የታሰሩ እንዲፈቱ፣ ከሥራ የተባረሩ ወደ ሥራ እንዲመለሱ፣ ዛቻና ማስፈራሪያ እንዲቆም ይህ ተግባራዊ ካልተደረገ አሁንም የሥራ ማቆም እንቅስቃሴ ሊቀጥል እንደሚችል ጤና ባለሙያዎች ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ተናገሩ፡፡

ምን አሉ ?

“ ማስፈራሪያውና እስሩ እንደቀጠለ ነው፡፡ የታሰሩ ብዙ ጤና ባለሙያዎች አሉ፡፡ እየተፈቱ ያሉም አሉ፡፡ ነገር ግን አሁንም ስፔሻሊስቶች፣ ሰብሰፔሻሊስቶች ሌሎችም ሀኪሞች፣ ነርሶች ብዙ በእስር ላይ ያሉ አሉ ” ብለዋል።

“ ጥያቄያችንም ጤና ባለሙያዎች ከእስር እንዲፈቱ ነው፡፡ ጥያቄ ነው ያቀረቡት ጥያቄዎችን በመመለስ ፋንታ በእስር መማቀቅ የለባቸውም፡፡ አሁንም በእስር ያሉ ባለሙያዎች እንዲፈቱ ጥያቄ እንናቀርባለን” ነው ያሉት፡፡

የሥራ ማቆም እንቅስቃሴ በማድረጋቸው  ከሥራ የተባረሩ ባለሙያዎች አሉ ? በሚል ለቀረበው ጥያቄም፣ “ አዎ በጣም ብዙ አሉ፡፡ የማባረሪያ ወይም ከሥራ መሰናበቻ ደብዳቤ የደረሳቸው ባለሙያዎች አሉ፡፡ ይህ አግባብ አይደለም፡፡ ሕጉም አይደግፍም፡፡ የሚቀጥሉበት ይሆናል ብለን አናምንን ” ሲሉ መልሰዋል፡፡

ጥያቄያቸው ባለመመለሱ ሙሉ ለሙሉ ሥራ የማቆም እርምጃ እየወሰዱ የሚገኙ ባለሙያዎች እንዳሉ ተናግረው ፥ ለጥያቄ እንኳን ባይሆን ለቅድመ ውይይት የተቀመጡ ጥያቄዎች አሉ እነርሱ ካልተፈቱ ማቆሙ ሊቀጥል እንደሚችል ተናግረዋል።

“ አሁን ትላልቅ ሚባሉ የጤና ተቋማት የሥራ መስተጓጎል ገጥሟቸዋል፡፡ እነጥቁር አንበሳ፣ ቅዱስ ጳውሎስ፣ መቐለ አይደር፣ ሀዋሳ ሪፈራል ሆስፒታሎች ታካሚዎች እየተጉላሉ ያሉበት ሁኔታ ነው ያለው ” ሲሉ ተናግረዋል፡፡

ባለሙያዎች ከጤና ሚኒስቴር ጋር ውይይት ጀምረዋል ?

ከጤና ሚኒስቴር ጋር መነጋጋር እንደጀመሩ፣ ይህንንም በመልካም ጎን እንደሚያዩት፣ ነገር ግን ውጤቱ ገና እንደሆነ ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ተናግረዋል።

ምን ተወያያችሁ ? ከሚኒስቴሩ እነማንን ነበር ያገኛችሁት ? በሚል ላቀረብነው ጥያቄም፣ “ ከሚኒስቴሩ ኃላፊዎች ጋር ነው፡፡ ሚኒስትሯ፣ ሚኒስትር ደዔታዎች ባሉበት ተገናኝተናል ” የሚል ምላሽ ሰጥተዋል፡፡

° የታሰሩ ጤና ባለሙያዎች እንዲፈቱ፣
° ከሥራ የተባረሩ ወደ ሥራ እንዲመለሱ፣
° ማስፈራሪያና መሰል ነገሮች እንዲቆሙ፣
° እንቅስቃሴ እያደረጉ ባሉ ባለሙያዎች ፋንታ እየወጡ ያሉ የቅጥር ማስታዎቂያዎች እንዲቆሙ የሚሉ ናቸው ” ብለዋል።

ሆኖም ግን ጉዳዩ በጤና ሚኒስቴር በኩል ገና ምላሽ እንዳልተሰጠበት፣ ከዚያ በኋላም በድጋሚ እንዳልተገናኙ ያስረዱ ሲሆን፣ የኢትዮጵያ ጤና ባለሙያዎች ማኀበርም ከባለሙያዎቹ ጋር ተገኝቶ እንደነበር ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ገልጿል።
