የ2014 12ኛ ክፍል ብሄራዊ ፈተናን በ12 ኮድ (በጥያቄ አቀማመጥ ስብጥር) ለመስጠት ዝግጅት እየተደረገ ነው።
የ12ኛ ክፍል ብሄራዊ ፈተና ከዚህ በፊት እንደነበረው በ4 ኮድ (4 የተለያዩ ፈተናዎች/በጥያቄ አቀማመጥ) ሳይሆን እስከ 12 እንዲሆን እየተሰራ መሆኑን የትምህርት ሚኒስትር ፕ/ር ብርሃኑ ነጋ ተናግረዋል።
ይህ የፈተና ኩረጃን ለመከላከል ከሚሰሩት ስራዎች መካከል አንዱ መሆኑን የሚገልፁት ፕ/ር ብርሃኑ ጎን ለጎን ያሉ ተማሪዎች እርስ በእርስ የሚፈተኑት ፈተና የጥያቄው ዝርዝር (order) በፍፁም የተገናኘ እንዳይሆን እየተሰራ መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል።
ፈተናው በዩኒቨርሲቲዎችና በፌዴራል ተቋማት እንደሚሰጥም ገልፀዋል።
ፕ/ር ብርሃኑ ነጋ ለኢፕድ የሰጡት ቃል፦
" ...የክልል ባለሟሎች፣ የክልል ኃላፊዎችን ከፈተና ጉዳይ ጋር እንለያቸው ፤ ፈተናው እራሱ የፌዴራል ሚኒስቴር መስሪያ ቤት ስለሆነ በፌዴራል ተቋማት ውስጥ ብቻ እንስጥ ብለን አሁን በሙሉ ተማሪዎቹን አጓጉዘን ቢቻል ሁሉንም ከክልላቸው ውጭ በሆኑ ክልሎች ባሉ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች እና የፌዴራል ተቋማት ውስጥ ለመስጠት ነው እየተዘጋጀን ያለነው።
ያ የሚያደርገው ሁለት ነገር ነው። አንደኛ በመንገድ ላይ ሊኖር የሚችለውን የመሰረቅ አደጋ ይቀንሰዋል። ሁለተኛ ክፍል ውስጥ ከተገባ በኃላ ለመስረቅ የሚቻልበትን አደጋ ይቀንሰዋል።
ከዛም በላይ ፈተናዎቹን በማዘጋጀት ደረጃ በፊት በ4 የተለያዩ ፈተናዎች ነበር የምናዘጋጀው እስከ 12 አድርገን Completely scrambled እንዲሆኑና ማንም ጎኑ ያለው ተማሪ የሚፈተነው ፈተና አንተ ከምትፈተነው ፈተና order ጋር በፍፁም ያልተገናኘ እንዲሆን አድርገን እየሰራን ነው።
ይሄ በጣም በብዙ ደረጃ የፈተና ስርቆትን ይቀንሰዋል ብለን ነው ተስፋ የምናደርገው። "
