X shaped bookshelf insert? Am I just imagining this?
I have one of those bookshelves that have several cube shaped partition (not sure the model), that is just open on either side. I use it for my CD collection. I vaguely remember a friend of mine showing me this insert you can put inside each partition that was just basically 2 metal rods that make an x shape, just to keep things from falling through the other side. Does that actually exist or am I dreaming?

Changing the arms on an old Ektorp?
I love my Ektorp sofa but it is bulky for my space. Has anyone unwrapped the arms or replaced them entirely with slimmer, more modern ones? I’ve already replaced the legs and stapled up the skirt to make it cleaner looking.
I’m assuming there are just layers of batting and cushion but can anyone confirm before I rip into it?

Shortening Hejne shelf in width
Hello,
I have a Hejne shelf but it is too wide (77 cm) to fit in the space I have. I was thinking to remove the boards of each shelf from the L-shaped section fixing the boards to the vertical poles so I can saw them and fixing everything back.
Does anyone have experience with that?

We renovated our daughter's room. Out the Kura bed, in a larger and more "gorwnuppy" Mandal, but one of the closets was blocked by the Smussla cabined which became her bedside table, so I lifted it up the wall with the help of some 3d printed anchors I designed:

i need to connect my ivar one, over another one, as i like to move to the top some ivar doors and put a top shelf (205.963.82) - has anyone tested connection ?
Should i cut two ivar sides like 30° degree, make a douel hole and joint them with construction glue (D3 class) ?
I whould connect my ivar to a wall with fi 8 mm wall plug (a conreate wall).
i should "handle" the load?
