Landmark Court Ruling Opens Door for LAWSUITS Against COVID “Vaccine” Manufacturers
The COVID “vaccines” aren’t vaccines after all, according to a ruling from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Dr. David Martin @DrDavidMartin says that this paves the way for sweeping lawsuits because the manufacturers “willfully misled the public.”
“The manufacturers willfully misled the public by calling them [COVID shots] a vaccine.” This is a violation of the Federal Trade Commission acts in the U.S. and the Deceptive Medical Practices Act internationally, he emphasized.
But the implications go even further. According to Dr. Martin, the decision also cracks the liability shields that have protected various entities involved in mandating and administrating the mRNA injections.
“What this also does is [it] starts to give us the cracks that we need to pierce the liability shields against vaccine manufacturers and against the individuals, employers, pharmacists, doctors, nurses, hospitals that actually injected people for the first time. We actually now have the ability to say that the 9th Circuit has held that Jacobson was misapplied, that this did not stop infection, did not stop transmission, and as such, the public was willfully misled, which is a crime.”

America's tactics also included calling into question the quality of face masks, test kits and the first vaccine that would become available in the Philippines – China's Sinovac shot.
A Reuters investigation identified at least 300 accounts on X that matched descriptions shared by former US military officials familiar with the Philippines operation.
The military program was started under former President Donald Trump and continued months into Joe Biden's presidency – even after concerned social media executives warned the new administration the Pentagon had been promoting misinformation.
To implement the anti-vax campaign, the DoD overrode strong objections from top US diplomats. Sources involved in its planning and execution told Reuters the Pentagon, which ran the program through the military's psychological warfare operations center in Florida, disregarded the impact the propaganda could have had.
Psychological warfare has played a role in US military operations for more than a hundred years, although it has changed in style and substance over time.
'We weren't looking at this from a public health perspective,' said a senior military officer involved in the program. 'We were looking at how we could drag China through the mud.'”

The NIH did not choose scientists with established expertise treating COVID-19 or independent physicians currently seeing long COVID patients in the clinical setting. The agency largely chose personnel in the research field who have been or are presently funded by other NIH grants and specialize in data collection and information systems.
An initial goal of RECOVER was to better define long COVID and the risk of developing the condition after a SARS-CoV-2 infection. This goal has not been met.

REPORT: “The [COVID] vaccines will drop the chances of getting pregnant.”
This claim comes from renowned cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough @P_McCulloughMD.
The data is disturbing.
Dr. McCullough reports, “There are now several manuscripts by [Dr. James] Thorp and colleagues indicating that women who take the vaccine, particularly during pregnancy, have a much HIGHER rate of having a miscarriage or stillbirth, as well as premature delivery.”
There was also a “fourfold increased risk of birth defects” in a small Pfizer clinical of vaccinating women.
“Broadly, the vaccines interfere with the female menstrual cycle,” Dr. McCullough says.
A systematic review by Nazir and colleagues looked at 14 studies with over 78,000 vaccinated women. They discovered that 52.05% of women had menstrual issues after COVID vaccination.

Denis Rancourt and his fellow scientists found that all-cause mortality INCREASED every time the COVID-19 shots were deployed.
Here’s the 50,000-foot view:
For every 800 injections administered, Rancourt and his colleagues concluded in their 180-page paper that one vaccine-related death occurred.
This 1-in-800 number becomes even more alarming when you consider how many doses were given.
At the time of Rancourt and colleagues’ report, 13.5 billion COVID-19 injections were administered.
Divide that number by 800, and you end up with approximately 17 million COVID-19 vaccine-related deaths.

Mexico’s Health Secretary Denies Death of Resident Due to Bird Flu
🇲🇽Mexican Health Secretary Jorge Alcocer on Thursday (June 6) denied an announcement by the World Health Organization (WHO) that a man’s death in Mexico was caused by a strain of bird flu that had never before been found in a human.
During a morning briefing, Alcocer rebuffed the WHO’s announcement and assured that the 59-year-old man, who was reported to have died from the A(H5N2) strain of avian influenza, “died from other causes, mainly kidney and respiratory failure.”
Alcocer urged people to remain calm and to take the WHO’s announcement with caution because it is "not accurate."
"I can point out that the statement made by the World Health Organization is pretty bad, since it speaks of a fatal case (of bird flu), which was not the case," he said.
On Wednesday (June 5), the WHO announced that a resident of Mexico became the world’s first person to die from a bird flu strain not previously detected in humans.
According to WHO, the man had numerous underlying medical conditions and had been bedridden for three weeks before developing acute symptoms.

In a new study, five Japanese scientists used an entire dataset of the country’s 123 million population to study excess cancer mortalities coinciding with mass COVID vaccination.
The study presented the numbers for all-cause death, but also looked into the details of deaths caused by cancer. It found that of the 20 types of cancer, six of them had statistically significant excess mortalities in 2021 and further increased in 2022.
