 I'm making a telegram bot with python-telegram-bot Library. I tried doing dispatcher = updater.dispatcher but it sayz 'updater' object has no attribute 'dispatcher'. I found out it's a version problem by reading v20 release notes but can't figure out the solution. Can anyone plz help me out?
