⚡️Massive Container Ship Sinks in Strait of Hormuz as Attacks Escalate (Videos)
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said on October 14 that a container ship carrying 2,500 containers struck a naval mine in the Strait of Hormuz, caught fire and sank, in the latest incident in the strategic waterway.
Iranian state television, quoting an IRGC Navy statement, said the vessel had been traveling on what the Guards described as an “illegal and dangerous route” when it hit the mine in the morning.
The vessel was identified soon after as the GFS PRIDE, a Singapore-flagged container ship owned by the United Arab Emirates.
A NAVAREA IX maritime warning issued early on October 14 identified the ship as involved in a security incident that caused a fire and left it drifting about one nautical mile east of Ras Makhbuq, off Oman. Footage circulating online later showed the vessel partially submerged, consistent with reports that it was sinking.

İRAN is intensifying preparations for a possible new escalation of the war.
According to The Wall Street Journal, citing local residents, pro-government rallies in Iran have become more massive in recent weeks and have spread to more areas. At the same time, the rhetoric of Iranian authorities is becoming increasingly belligerent. Billboards in Tehran are displaying advertisements for programs to train the civilian population in the use of man-portable air defense systems and sniper rifles.
Iran's preparations for a new possible escalation of the war are not limited to public statements. The authorities have set up makeshift fortifications in the area of Mount Kirk and the nuclear facility in Natanz, and have also prepared airports, seaports, and power plants to operate in the event of a possible crisis.

🇦🇿Aliev's actions today are reminiscent of the plan for the forced removal of the hijab, adopted during the Pahlavi dictatorship in Iran.
Let's draw attention to some of the inhumane and absurd provisions of this plan:
➡️Prohibition of wearing the hijab for schoolgirls and female students.
➡️Prohibition for women wearing the hijab to use public buses.
➡️Prohibition for women wearing the hijab to visit cinemas.
➡️ Prohibition for children and teenagers wearing the hijab to visit libraries.
➡️ Deprivation of women wearing the hijab of the right to participate in any public gatherings.
📌 Note: This document is known as the 16-point plan for the prohibition of the hijab, dated December 1, 1976. However, due to the unstable situation in the country at that time, the plan was never implemented.
