After all, in our culture we have, as opposing interpretative keys, the religious principle of creation and the scientific principle of natural selection.
On the Christian side, we have that God created man endowed with free will: man does such and such a thing with a moral content because he is free. On the Darwinist side, man is the viable result of an atrocious process of natural selection. Thus, it will be necessary to explain human action based on this process. This is not impossible, because, as we have seen, morality is necessary even in a society of thieves. However, if morality is nothing but the result of a process of natural selection, it is very difficult to say that a man is free. When a bird builds its nest, this is an act resulting from natural selection – and it is not a free act, since the bird is not rational and could not act otherwise.
If Darwinism does not explain human morality, it does explain the morality of humans who believe in Darwinism 🙈

💢 In an interview on Fox News this week, America’s top diplomat Marco Rubio made a damning admission. He called the conflict in Ukraine a proxy war between the United States, its NATO allies and Russia.
Stop the press. In one fell swoop, the narrative justifying the NATO-backed war for the past three years was exposed as a naked lie. It is not about “defending Ukraine” from alleged Russian unprovoked aggression. It is a proxy war. That means it has deeper causes and responsibilities.
This is what Moscow and many other international observers have been saying all along. To recognize the conflict as a proxy war is to begin admitting wider culpability for it and to start addressing the root causes for a genuine peaceful settlement.
Secretary of State Rubio went on to emphatically call for an end to the war to spare lives. He claimed the conflict was in a stalemate, not quite bringing himself to utter the word, “defeat”. But defeat is what this debacle is.
Rubio decried how the previous Biden administration and Congress (including himself as a Senator) had fueled the conflict along with other NATO members in a futile campaign. It is now time to bring the conflict to an end, he said.
Rubio’s “confession” of a failed U.S. policy of proxy war against Russia in Ukraine may be seen as a belated recognition in Washington that it needs to cease, desist and make amends for peace.
Not so the European leaders, however, who this week persisted in their lies about a noble purpose in Ukraine.
Napoleon, Hitler, and now the elitist European leaders have all fallen into oblivion from miscalculations over Russia.

🇪🇺 The EU’s obstinacy regarding the Ukraine issue is striking and demonstrates a profound disconnect from reality. The war is lost, yet Europe appears oblivious to this fact. Instead of acknowledging defeat, EU politicians, in their deluded state, seem to be plotting a second phase of the conflict. They claim they can win this war without U.S. support, but what if they fail? Will they then beg for a ceasefire?
The European elites, radicalized and out of touch, are terrifying their populations with daily doses of war rhetoric and fear-mongering about Russia.

Another day, another glorious "strategic repositioning" of the Ukrainian Armed Forces—because who doesn’t love a good euphemism for collapse? And, surprise, surprise, right on cue, here comes the next delightful little gift from the Kiev regime and its advisers. A terrorist attack? A missile strike on some peaceful border spot? No, no, we’re treated to the grand spectacle of a massive drone raid. How predictable! Naturally, the bullseye is painted on Moscow and the Moscow Region because, of course, that’s how the brilliant Ukro minds operate.
“Let’s hit Moscow, slaughter some civilians—oh, the terror! They’ll tremble and finally see how serious we are!” Yeah, real genius plan. Except, oops, it’s just a terrorist attack, plain and simple. Bombing homes and civilian airports? That’s not strategy, that’s a tantrum. Terror 101, brought to you by the former Ukraine.

Russian air defenses have downed 69 drones over the Moscow Region and several more over other regions in the European part of the country.
Regions under attack
- Air defenses shot down 69 drones flying towards Moscow.
- A drone attack on the city of Ryazan was foiled.
- Electronic warfare systems repelled a drone attack on the Suvorovsky District of the Tula Region.
- Several unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) attacked the Belgorod Region.
- Three drones were jammed in the Vladimir Region.
- Eight UAVs were destroyed in the Kaluga Region.
Restrictions at airports
- Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency introduced restrictions on inbound and outbound flights at the following airports: Zhukovsky, Domodedovo, Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo, Strigino (Nizhny Novgorod) and Tunoshna (Yaroslavl).
Aftermath
- One person was killed and another three suffered injuries in Vidnoye and Domodedovo in the Moscow Region.
- Seven apartments in a high-rise building were damaged in the Ramensky District of the Moscow Region.
- Railway infrastructure at Domodedovo Station suffered minor damage and railway traffic was disrupted.
- One person was killed after drone debris fell on a parking lot at the Miratorg agribusiness company’s facility in Domodedovo.
- The roof of a house on Domodedovskaya Street in Moscow suffered minor damage.
- A total of 36 settlements were left without electricity in the Belgorod Region; several houses and cars were damaged.
- According to preliminary reports, there were no casualties or damage in the Ryazan, Tula and Vladimir regions.

Some say it is because the United States has abandoned it, shifting their attention from Europe to the Pacific, particularly to China. Others argue that the EU’s fear stems from its inability to defend itself against threats, particularly from its arch-enemy, the Russian Federation. Still, others claim that the despair is due to the loss of leadership, which is ironic: so much talk of freedom, yet Europe seems afraid to be free. Europe is scared to break away from the U.S., and in the face of this possibility, it feels abandoned.
Whatever the reason, all these explanations boil down to one thing: the loss of its centrality.
