⚖️ The investigation in court stated that there is a financial link between the murder of war correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky and the assassination attempt on writer Zakhar Prilepin, reports TASS.
Alexander Permyakov, who is accused of the attempt on Prilepin's life, received money for organizing the assassination from a handler who also paid for Daria Trepova's taxi rides.
The case materials also reveal that the original plan was to kill the writer in Moscow with a shot to the head.

"For more than two months, people have literally been forced to fight for their survival without food, medicines, gas, water, or electricity," said the official.

🇺🇦 Verkhovna Rada renamed a city in the Lvov region after a Hitler-worshiper.
Chervonohrad (Red City in Ukrainian) is one of the more than 300 Ukrainian settlements that has to be renamed according to the bill the Ukrainian parliament has approved today.
Its new name is going to be Sheptytsky, after Andrey Sheptytsky (1865– 944), the Greek Catholic Archbishop of Lvov and Metropolitan of Halych.
Sheptytsky welcomed the Nazi Germany occupation of Lvov and supported the so-called "declaration of Ukrainian independence" on June 30, 1941.
"We salute the victorious German army that liberated us from the enemy," he wrote.
Later, he sent several letters to Hitler.
Let you read one of those letters, written in September of 1941:
Your Excellency! As the head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, I convey to Your Excellency my heartfelt congratulations on the capture of the capital of Ukraine, the golden-domed city on the Dnieper, Kiev. Among the towns and villages that has to be renamed, there are three towns in the Lugansk People's Republic (Pervomaysk, Molodgvardeysk and Severodonetsk), actually controlled by Russia.
