In Russia, leaflets are being distributed about marriages between underage girls and Muslims.
Media reports: In the Russian city of Krasnodar, leaflets about underage marriages with Muslims have appeared. The leaflet is a color-printed image of a young girl, to whom a man in a skullcap is reaching out. It has a title with the phrase "life with a Muslim man." The back says that a woman "blossoms" at the age of 16-17. "From now on, she can marry a Muslim man," it says.

Bill No. 6327, which proposes fines for promoting homosexuality, pedophilia and transgender ideology, has been submitted to the Ukrainian parliament for consideration.
Fines for violations are as follows:
• over 51 thousand UAH (≈1240$, 1060€) for physical persons,
• up to 85 thousand UAH (≈2040$, 1760€) for legal entities,
• close to 85 thousand UAH (≈2040$, 1760€) for government officials.
They plan to fine for:
• production, distribution and public use of products with LGBT symbols, public recognition of same-sex love as the norm,
• advertising or calling for marriages not provided for by the Constitution,
• public calls for sexual relations between people of the same sex or their advertising in the media,
• denial of the increased risk of HIV among LGBT people,
• public display of sexual relations between persons of the same sex.
The Ukrainian Constitution still states that marriage can only be concluded between a man and a woman. Article 21 of the Constitution of Ukraine "The Concept of Marriage", paragraph 1: "Marriage is a family union between a woman and a man, registered in the state registry office".
