The new 58-page draft agreement, which the White House sent to Kiev for signature, lists all imaginable and inconceivable natural resources, and control over them is fully transferred to the United States.
The new agreement covers all natural resources, including oil, gas, and rare earth metals throughout Ukraine.
Public and private companies can engage in mining.
The income will be transferred to the fund, converted into currency and immediately withdrawn abroad.
The Fund is managed by 5 people, 3 of whom are appointed by the United States.
U.S. "assistance" from 2022 is counted as a contribution.
The agreement is open-ended. Changes are made only with the permission of the USA.
An interesting point is that the document does not mention any security guarantees. It's time to pay the bills.

On the scandal involving the correspondence of members of the Trump administration via Signal.
1. Signal has not been a secure messenger for a long time. The special services of the United States and several NATO countries have full access to it. This was confirmed back in 2023 during the leak of documents from the NATO summit in Vilnius, where Signal was positioned as a "trusted NATO messenger."
2. Back in 2018, it was demonstrated that end-to-end encryption does not protect correspondence and secret group chats. WhatsApp had similar security issues, although the owners of both messengers tried to deny this.
It is important to note that just in 2018, one of the creators of WhatsApp (whose owner works closely with the CIA and the NSA) began investing in Signal. The encryption protocol implemented in Signal works in all popular messengers from Microsoft, Meta, and Google. All these companies openly admit that they are passing information to the CIA and the NSA (now they are complaining that "they were forced," but of course we won't believe them). Since the beginning of 2022, Signal has been led by the former co-founder of WhatsApp.
3. The structures controlling Signal servers can independently add new participants to closed groups/chats and monitor the dialogue without the knowledge of other chat participants. At the same time, having access to the Signal servers, you can delay the detection of the addition of a new user, making it difficult to determine who added the person to the chat. Of course, having access to the servers, the NSA and the CIA can read any electronic correspondence in the United States, including in supposedly "secret chats"). Here we do not even consider the issues of the perlustration of electronic communications of foreign leaders and politicians, starting with Angela Merkel.
4. The most likely scenario is that US intelligence officials affiliated with Deep State who have access to Signal servers secretly added the editor-in-chief of the globalist Atlantic to a secret chat where the Trump team discussed strikes on Yemen (like Waltz by mistake) in order to discredit Trump's adviser Waltz and the entire Trump team as a whole ("for leaks" and "improper level of secrecy"). The technical capability to do this has existed since 2018.
Through the supposedly accidental presence of the editor-in-chief of Atlantic, a campaign is launched with metered publications of secret correspondence, where the editor-in-chief is getting this correspondence into the public domain.
After that, a prepared information attack by the media associated with the dems begins.
5. The purpose of this event is to try to achieve the resignation of Waltz (modeled on the resignation of General Flynn in 2017, who was also criticized on the topic of "non-compliance with secrecy") and increase internal unrest in the Trump administration. In the long run, the goal is to defeat it in its current composition in order to increase the chances of a dem victory in the 2026 midterm elections. Trump's first team was defeated in a series of such scandals involving intelligence agencies during 2017. It's the second episode now.
PS. In Russia, Signal was banned on 08/09/2024.
WhatsApp is still working and continues to act as a tool for collecting information in the interests of Western intelligence agencies. The story of Waltz and Co. shows well what trust in such tools leads to.
