Along with what has been said in this video, I want to add that 9/11 was a two becoming one ritual.

You see this two becoming one symbolism several times in back to the future, the most obvious being the twin pines mall becoming the lone pine mall.

Of course, in real life, the two TWIN TOWERS were replaced by the lone ONE WORLD TRADE CENTER.

The idea of two becoming one, especially two twins, is very important to the elite that runs the world.

Our ancestors knew this knowledge and have divided a year into 13 months. There are, 13 constellations, 13 moon cycles in a year & 27-29 days per cycle.

All ancient civilizations used this calendar, which followed a natural order of nature and cosmos, and was immensely more intune with our body's biorhythm.

You can imagine why parasites changed it, and subtracted one month in order to sever the connection between the people and the sun, moon & other celestial bodies, which all have huge energetical influence on our wellbeing.

Artificial Sweetener called Aspartame is actually a brain drug that stimulates your brain so you think that the food you're eating tastes sweet. You'll notice that when using Aspartame everything you eat at the same time also tastes sweet.

Aspartame breaks down to its poison constituents at 86 degrees (Aspartic Acid 40%, Phenylalanine 50%, and Methanol 10%).

There is mounting evidence that the "Burning Mouth Syndrome" experienced by the Desert Storm troops was actually Methanol poisoning from the Diet Coke they drank lots of, after being exposed to desert temperatures.

Aspartame 10% Methanol appears in the body quickly and is the same alcohol that your mother probably warned you that it can make you blind. Many skid-row alcoholics had problems with this cheap but deadly form of alcohol.

Aspartames 40% Aspartic Acid is an "excitotoxin" in the brain and excites neurons to death, i.e. it kills brain cells and causes other nerve damage and it triggers Migraine Headaches.

Aspartame breakdown products attack the bodies tissues and create Formaldehyde which builds up in the tissues forever.

Remember the smelly, eye watering fumes from the frogs you dissected in school?
They were preserved with Formaldehyde! Formaldehyde is thought to cause cancer.

Aspartame also breaks down to diketopiperazine [DKP] which is proven to cause Brain Tumors! Brain Tumors used to be rare!

Several of the rats in the original study formed brain tumors during their Aspartame exposure. The researchers surgically removed the tumors and returned the rats to the study and discounted the tumors.

Aspartame is poison! How the FDA allows this remains a mystery.

There has been a lot of controversy as to whether Canola oil is good or bad for your health.

In shortest terms this video explains everything that you need to know on why you should stop using Canola oil, in fact actually stop using Sunflower oil, and Corn oil too and other kinds of stuff you grew up on, because these kind of oils are highly processed to the point that they're extremely inflammatory even for organic because they are also made with GMO seeds, and they are all processed with this chemical called hexane and loaded with free radicals which destroy the cells in your body.

The easiest swap ever is instead of Canola oil, grab Avocado oil or Extra Virgin Olive oil, these aren't processed too much and they are loaded with the opposite of free radicals which are - antioxidants, and in case you want Canola oil for a baking recipe, use avocado oil, it's a neutral flavored high heat oil that's one-to-one swap.

This is the easiest thing you can do, take control of your health, get rid of the processed oils and get the better ones for you.
