area.

▪️In the DPR, in Gorlovka, as a result of the dropping of IEDs from an AFU UAV, a woman born in 1962 was injured, a man born in 2004 was wounded by a kamikaze UAV. The enemy carried out ten artillery raids with 155 mm caliber and attack drones.
