According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Reza Karami, a 33-year-old resident of Karaj in Alborz province, died on January 9, 2026, after being struck in the heart by a live round fired by security forces.
After a week of searching, his family identified his body at Behesht-e Sakineh Cemetery. According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Mojtaba Mohammadzadeh, a 21-year-old resident of Mashhad in Razavi Khorasan province, was fatally shot on January 9, 2026, after a live bullet struck the right side of his temple in Meraj Square Shahrak-e-Hojjat, a neighborhood in Mashhad.

بر اساس گزارش رسیده به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران، وحید قاسمی، معلم ساکن فریمان در استان خراسان رضوی و پدر یک کودک پنجساله، روز شنبه ۲ اسفند ۱۴۰۴ در محل کار خود در دبیرستان شهید بهشتی فریمان توسط مأموران اطلاعات فراجا بازداشت و به زندان وکیلآباد مشهد منتقل شد.
یک روز بعد، در تاریخ ۳ اسفند، مادر وی، مهناز حداد کاخکی ــ که او نیز معلم است ــ هنگام مراجعه به دادگستری فریمان برای پیگیری وضعیت فرزندش بازداشت و به همان زندان منتقل گردید.
بر پایه این گزارش، اتهامات منتسب به آقای قاسمی شامل «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام»، «تشویق به حضور در اعتراضات»، «توهین به رهبری» و «توهین به مقدسات» عنوان شده است. برای خانم حداد نیز اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» مطرح شده است.
گفته میشود اتهامات آقای قاسمی بر اساس محتوای استخراجشده از تلفن همراه او طرح شده و اتهام خانم حداد در پی اعتراض وی به روند رسیدگی به پرونده فرزندش مطرح گردیده است.

بر اساس گزارش دریافتی مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران، سیده زینب رزمجو، ۶۳ ساله و اهل دهدشت در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد، روز پنجشنبه ۳۰ بهمن ۱۴۰۴ در شهر اردکان استان یزد توسط داماد خود به قتل رسید.
طبق این گزارش، خانم رزمجو در روز حادثه مهمان منزل دختر و دامادش در اردکان بود. وی پس از خروج از مسجد با داماد خود روبهرو شده و میان آنها گفتوگویی کوتاه صورت میگیرد. سپس ضارب با استفاده از چاقو به وی حمله کرده، با وارد آوردن ضربه به سر و استفاده از آجر او را بیهوش میکند و به پشت مسجد منتقل میسازد. بنا بر گزارش، ضارب پس از آن با وارد کردن ضربات متعدد آجر به سر و ایجاد چندین جراحت عمیق با چاقو، وی را به قتل میرساند. گفته میشود تمامی این وقایع توسط دوربینهای مداربسته ثبت شده است.

According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Fatemeh Pour-Sadeghi, a 32-year-old teacher and mother of an eight-year-old child, was killed on January 9, 2026, in Rasht, Gilan Province, as a result of a gunshot wound to the heart.

According to a report received by IHRDC, following a wave of mass arrests, Isfahan Prison has reached full capacity and is no longer able to hold new detainees. The source, who was able to make contact after two weeks, said that many detainees with broken limbs and severe injuries were brought to the prison on a daily basis, yet no effective medical care was provided. Even in critical cases, painkillers were reportedly withheld from the injured.

According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Vahid Ghasemi, a teacher residing in Fariman in Razavi Khorasan Province and father of a five-year-old child, was arrested on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at his workplace, Shahid Beheshti High School Fariman, by Police Command. He was subsequently transferred to Vakilabad Prison Mashhad.

طبق این گزارش، او در یکی از کوچههای خیابان فرهنگ رشت، همراه با جمعی از معترضان، هدف تیراندازی نیروهای یگان ویژه و افراد مسلح موتورسوار وابسته به سپاه قرار گرفت و پس از انتقال به بیمارستان درگذشت. مأموران امنیتی از خانواده وی خواستند که فاطمه را بهعنوان «بسیجی» معرفی کنند، اما خانواده این درخواست را رد کردند. نهایتاً با ارائه تعهد و وساطت یکی از آشنایان خانواده که در نیروهای مسلح فعالیت دارد، پیکر وی به خانواده تحویل داده شد. خانم پورصادقی در شهر رودبار و تحت تدابیر شدید امنیتی به خاک سپرده شد.

به گفته منابع نزدیک به خانواده، مهسا شفیعی مقدم نخستین بار در جریان جنبش «زن، زندگی، آزادی» بازداشت شد. دومین بازداشت او پس از جنگ دوازده روزه ایران و اسرائیل و در پی مراجعه ماموران امنیتی به منزل پدرش صورت گرفت. بازداشت اخیر نیز همزمان با موج جدید سرکوب ها و بازداشت های گسترده شهروندان در روز ۲ بهمن ۱۴۰۴ در پی اعتراضات سراسری انجام شده است.
تا زمان انتشار این خبر، اطلاعات دقیقی درباره اتهامات مطرح شده، وضعیت حقوقی و شرایط نگهداری او در دسترس نیست. تداوم بازداشت های مکرر فعالان و اعضای خانواده جان باختگان، نگرانیها درباره تشدید فشارهای امنیتی و نقض حقوق شهروندان را افزایش داده است.

According to information received by IHRDC, Amirhossein Qaragozli, a beneficiary of the State Welfare Organization in Andisheh, was killed at around 10:00 p.m. on January 9, 2026. After being transferred to a medical facility due to a seizure and discharged following treatment, he was shot by security forces while returning home with his mother and younger brother in Phase One of Andisheh, Karaj, Alborz Province.
Qaragozli had a severe intellectual disability and had been released from the medical center after receiving care.
According to a source close to the family, Amirhossein’s father was a member of the Iranian Army Ground Forces and served for years on the frontlines of the Iran–Iraq War. Nevertheless, his son was killed by government military and law enforcement forces during the nationwide protests of 2026.

ادیب شهبازپور، شهروند بهائی ۳۰ ساله و مربی تنیس ساکن کرمان، روز دوشنبه ۲۹ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ توسط ماموران امنیتی بازداشت و به مکانی نامعلوم منتقل شد.
بر اساس اطلاعات موجود، ماموران ابتدا به منزل پدری اش مراجعه و او را بازداشت کرده و سپس به همراه او خانه شخصی او رفته اند. این بازداشت بدون ارائه حکم قضایی و بدون توضیح درباره اتهامات انجام شده است. تا زمان انتشار این گزارش، خانواده ادیب شهبازپور از محل نگهداری، وضعیت جسمی و حقوقی و اتهامات احتمالی او بی اطلاع هستند. همچنین طی روزهای اخیر و همزمان با اعتراضات سراسری دی ماه ۱۴۰۴، گزارشهایی از بازداشت شماری از شهروندان بهائی در شهرهای مشهد، کرمان و تهران منتشر شده است.

برنا دهقانی، نوجوان ۱۷ ساله بهایی و دانش آموز سال آخر دبیرستان ساکن رودهن، شامگاه جمعه ۱۹ دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در جریان اعتراضات خیابانی در محدوده تهرانپارس با شلیک مستقیم نیروهای امنیتی جان باخت.
خانواده اش برای دو روز از سرنوشت پیکر وی بی خبر بودند و نهایتا برنا در مراسمی محدود و تحت فشار امنیتی در آرامستان بهاییان تهران به خاک سپرده شد.
