🚨 Facebook’s Censorship of CHD, RFK Jr. Directly Benefited Government, Judge Says
In his dissenting opinion, 9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals Judge Daniel P. Collins argued that the additional motions CHD submitted supported allegations that Meta worked with the U.S. government to censor COVID-19 vaccine-related counternarratives and that the case deserved to be heard by the lower court.
Collins wrote:
“Under the unique circumstances of this case, I agree with CHD that we should take judicial notice of the existence of certain new, highly relevant documents that have only recently become available and that, like the materials submitted by CHD to the district court effectively reflect specific additional factual allegations that CHD proposes to plead if it is given leave to amend on a remand.”
Collins’ dissenting opinion also noted that “Meta’s interactions with the Government with respect to the suppression of specific categories of vaccine-related speech, and in particular the speech of CHD and its founder and chairman, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., sufficed to implicate the First Amendment.”

FactCheck. org, the organization that flags “misleading” COVID-19 content for Facebook, is supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, a philanthropic organization funded by pharmaceutical giant and vaccine maker Johnson & Johnson (J&J), YouTube commentator Jimmy Dore reported.
“These fact check organizations aren’t there to check facts,” Dore said. “They’re there to push a political point of view and an agenda and to discredit people.”
“The fact checking organization,” Dore said, quoting Michael Rectenwald, Ph.D., “is in collusion with Big Pharma.”

A group of leading scientists at the UK’s prestigious Imperial College of London has dropped a bombshell study confirming that ivermectin has been proven to treat certain forms of epilepsy.
Existing retrospective cohort studies, measured in 1991–1993 in the western African nation of Cameroon, uncovered an association between Onchocerca volvulus microfilariae load in childhood.
A follow-up study in 2017 also uncovered a risk of developing epilepsy later in life.

🚨 Government Spending Millions on ‘Cognitive Vaccines’ to ‘Protect’ Public From ‘Fringe’ Viewpoints
Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, Eric Weinstein, Ph.D., Nicole Shanahan and Mike Benz, on Wednesday discussed how government-funded “cognitive vaccines” and corporate interests are stifling dissent and undermining public trust in science, media and democracy.
The panelists offered several strategies to address the challenge of reforming public institutions.
Bhattacharya emphasized the importance of political engagement. “You can ask your … congressional candidates, ‘Where do you stand on free speech? Where do you stand on the censorship complex? Where do you stand on regulation of science?’”
Shanahan called for a restructuring of scientific publishing and peer review processes. “We are due for a new model of publishing and reviewing scientific literature.”
Weinstein suggested creating a glossary of terms to help the public understand the language used in national security and information control contexts. “We have to arm ourselves with the information, the terminology and the history.”
Benz advocated for a “whole-society freedom alliance” approach similar to what arose during the pandemic, including congressional committees, state attorneys general, private sector lawyers, alternative media and others who are “able to do their part.”

DISTURBING: The most vaxxed country on earth is now facing a population crisis.
Singapore officials have tried to gaslight the public, but the numbers don't lie.

A federal appeals court today dismissed a lawsuit against Merck alleging the company misled the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) by “omitting, concealing and misrepresenting” information about the potency of its mumps vaccine.
The judges said that even if the evidence shows the government knew about Merck’s misrepresentations and data falsification related to its mumps vaccine because the FDA was aware of the behavior and the CDC continued to purchase the vaccine with that knowledge, the company was not in violation of the False Claims Act.
