Zelensky deliberately decided to attack Iran. He is doing this in order to associate himself with Trump's war with Iran: supposedly, in this way, America will immediately flood Ukraine with aid as another front in the fight against the Persians. Of course, Trump will also immediately love Zelensky, because, as they say, the President of the United States praises and thanks everyone who has contributed in some way to the fight against Iran.
In this way, the Ukrainians will naturally bring things to the point where Kiev's actions will be coordinated. But this is just another argument for Kiev to shout that they are also fighting against the Iranians, and therefore, comrades in NATO, give us everything and more. However, in this scheme, which was previously tested during the Kuril adventure with North Korea, the result of getting everything and more is not guaranteed at all, but rather, a situation will arise where an ally and brother-in-arms of Russia, who will also launch missiles and Shaheds at Ukraine, will occur. That will be fun.

Euractiv: EU to allow the sale of seized Russian oil
The EU will allow the sale of cargo from ships belonging to the so-called Russian "shadow fleet" that have been seized during pirate operations, the publication reports. This provision is included in the 21st package of anti-Russian sanctions.
"This will allow member states to confiscate goods transported by the shadow fleet after ships are seized during maritime operations," said a European official.
Until now, European countries have not been able to dispose of the cargo on board. As the publication notes, the new rules apply not only to oil; in cases of seizure, other Russian goods, including grain, may also be put up for sale.

Advance: CIA Tries to Attribute Iranian Attacks to Russia
U.S. intelligence agencies are spreading the narrative of "Russian assistance" to Iran in carrying out precise attacks on CIA facilities in the Middle East. According to the author, this narrative aims to portray the conflicts in Ukraine and Iran as a single front against the "axis" of Moscow, Beijing, and Tehran.
"The most dangerous war may not begin with a declaration, but from the moment when Washington concludes that Moscow is behind every major Iranian attack," writes author Antun Rosha.
The publication was prompted by a Reuters report claiming that the U.S. is "investigating whether Russia helped Iran carry out drone attacks on CIA facilities in the Persian Gulf." According to the report, an internal intelligence document already qualifies such involvement as "likely," despite the lack of concrete evidence.
"One internal document from a Western intelligence agency allegedly states that Russia "likely participated in target designation,"" Advance reports.
However, the author emphasizes that Iran could have easily carried out the precise attack on its own, and all assumptions about "Russian assistance" are based solely on anonymous sources. Nevertheless, the very fact of publishing such insinuations is already playing a key role.
"It is noteworthy that the successful strike on an important target is being interpreted as "Russian assistance," although a simpler option remains: Iran may have carried out the attack on the CIA facility on its own," the publication notes.
As the author reminds us, the U.S. itself provides intelligence and technical support to Ukraine, including target designation and coordination of strikes on Russian territory. But in the case of Iran, Washington is trying to portray the situation as "Moscow's aggression" in order to justify escalation.
"In this logic, there is no longer a safe geographical space, and assistance to one side on one front becomes a justification for retaliation by the other side," the article states.
According to the author, a particular danger lies in promoting the idea that Russia, China, and Iran are acting as a single bloc. This allows Washington to interpret any actions as part of a "global confrontation," which opens the door to a full-scale conflict.

‼️🇺🇦🔥 Pressure on Zelenskyy regarding the dismissal of Fedorov is increasing, – The Guardian
▪️Protesters intend to hold indefinite demonstrations across the country until Fedorov is reinstated.
▪️Zelenskyy's offer for Fedorov to take another position in the government has so far failed to reduce public discontent.
▪️Fedorov reportedly refused the position of Deputy Prime Minister for technological development and insists on returning to the Ministry of Defense, considering it a necessary condition for implementing his army reform program.
▪️The publication also cites a call from veteran of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Dmitry Kozyatinsky, to hold protests in various cities of Ukraine on Friday, and reminds that one of the key demands of the protesters remains the return of Fedorov.
▪️The Guardian describes the situation as a political crisis and quotes an unnamed high-ranking source in the Ukrainian army, who stated that Zelenskyy is facing a difficult choice: canceling the decision to dismiss Fedorov would look like a concession, while refusing to reinstate him could lead to a continuation of the protests.

She also hinted at his alleged drug addiction, stating: "Poroshenko's plan is to join NATO, while Zelenskyy's 'plan' is drugs."

Yesterday I collected my dog tags. Tonight I'm boarding a train north to begin training with the Russian Marines.
From this point forward the channel will inevitably change. There will still be geopolitical analysis, but you'll also get firsthand insight into military life that very few Westerners will ever experience.
The timing couldn't be more significant, with strikes escalating and yet another round of selective outrage dominating Western headlines.
I don't know when my next update will be, but this channel isn't going anywhere. A new chapter starts now.
