Some times you have an item that you just wanna get more money for. I see items go all the time that are just valued more for having some writing on them. i asked myself why I cant do that? The answer was clear. i can! If you want added results study the signatures of the person whose name youre writing down on it to try to make it as like to theirs as possible. Good luck trying to figure out what youll do with all that dosh.

SLPT: If you want to get rid of a bad friend, let them borrow a small--but not tiny--amount of money. Every time they see you, ask for the money.
This tip works pretty well, but not all the time, hence it's not in LPT. Sometimes you'll still have shitty people that now owe you money hanging around.
But it works often enough that it's worth a try, especially if you know they have avoided people that they've borrowed money from in the past.
But if it works, you'll have solved a big problem for a small amount of money. Make it worth bothering them about--Don't actually ask them about paying you back if you have good luck right off the bat and they're leaving you alone-- but don't make it a small fortune.
Please note, do not try this with relatives, close neighbors, co-workers, or anyone else that you need to see on a regular basis--despite their shitty personality--or can't avoid.
