🚨 Dr. Vinay Prasad Replaces Ousted Peter Marks as Chief FDA Vaccine Regulator
In a post on Substack last week, Prasad said he supported having new randomized clinical trials performed before any updates to COVID-19 shots are approved — and said it is “absurd” that the U.S. still recommends COVID-19 vaccines for children.
Prasad has also frequently targeted his predecessor in his posts. In March, Prasad wrote that Peter Marks was “one of the most dangerous, pro-pharma regulators of the 21st century.” In a post on X that month, Prasad said Marks could be replaced “with a bobblehead doll that just stamps approval and you would have the same outcome.”
