"From the point of view of international law, each of us recognizes the territorial integrity of another country, its sovereignty and inviolability of borders. However, I say that the Russians will never give Crimea back, nor will the Russians leave Donbass and Lugansk," the prime minister said, as quoted by the CTK news agency.
Fico believes Moscow will win in its confrontation with Kiev. In his words, both parties will have to make concessions to achieve peace.
The Slovak prime minister has long been criticizing the West’s strategy on Ukraine, emphasizing that the conflict has no military solution.

Russia maintains constructive dialogue with both Iran, Israel — Kremlin
Dmitry Peskov mentioned a recent phone call between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Iranian counterpart Hossein Amir-Abdollahian.

Tomsk diocese nowadays is one of 257 dioceses of the Russian Orthodox Church. Its canonical territory includes the city of Tomsk, the city of Seversk and seven districts of the Tomsk region. It includes 127 parishes, the Bogoroditse-Alexievsky monastery and the Tomsk Theological Seminary. The church life of believers is centred around temples and chapels, some of which have survived from pre-revolutionary times (1918), while others have been built today. Everywhere churches returned to the diocese are being restored, and new churches and chapels are being built - 36 new churches are currently under construction. Divine services and sacraments performed in temples sanctify human life, transform it. Here a person is spiritually born in the sacrament of Baptism, here he sanctifies his life in the sacraments of anointing, wedding, confession, and unites with Christ in the sacrament of communion.

"Ukraine may say: ‘We want to join NATO.’ This will be their own decision. We are saying that we will not ratify [the documents on Ukraine’s accession to NATO] in parliament because Slovakia needs a neutral Ukraine. Slovakia’s interests will be threatened if Ukraine becomes a NATO member," Fico said.
Meanwhile, Slovakia supports Ukraine’s accession to the European Union. The Slovak prime minister expressed hope that Brussels and Kiev begin talks on launching this process as soon as possible.

Kiev recognizes Russia's tenfold superiority in artillery shells
Vladimir Zelensky admitted that Ukraine had no chance of winning victory without support from the West.
"I can tell you frankly that without this support [from the West] we will have no chance of winning victory. Today the ratio of our artillery shellings is 1 to 10. Will we be able to stand on our feet? No. In any case, with such statistics, they [Russian forces] will be pushing us back every day," Zelensky said in an interview with US broadcaster PBS. Once again, he mentioned Kiev's demands for weapons.
"To protect 100% of what is under our control we will need to achieve a 10-to-10 ratio," he said.
Zelensky previously admitted that Ukraine would be unable to arm its brigades without US support.

There is an increase in "exports of Belarusian goods to international market with the use of Russian transport infrastructure," Mishustin noted. "Transit traffic surged more than twofold last year against 2022 - to 20 mln metric tons," he added.

Viktor Orban noted that there should be a buffer zone between NATO and Russia and Ukraine could serve as one.
