SLPT: avoid head injuries
Head injuries are a not-so-silent killer. They affect us because we are a species that walks on two legs, and because we have foolishly covered our cities with hard concrete surfaces.
I have created a simple plan to help us avoid tragic head injuries. The plan has a few straightforward components.
First, always crawl rather than walking on hard surfaces. This way if you do fall, your head will be much closer to the ground, reducing the impact.
When you reach a carpeted or grass surface, it’s safe to walk again! But you should always announce the change. Say loudly, “I’m going to get up now!” This way, no one will be alarmed (scared people may unintentionally cause you to trip during the change).
Second, always wear a helmet whether you are sleeping or not. This is so basic, I shouldn’t even have to state it.
Third, make occasional meowing sounds while you crawl outside. This will put any wild animals at ease, and they will know you aren’t a threat. Wild animals are a little-known cause of head injuries.
I recommend creating a specialized brochure to have on hand in case anyone asks why you are crawling. This way, we can teach others how to avoid head injuries too, and ward off ignorant questions.

SLPT: If you want children, but want them to BE children for literally the rest of your life, snag a wild cockatoo baby!
Cockatoos grow up to be about as smart as a 3-4 year old child very quickly, with caveats, and they stay that way forever, so you can skip the terrible twos and straight up avoid the teenage years! And the best thing? They don't tell you this, but they're free. You can just go out to where wild cockatoos live and snag a baby one from the nest, while it's in the egg, even!
Also, as stated, unlike those dogs and cats and other domesticated furballs, cockatoos don't just up and die on you in their 20s; they stay with you for the rest of YOUR life, thus proving the adage "Four legs bad, two wings good". Imagine never having to make one of those reddit posts about your pet crossing the rainbow bridge. And all you have to do is liberate it from the savage wild and bring it on home where it belongs, with you.
ALSO also since they are social creatures, you should snag at least TWO babies so they can comfort each other when you're out working or whatever. The parents of the babies won't mind since there are, like, so many of them; they can just take care of the ones they have left, and with less mouths to feed, the ones left behind will become stronger, strengthening the flock as a whole!
