Found a racoon sleeping outside my window under my deck. Is there anything I can do to make him more comfortable? Maybe some straw to lay on? I live in the absolute coldest state in the USA so want him to be warm this season

Where did our neighborhood raccoons go?
We have had at least 6 or 7 uniquely distinguishable raccoons that have been coming to our porch to eat basically every night since spring. There were others before then, but these were all babies this spring, so we got to know their markings and personalities. The 6 or 7 babies are from two different mothers (litters), 4 from 1, and 2 from another, and then we think the mom with 2 "adopted" a third.
Every night, and I mean every night (unless a huge storm or something) they come. No one has came for the last 3 nights besides a possum and a cat. Could they be doing their winter week or two sleep? I read that instead of hibernating, raccoons will sleep through cold weather spells. Last week was unseasonably warm, in the high 50s/low 60s, then one night it dropped to near 10. Maybe that massive drop in temp put them into the zone to sleep? We live in a subdivision, haven't seen or heard any coyotes or things that may eat the poor guys. Just wondering if something has happened to them, or if this is normal during the colder months.
Last winter, the moms and a few other adult males would come most nights. But we have watched these babies grow up, and they kinda became a nightly thing to look out for.
-Also, before anyone says leaving food out for them is bad, we only leave food out for a set time. Usually like 6-9pm. But will sometimes still give the occasional lone stragler a hot dog if they are starting us down through the back porch door's window.
-will leave approximately two cups of cat food out, and will supplement that with a hot dog or marshmallow. But once the cat food is gone, we do not put more out. And do not feed all night long, so that they do not learn to rely on us for the bulk of their meal. Anyone who has ever fed or seen raccoons eat knows that these guys are endlessly hungry.
But yeah, this is the first time it's been days since we have seen them, kinda bummed.
