You can work with AI models offline, the only problem is speed
But for small models you will still have a decent speed

We have sites in our country that aren't that good but they work and you can work freelancing. and if you want to bypass the sanctions you should ask Iranians that have bypassed the sanctions; They can help better. (I don't know how to bypass the sanctions exactly but I think you can do it with cryptocurrency and using the identity of a person who lives out of Iran)

Hi everyone, hope you're doing well.
I want to learn linear algebra for AI training, but people say this requires supercomputers and that my system doesn't have the power or capability to download and work with an AI model offline.
As for online options like Google Colab, they say that since you're not dealing with installations and removals and everything is automated, you won't really learn anything — especially since eventually you'll have to deploy the project in a local environment.
What do you think I should do?"
Not mainstream, but most ppl like using it as it's lightweight and fast

- Any user of $x here?
- Anyone used technology $y?
- Hello, I need help on $z!
Just ask about your problem directly! If you don't know what to ask, please read: http://catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html
Please provide a full explanation including all the details that you consider relevant. Your statement is too broad and there is no clear way to answer you, you have to explain:
- what you're doing
- what you're expecting
- what you're using
- where you're running the script
- what Python version you're using
- what packages and their versions you're using
- and the most important thing: show the code YOU wrote (read rule 5️⃣ for that)
and more details, that way your chances to get help will increase.
What the hell did I do, I just entered a chat on the Internet where they help me with computer science, and here they yell at me and don't help me at all
