Anyone else really upset we are not getting a what if...? Season 4?
I really enjoy what if. I think it is a wonderful way to show how characters are close together in the same world. For example, connecting agatha and the eternals was fun. I don't really care about the details that people complain about. I just like the realization that oh these two people both were connected to Russia,etc..
I can think of so many episodes I would love to see. With doomsday and secret wars, there are only going to be more questions that what if could answer.

The Theme Song for What If...? has gotten progressively worse
I'm loving the soundtrack overall for the series, but one thing has been bothering me about it. When I first heard the theme for Season 1, I was floored with how perfect it was. Coming off of Loki Season 1, with all these new timelines branching and the implications being uncertain, the theme for What If...? (and the narration) felt spot-on.
The theme has a sense of wonder but also feels ominous. It's got some hopeful elements, but gets intense and almost intimidating around the 35 second mark, when we see the infinite realities in a sea of shards. The theme had a clear identity, it fit perfectly with the circumstances of the story, and the buildup to the climax was executed very well.
Then Season 2 came along. Overall, the theme song is similar to the Season 1 version, but they've made some slight adjustments. Basically just adding some instruments here and there. I didn't necessarily feel like this was *bad* outright, but it definitely didn't feel as strong as the first version. The first version took a "less is more" approach, whereas the second version feels a bit more busy and I'd say something is lost as a result.
Now that we're 5 episodes into Season 3 I have to say...I really dislike the third version of the theme song. It feels like they're relying on the leitmotif *too much* and the whole thing feels less cohesive. That big moment in the song when the glass shatters and we see the vast multiverses in the shards is even timed differently in this version. The tempo feels off at points, it's too busy for most of the song, and it really isn't clear what emotion we're supposed to be feeling. It gives me the impression that they tried to make it sound more epic or dramatic just by following generic soundtrack tropes.
It's a real shame because the soundtrack within the episodes has been great. When it comes to the theme song itself, I think Season 1 was the high point and every version after has been a downgrade.

I really hope Laura wears the Mike Choi costume once in the MCU. It was actually designed with feedback from teenage girls as to what they'd wear/want to see in a comic.

Any way that Ty Burrell returns as Doc Samson to the MCU?
I personally think that the Incredible Hulk movie was underrated and should have done better at the box office. Ty did a great job as Doc Samson and even though the character had a pretty bad break up with Betty Ross, I feel that Doc Samson can be used again in the MCU.
I always thought that he can return in an upcoming Hulk movie or a Hulk related show where he plays a psychiatrist to super powered beings like the Hulks, Abomination, etc.
Would the fans want Ty Burrell back in the MCU as Doc Samson? If so, how would Samson be factored in to the MCU?

The facial animation in the new season of What-If is looking off
Idk, in the previous seasons you can always immediately tell which character is who, like Tony Stark or Dr. Strange. And S3 completely confuses me on who is who without the character directly calling out the names.
Moon Knight in EP1 just looks nothing like Oscar Isaac even though they got his voice. And Agatha in EP2 just looks like any generic NPC. Same for Red Guardian in the next episode.

Series.
There are a lot of Marvel series, and I am figuring out what to watch. The shows I am curious about are Inhumans, Agents of Shield, Legion, Cloak and Dagger, and Runaways. Do any of them matter / will any of them ever matter or fit in to the MCU? If any of them are standalone, are they still worth watching, or should I just ignore them?

I don't hear anyone talking about this, but I'm a little surprised that some of the actors who went to reprise their roles in What If...? season 1 and 2 got replaced by someone else. Wonder why they didn't return for the last season🤔

The city Howard envisioned?
In Iron Man 2, we saw the concept of that city, but due to Tony's changing life goals, he never ended up building it. Do you reckon it'll get adapted by a future Marvel series or movie? We do have Ironheart and Tony's daughter, which could be considered an interesting side plot, maybe?

Thoughts on the Runaways TV show?
I read the first run of the comics and really enjoyed that.
I watched Season 1 of the show and even though it took some departures from the comics it seemed alright. But I completely forgot about it until now and see that they made two more seasons.
Are they worth watching? Does the show actually end or was it cancelled mid story?

Thing I didn't like about No Way Home.. Tobey's universe
So basically, I find it odd that the writers did not research well into Tobey's universe.
If you don't know, other superheroes exist too in Tobey's universe,
The Punisher appeared in Spider Man 2.
Doctor Strange was referenced in Spider Man 2.
He has also been referenced in the Spider-Verse comics:
'''During the final battle against the Inheritors, two Spider-Men are talking about there being one Peter Parker that looks like the protagonist of the film Seabiscuit (Tobey Maguire, who portrays Parker in the Spider-Man film series).'''
In the novels,
Captain America (still frozen), Iron Man and Namor are referenced.

The MCU’s biggest mistake with What If? Was giving it a connecting narrative.
What If? Should have only ever been an anthology series which legitimately posits the question “what if?”.
The moment they decided to give a connecting narrative for the show (albeit a loose one) they tie themselves down to committing to a kind of conclusion.
What if is (and still should be) a concept that can be a Disney+ mainstay for literal decades with new episodes being easy to dream up. You can literally have unique tones each episode, and they in themselves could be a kind of event (say a 60 minute episode positing the question “What if Thanos won?”)
Where Thanos is truly forced to reckon with his actions in creating a new universe (threatened during the final endgame showdown), but it delves quite deep into how Thanos would actually feel being viewed as a God-like figure and how a universe of plenty also brings new challenges and demands for Thanos and his family.
If they ever revive the show in years to come, I’d really like to see it fully embrace the anthology nature of the concept and not try giving it an overarching narrative again.
