RHAPSODY OF REALITIES

SUNDAY 9 MARCH 2025

DON’T ASK FOR MERCY—OBTAIN IT

📖 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy (1 Peter 2:9-10).

Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
Mark 10:46-52 tells the remarkable story of the healing of a certain blind man named Bartimaeus. One day, as the Lord Jesus and His disciples were leaving the city of Jericho, Bartimaeus was sitting by the roadside, begging. When he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth passing by, he began to shout, "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!"

Many people around him rebuked him, telling him to be quiet, but Bartimaeus shouted even louder, "Son of David, have mercy on me!" Jesus stopped and called for Bartimaeus to come to Him. Throwing off his cloak, Bartimaeus jumped to his feet and approached Jesus. Jesus asked him, “What do you want me to do for you?” The blind man replied, “Rabbi, I want to see.” Moved by Bartimaeus’ faith, Jesus said, "Go, your faith has healed you." Immediately, Bartimaeus received his sight. He pleaded with the Master to have mercy on him, and it worked.

But unlike Bartimaeus, today, as a new creation in Christ, you don’t need to cry, pray or “beg” the Lord for mercy; you have obtained mercy. Hallelujah! Recall what we read in our opening scripture. In Christ, abundant mercy has been given to us before we even thought to ask for it. And if you ever felt like you required His mercy for anything, Hebrews 4:16 says, “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”

What a remarkable truth! We’re not told to ask for mercy; we’re told to obtain it. It has already been made available to us in Christ, and we simply take what has been given. So, how much mercy do you want? How much grace do you need, and for what do you require it? You don't have to beg for it; just collect it! This is amazing because it shows us the lavishness of God's provision. He gave us mercy and grace before we even had the sense to ask. All we need is to receive. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, I rejoice in the abundant mercy I’ve obtained in Christ and His superabundant grace which has made me sufficient in all things. Even now, I obtain mercy for the salvation of sinners around the world today—the hardest of hearts, the wayward, the wicked—that they may turn from their ways and embrace the light of the glorious Gospel, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES

THURSDAY 6 MARCH 2025

GOD’S ULTIMATE PLAN FOR THE CHURCH

📖 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ (Ephesians 4:13).

Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
The verse above reveals God’s purpose to bring us— the Church—to a state of maturity where we’re no longer children, tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine but established in the faith. This is His ultimate plan; to bring us into the fullness of Christ. That’s why, Ephesians 4:11-14 says, “And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive.”

Observe what it says in the 13th verse: “Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge (Greek: epignosis) of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ.” This isn’t a vague or abstract promise. It’s a definite reality that God is leading the Church into. Contrary to the belief that perfection is unattainable on earth, the Scripture clearly states otherwise.

The Word declares that we can come into perfection, not when we get to heaven, but here on earth. And God’s work in us is to this intent and purpose. The Lord is bringing the Church into that state of maturity, and then the Rapture will take place. This doesn't mean there won't be spiritual babies in the Church nor does it mean that those who have just given their hearts to Christ would suddenly grow into maturity. No! The Spirit is dealing here with the nationhood of the Church—the body of Christ.

The sum total of our understanding, our walk in Christ, our consciousness, will be one of those who have come to maturity, completeness, wholeness and perfection. This is God’s vision for the collective body of Christ, where the body of Christ as a whole reaches the “...measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ” (Ephesians 4:13). Hallelujah!

CONFESSION
I walk in the fullness of Christ, manifesting His nature; I live in the consciousness of this glorious reality, and I declare that the church is moving collectively into the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ even as the Lord’s return is imminent. Amen.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES

TUESDAY 4 MARCH 2025

THE FULLNESS OF THE BLESSING OF THE GOSPEL

📖 And I am sure that, when I come unto you, I shall come in the fulness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ (Romans 15:29).

Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
The Apostle Paul’s declaration in the verse above is absolutely profound. He spoke with certainty, saying, “...I am sure that, when I come unto you, I shall come in the fulness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ.” This statement reveals the possibility of walking in the fullness of the blessing of the Gospel of Jesus Christ while on earth.

Paul did not say he would pray for this to happen; he confidently declared it as a reality he walked in. What does it mean to walk in the fullness of the blessing of the Gospel? It signifies living in the complete manifestation of the inheritance of Christ, demonstrating His blessings, power and divine nature. This isn’t an experience reserved for us in the sweet-by-and-by; this is to be experienced on earth, and in this time.

Paul’s confidence stemmed from his understanding of our life in Christ. His writings are a testament to this reality. For example, he said, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me” (Philippians 4:13). He also affirmed, “...I have all, and abound...” (Philippians 4:18). These are the words of someone walking in the fullness of Christ’s blessings. This fullness is not theoretical; it is real and attainable.

However, many miss out because they yield to fear or follow the wrong path. Paul understood his identity in Christ. He declared, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me” (Galatians 2:20). What a consciousness!

This understanding made Paul bold, unstoppable and unwavering. He walked in righteousness and maintained oneness with the Holy Spirit. He lived a life free from frustration and defeat, saying, “Christ in me, the hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27). This is the life we are called to live—a life of victory, dominion and glory in the fullness of the blessing of the Gospel of Christ. So today, live in the consciousness of your divine inheritance, demonstrating God’s glory, power and righteousness. Be strong, courageous and victorious, walking in complete oneness with the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for calling me to walk in the fullness of the blessing of the Gospel of Christ. I live in the consciousness of my divine inheritance, demonstrating your glory, power and righteousness in every area of my life. I am bold, fearless, and victorious, walking in complete oneness with the Holy Spirit, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES

MONDAY 3 MARCH 2025

PRIORITIZE CHURCH ATTENDANCE

📖 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching (Hebrews 10:25).

Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
One of the things you must become more conscious of and take very seriously as we anticipate the Lord’s soon return is what the Bible says in Hebrews 10:25 (NIV), "Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another--and all the more as you see the Day approaching." If you’ve been found wanting in this aspect, not taking church attendance very seriously, you need to change and make it a priority.

Be regular with your church attendance, because in the house of God, you’ll learn the Word of God and be established in the Faith. This isn’t optional but a clear instruction for every child of God. Today, there’s so much information competing for your attention. This is one more reason why you must prioritize church attendance. Don’t assume you’ll know it by merely thinking about it. The Scriptures have been given to educate, inform, and culture us in the things of God. The Lord Jesus said, "Search the Scriptures..." (John 5:39) and Paul admonished, "Study the Word" (2 Timothy 2:15). What better way to learn and share the Scriptures than with other Christians in Church!

In the Old Testament, God commanded the children of Israel to gather at appointed times. In the New Testament, the principle remains; you must present yourself in the house of God. It’s not about hopping from one church to another every Sunday; rather, be committed and actively participate in the activities in your church family.

Get introduced to the leaders of the church and make yourself known. Identify with the family of God. The love you have for other Christians is a testimony in your spirit that you’ve passed from death to life as 1 John 3:14 says, "We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death."

Present yourself in the house of God and make yourself available for the Spirit of God to minister to you through the Word. The Bible describes the church as the pillar and ground of truth, the custodian of God’s revelation. So, prioritize church attendance and let the Word of God transform your life from glory to glory. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the privilege of belonging to your family. I commit myself to learning and living by your Word, presenting and making myself a committed member of a church family, and demonstrating your love to others. Your Word cultures me, and I walk in its light daily, bearing fruit that glorifies you, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES

SUNDAY 2 MARCH 2025

BECOME MORE CONSCIOUS OF CHRIST IN YOU

📖 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us... (John 1:14).

Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
When we say the Christian is one in whom Christ lives, the problem is that not many even know what Christ means or who Christ is. What is the meaning of the word Christ? Christ is the Hebrew word for Messiah, and the Messiah means the Anointed One. In the Old Testament, He was called Messiah, and in the New Testament, He is called Christ, but they both refer to the same person.

Whom the Jews understood to be Messiah was what the Prophet Daniel called the “Son of Man.” When Jesus referred to Himself as the “Son of Man” who would be “lifted up,” meaning crucified, the Jews questioned Him, asking, “Who is this Son of Man?” They thought the Christ would live forever. The Bible says in John 12:23, 32-34: “…Jesus answered them, saying, The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified…And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. This he said, signifying what death he should die. The people answered him, We have heard out of the law that Christ abideth for ever: and how sayest thou, The Son of man must be lifted up? who is this Son of man?” Jesus referred to Daniel’s prophecies and thus corroborated them.

The term Son of Man is a description of the Son of God. But Son of God doesn’t mean “one born by God”; rather, it means God in human flesh. This was why when Jesus said He was the Son of God, the Jewish leaders accused Him of blasphemy. They said, “...For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God” (John 10:33). They understood that the Messiah, God manifest in the flesh, is whom Jesus declared Himself to be.

When you say Jesus is the Christ, you mean Jesus is God manifest in the flesh. That was what He was crucified for. Never forget it. In another instance, as Mark 14:61-64 tells us, when the high priest asked Him directly, “Are you the Christ?” and Jesus answered in the affirmative, the high priest tore his robe, accusing Jesus of blasphemy. That declaration led to Jesus’ condemnation to death. But Jesus was right. He was truly the Christ.

The Messiah or Christ is God in the flesh. And when you received Christ, His divine life supplanted your human life and became manifest in you. You became a Christ-in-you person. Colossians 1:27 says, “…Christ in you, the hope of glory.” This is the glory and essence of Christianity—Christ in you! Become aware and more conscious of this reality today, more than ever before.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the revelation of who Christ is—God manifested in the flesh. I declare that Christ lives in me, and His divine life is made manifest in every part of my being. I walk in the consciousness of this reality, fulfilling your purpose and displaying your glory to the world, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES

FRIDAY 28 FEBRUARY 2025

HE LIVED AS A MAN

📖 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men (Philippians 2:5-7).

Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
Even though Jesus was the Son of God, He didn’t live on earth in His heavenly glory. He lived as a man. It’s the reason He could be our substitute and also our example. The Bible calls Him "the man, Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5); He was made in the likeness of men; that’s part of what we read in our opening verse.

It’s the reason He could be tempted (read Matthew 4:1-11, Mark 1:12-13, Luke 4:1-13). Being a man, it was possible for Him to yield to temptation; otherwise, it wouldn’t have been a bona fide temptation. Hebrews 4:15 says, "For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin."

Remember, when He prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane, He said, "…O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt" (Matthew 26:39). So, He felt pain. He was hungry like the rest of us (Matthew 4:2), and He ate food like any man would (Luke 24:42-43). He slept when He felt tired (Mark 4:38). He fasted (Matthew 4:2); He kept the flesh under subjection because He wanted to obey God.

The first Adam fell because he disobeyed God. The second Adam, Jesus Christ, made up His mind to obey God. The Bible says in Philippians 2:8, “And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.” He wanted us to know how to live and please God. He was our example; He rehearsed the God-life to us. Now we can live as He did—in righteousness, dominion over circumstances and absolute submission to the will of the Father. Glory to God!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for making it possible for me to live in dominion over circumstances, and to walk in alignment with your purpose at all times. By the power of the Holy Spirit, I live as Jesus did, in righteousness, pleasing you in all things, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

PERPETUAL PEACE WITH GOD

📖 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 5:1).

Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
The Amplified Classic renders our opening verse beautifully. It says, “THEREFORE, SINCE we are justified (acquitted, declared righteous, and given a right standing with God) through faith, let us [grasp the fact that we] have [the peace of reconciliation to hold and to enjoy] peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).” Imagine a life of perpetual peace with God! That’s exactly what Jesus made possible for us.

Through salvation, we’re in oneness with God, in perfect harmony and in sync with Him. He reconciled us to Himself, giving us peace that no religion can offer. This peace is the result of our being justified—acquitted by faith. No enmity between you and God; no hostilities!

Ephesians 2:14-17 says, “For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us…so making peace; And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.”

2 Corinthians 5:18-19 says, “And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.” Observe that it was God working in Christ Jesus, reconciling the world back to Himself, not counting their sins against them. Instead of condemnation, He gave us reconciliation and oneness. Hallelujah!

Now we have access by one Spirit unto the Father (Ephesians 2:18). You’re no longer separated from God. Isn’t that wonderful? Now we live in constant fellowship and peace with Him. Colossians 1:20 says, “And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself….” Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for justifying me by faith and giving me peace with you through our Lord Jesus Christ. I live in constant fellowship and oneness with you, free from condemnation, censure, blame, or disapproval. I enjoy the fullness of your peace every day, walking in your love and enjoying fellowship with you, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

IT’S ABOUT FOLLOWING HIS WORD

📖 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come (John 16:13).

Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
In yielding to the Holy Spirit, you must yield to His Word. To yield isn’t merely a physical act, like dropping your shoulders or curling up in submission. It goes beyond outward behaviour. Even if you physically appear submissive, it’s possible to still be rebellious on the inside. Yielding comes from the heart.

Therefore, yielding to the Lord means to give yourself to what He tells you to do. It’s about following His Word. You aren’t truly yielded to Him if you don’t follow His Word, because He’s one with the Word. If you truly desire to understand and walk in God's perfect will consistently, as well as grasp His judgments and perspectives on all matters of life, it's essential to study and meditate on the Scriptures and follow everything the Word of God says.

Allow the Word of God to live through you and gain mastery over your thinking. The more you allow the Word of God to dominate your mind, your decisions, your perspectives, and the way you see things, the more the Holy Spirit controls your life. He leads you through His Word. There’re so many voices in the world, but the Lord Jesus said, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me" (John 10:27).

Also, Isaiah 30:21 says, “And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it...." How can you judge the voice that you hear? Only through your knowledge of God’s Word can you discern and follow His leading. So, immerse yourself in the Word and allow it to shape every area of your life.

PRAYER
Dear Father, your Word dominates my thoughts, decisions, actions, and shapes my life in alignment with your divine will. My heart is continually opened to your Word, to instruct and guide me in the path of your perfect will, guiding me into all truth, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES

TUESDAY 25 FEBRUARY 2025

AN IMPORTANT AWARENESS

📖 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God (1 John 5:13).

Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
This verse of scripture was written by the Apostle John towards the closing part of his ministry, and he considered it essential to remind God's children of something very fundamental. He was addressing those who already believe in Jesus Christ, reiterating that they “know” they have eternal life. The word "know" is the Greek “eido,” which means to observe and become aware.

He wants you to observe and become aware that you have the organic and existential attributes of deity. This awareness is important because your consciousness of your identity in Christ influences the way you live and the decisions you make. It shapes your reactions and determines the outcomes in your life. Also notice the latter part that says, “…and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God” (1 John 5:13).

There’re two striking things John points attention to: one, observe and become aware that you have the Godlife, the God-nature. Secondly, believe on the Name of the Son of God. Why would John write to folks who are already Christians to believe on the Name of the Son of God? It’s because he wants their faith to remain strong and steadfast, unshaken by the circumstances around them.

God knew they would face challenges, so He encourages them to keep trusting and remain confident in God’s Word, no matter what happens. Remember what He said in 1 John 4:4, “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.” You’ve already overcome, because the One who lives in you is greater than anything or anyone in the world.

Therefore, keep the Word in your heart. Let your faith remain steadfast. Observe and become aware that you have eternal life; that life is greater than any circumstance or challenge. Trust in it, and live in the consciousness of the victorious life that Christ has given you.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the eternal life I have in Christ. I live with the consciousness of this life today, knowing that I am more than a conqueror. I stand firm, unshaken by circumstances, because greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. Amen.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES

TUESDAY 11 MARCH 2025

RIGHTEOUSNESS, PEACE AND ASSURANCE

📖 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost (Romans 14:17) .

Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
In Romans 14, the Apostle Paul discusses issues of conscience and how Christians should handle differences in personal convictions, particularly concerning dietary practices and observing special days. He emphasized that Christians should not judge or cause others to stumble over matters of food and drink, which are secondary, compared to the more important aspects of the Kingdom of God.

No wonder he concluded in Romans 14:17, "For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost." This is remarkable; it tells us what the Kingdom is about— righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost! This is what your life should be like every day; the effusion and manifestation of His righteousness, peace and joy.

It reminds of something beautiful that the Bible says in Isaiah 32:17, "And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance forever." This is wonderful! So, first, the work of righteousness is peace; peace in your life, such that no matter what happens, you’re unperturbed, full of confidence, eternal joy, comfort, prosperity and rest.

Also, observe that it doesn’t say that the effect of this righteousness from the Kingdom of God is quietness and assurance for just two weeks, no; it’s forever! The 18th verse says, "And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places." While this prophecy points to what Israel will fully experience in the millennial reign of Christ, this is a present-hour reality for us in Christ today. We dwell in Christ; that is our peaceable habitation, our sure dwelling and quiet resting place. You have quietness, safety and security forever because of the righteousness of God given to us in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the gift of righteousness, which brings peace, quietness and assurance forever. I walk in the light as a child of light, lambent and luminous. I dwell in a peaceable habitation, secure, safe and at rest forever. Thank you for the eternal joy I have in the Holy Spirit, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES

MONDAY 10 MARCH 2025

ESTEEM YOUR CALLING IN HIM

📖 By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter; Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season; Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence of the reward (Hebrews 11:24-26).

Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
The example of Moses in our theme scripture is what God expects of us. He wants us to be identified with Him and esteem our calling in Him much more than the wealth, fame and comfort that the world could offer. Your union with Christ is the greatest thing; it’s far greater than anything money can acquire. That’s why it’s important that you know who Christ is in your heart and believe in Him with your spirit.

The knowledge of who you are in Him and your glorious heritage in Him will inspire in you an extraordinary boldness and confidence such that the whole world will mean nothing to you. Pleasing Him in all things, and fulfilling His destiny for your life, becomes all that you care about. Recall the Spirit’s prayer through Paul for the Christians at Colossae: “For this reason…We continually ask God…that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way…” (Colossians 1:9-10 NIV).

Moses didn’t live in Jesus’ day, but he had a revelation of his calling and identity with the saviour, because when you identify with Him, you become a saviour. And that’s what Moses became. The Bible says through him, God delivered (saved) the children of Israel from Egypt. Going to confront Pharaoh to let God’s people go was at the risk of his life but he esteemed that assignment beyond any resultant peril. He was dauntless, forsaking Egypt—the world—and all it represented.

Let nothing matter or mean more to you than living for Christ. The Bible says, “And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again” (2 Corinthians 5:15). Live to please Him. Remember, you’re a saviour from Zion; you were saved to save others. Identify with Him in His passion for soul winning. Esteem His call upon your life—the call to win souls and lead men into salvation—more than the treasures of this world.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I esteem my calling in Christ above all worldly pursuits and live a life worthy of you, pleasing you in every way as I fulfil my purpose to the glory of your Name. I’m bold and confident to identify with you and to win souls for your Kingdom. My life reflects your glory, and I am committed to the call to save others, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES

SATURDAY 8 MARCH 2025

THE FULL PREACHING OF THE GOSPEL

📖 ...So from Jerusalem all the way around to Illyricum, I have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ. It has always been my ambition to preach the gospel where Christ was not known, so that I would not be building on someone else's foundation (Romans 15:19-20 NIV).

Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
The Apostle Paul, in the verse above, tells us something profound about the extent of his missionary work. His declaration that he had "fully preached" the Gospel signified that he had delivered the entirety of Christ's message, leaving no stone unturned in his evangelistic efforts.

In other words, from Jerusalem, the heart of the Jewish Faith, to Illyricum, Paul travelled extensively, winning souls, establishing churches and nurturing Christians in the Faith. His commitment to preaching the Gospel in regions where Christ had not been named was driven by a desire to reach the unreached, fulfilling the Great Commission given by the Lord Jesus to "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations..." (Matthew 28:19).

Paul understood the urgency of spreading the Gospel, knowing that many were yet to hear the life-changing message of salvation. Later on, in the 23rd verse of Romans 15, He affirmed that he had "no more place" to preach the Gospel in those regions. It indicates that he had faithfully executed the task entrusted to him by God, and now, he was ready to move on to new territories. Paul preached the Gospel in such a way that the message had taken root: “But now having no more place in these parts, and having a great desire these many years to come unto you” (Romans 15:23).

One of the remarkable things the Lord is gracing us to do this year is to complete the full preaching of the Gospel in all nations. Believe this and identify your role in it. In Matthew 24:14, the Lord Jesus said, "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come." Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the opportunity to be part of the great commission to preach the Gospel to all nations. This year, we will see the fullness of your message reach every corner of the earth. Christians and churches everywhere are empowered by your Spirit to boldly proclaim your truth, and the knowledge of your Word covers the earth as the waters cover the sea, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES

FRIDAY 7 MARCH 2025

FILLED WITH ALL THE FULLNESS OF GOD

📖 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God (Ephesians 3:19).

Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
Ponder again what we just read; do you realize what it means to be filled with all the fullness of God? That means every part of you—spirit, soul, and body—is completely immersed in God and inundated with God. You’re replete with God. The word "fullness" here is translated from the Greek "ple‌ro‌ma," meaning "replete," indicating a maximum load with nothing left out. Thus, you’re complete, full, and whole in God. You’re filled with the maximum load of God!

In Colossians 2:10, Paul affirms, "And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power." You are "ple‌roo‌"—complete in Him. Your whole being, every fibre of your existence, is now replete with Christ. This is the life of the Christian. This reality means that as Christians, we’re united with Christ in such amazing profundity. We’re not only filled with Christ, but we are His body.

Ephesians 1:22-23 further explains this; it says, "And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth all in all." The Church, the body of Christ, is the fullness of Him who fills everything. Christ fills everything, and as the Church, we are the embodiment of that fullness. Christ is in us, and we are in Him. No wonder Ephesians 5:30 says, "For we are members of his body, of his flesh and of his bones."

The Greek word translated members is “melos,” and it means limbs. This speaks of our intimate union and inseparable oneness with Christ. We’re not separate from Him; we’re one with Him. This union is so complete that it removes any possibility of sickness, disease, or failure. I mean, think about it: If you’re replete with Christ, where will sickness or disease come from? How can anything unclean exist in you when the fullness of Christ fills every part of your being?

His life flows in you; this is the true essence of Christianity. Every day, walk in the consciousness that Christ fills every part of your life. He is not just with you, but He’s in you, and you’re in Him. His fullness is your reality, and you’re to live according to that reality.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for revealing to me the truth that I am filled with the fullness of Christ. I am replete with you—spirit, soul and body, being inseparably one with you. Sickness, disease, failure and defeat have no place in my life, because I am complete in Christ. I walk in this fullness every day, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES

WEDNESDAY 5 MARCH 2025

ACKNOWLEDGE THE GOOD IN YOU

📖 That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus (Philemon 1:6).

Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
In our previous study, I explained the insightful words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 15:29, where he expressed his intentions regarding his visit to the Roman church: "And I am sure that, when I come unto you, I shall come in the fulness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ." If Paul could walk in the fullness of the blessings of the Gospel, so can you! It’s your calling. Many are however at sea as to how to walk in this reality; how to walk in the fulness of the blessing of the Gospel of Christ!

But our theme verse reveals an important truth that’s very key. It says, “That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.” That means the sharing or participation of your faith, the exercise of your faith will become effectual through the acknowledgment of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus. In other words, the way to make your faith effectual is by acknowledging the good things in you in Christ Jesus.

The word “acknowledge” is translated from the Greek “epignōsis.” It means to have full discernment, a recognition. It is the knowledge in which the knower relates to that which is known; it's a knowledge that involves a relationship with the object of knowledge. It is a precise, accurate and correct understanding of what God has made you and what He has deposited in you through the Gospel.

Now that you're born again and in Christ Jesus, there are certain good things within you that He wants you to take knowledge of. The Word of God and the ministry of the Holy Spirit remain the only reliable source for you to acquire this kind of knowledge. Again, in Colossians 1:9, Paul uses the same word, epignosis: "For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge, (Greek: epignosis) of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding."

Walking in the fullness of the blessing of the Gospel requires active acknowledgement, full and precise knowledge of the good things within you in Christ. Blessed be God!

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for the good things that are in me. I acknowledge and walk in the fullness of these blessings, producing results in my life and being a blessing to others. Through the Word and the Spirit, I gain accurate knowledge of my inheritance in Christ and live in the reality of it, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES

SATURDAY 1 MARCH 2025

PERFECT AND COMPLETE

📖 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing (James 1:4).

Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
There’re two key words I want you to notice in the verse above; the words "perfect" and "entire." The term "perfect" comes from the Greek word “teleios,” which means complete. While "entire," on the other hand, is translated from the Greek word “holokleros” and it means to be complete in every part; consummate, a wholeness, nothing that is needed is missing. This is the will of God for you.

In Colossians 4:12, the Spirit, through the Apostle Paul, tells us something remarkable. He says, “Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.” Again, the word “perfect” here is the Greek “teleios.” And then Paul introduces another word, “pleroo” (Greek), translated as "complete."

“Pleroo” means to be full, to be replete or chockful. It also signifies fulfilment, accomplishing a purpose, or bringing something to completion. This raises an important question: chockful or replete with what? It brings to mind Paul’s beautiful prayer of the Spirit in Colossians 1:9, that the Christians in Colossae may be filled, replete, with the knowledge of God’s will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding: “For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding.”

Then the ensuing verse 10 tells us the reason for this repleteness in the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding: “That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God” (Colossians 1:10). Think about that! God wants you perfect and complete; consummate, whole, replete with the knowledge of His will so that you may live a life that’s worthy of Him and pleases Him in every way, being fruitful in every good work as you increase in the knowledge of God. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for your Word that transforms and aligns me with your perfect will. As I meditate on your truth, I stand perfect and complete in all that you have planned for my life, guided by your Spirit into fullness and wholeness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
