Top Law Professor: COVID Was a Nuremberg Crime and a Crime Against Humanity
Dr. Francis Boyle, the architect 1989 Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act, did not mince his words.
He says, “Everyone involved in the development of COVID-19 as an offensive biological warfare weapon and also everyone involved in the manufacture of these COVID-19 ‘frankenshots’ clearly violated the Nuremberg Code on medical experimentation. It was a Nuremberg crime and a crime against humanity.”
Dr. Boyle refers to the Kansas lawsuit against Pfizer as “promising,” but the issue is that it is a civil lawsuit, not a criminal one.
Dr. Boyle believes that the perpetrators are guilty of “murder and conspiracy to commit murder.” He emphasized that under common law Anglo-American principles of criminal law, which he taught for eight years, those involved are undoubtedly guilty.
Other crimes include “not only murder but also mayhem and assault and battery,” he says.

Dr. David Martin @DrDavidMartin Issues Direct Message to President Trump
This is important.
Instead of defending the COVID shots, “President Trump could easily say that he was conned,” Dr. Martin suggested.
Because once the truth comes out, the reality is this: “They’re going to set you [Trump] up for this.”
Dr. Martin took a hard stance on Operation Warp Speed, highlighting the grim reality of its consequences. “Operation Warp Speed, without his [Trump’s] knowledge, was actually signing the death warrant for a number of individuals who happen to be American citizens, who happened to be people that you [Trump] swore an oath to protect.”
However, the path forward, according to Dr. Martin, is not about pointing fingers but about taking decisive action. He called on Trump to sign an executive order to do away with money-making “pandemics” for good.
“The executive order that gets signed on the day you become president must be the absolute erasure of the pharmaceutical liability shields that are in place for vaccine manufacturers,” he insisted.
“If we want this thing to end, companies will be responsible for the products that they make, period. And then they’ll stop. The minute Pfizer and the minute Moderna have fiscal and civil and criminal liability for the things that they actually are producing ... We will not have a pandemic.”

I find this article a little bewildering.
There are certainly straw man arguments in it, for example, the demand made by some people not to use cell cultures in virology.
I haven’t personally encountered this argument. What I have understood recently is crystal clear, that cell cultures used in claimed virus isolation experiments always lack “uninfected controls”.
Michael’s rebuttal to a very large body of such work, lacking controls, is simply that he’s never seen a cell culture experiment which lacked appropriate controls. I must say, I haven’t either. But then I’ve not worked in a virology lab.
Does Michael not know that it’s not a minor technicality, this lack of uninfected controls in alleged virus isolation experiments?
And that it has been shown independently by more than one lab, that uninfected control cultures can result in exactly the same outcomes as are seen in the alleged infected cells, with the same extent of cytopathic effect, the effect which is claimed is due to the presence of the alleged virus?
Is he further not aware that, in a hundred years of clinical attempts to demonstrate symptomatic transmission of acute respiratory Illnesses, there are only failures so to demonstrate?
I’d be happy to focus discussion initially to just these two points.

Kansas sues Pfizer over COVID vaccine; Pfizer knew in 2021 of the adverse events and harms caused to pregnant women
Attorney General Kris Kobach is suing Pfizer over its COVID-19 vaccine, alleging the company engaged in "false and misleading marketing."
Kobach said the "most egregious" examples of Pfizer's claims are that it's safe for pregnant women, that it failed to report instances of myocarditis, effectiveness of the vaccine against variants and that the vaccine protected against transmission.
Pfizer administered over 3.3 million doses of its COVID-19 vaccine in Kansas, accounting for more than 60% of all the doses in Kansas.

REPORT: Peter Navarro told Fauci to his face that he had “blood on his hands” for keeping hydroxychloroquine from the American people.

Harry is right, good healthcare providers out there always take a COVID-19 vaccine history since it has been shown in peer-reviewed studies that COVID-19 vaccines cause heart damage/cardiac arrest, stroke, paralysis, blood clots, and immune problems. Unfortunately, most do not ask about COVID-19 vaccination at all during their intake, they are too afraid to make the connection. Patients should always state their vaccine status at every health encounter and be sure its documented.
