US-Supported Mark Rutte To Become Next NATO Secretary General
Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte will be named the next secretary general of the North Atlantic alliance. The White House backed his ascension to become NATO’s top civilian official. Rutte will replace outgoing Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
In his bid for the job, Rutte has secured support from all 32 member states and is expected to officially take over at the NATO summit in Washington next month. He has served as the Dutch prime minister for 14 years, but reportedly plans to step down.

RE: Flynn for VP, I tend to have different take on that. Remember, according to Flynn himself it was VP Mike Pence who was instrumental in Flynn's removal from the White House. Pence exercised tremendous control over Trump's decision making while in office, and I for one would feel much more comfortable with Flynn in his ear 24/7 then some Rino like Rubio or Cotton. This time around it would be virtually impossible for them to remove Flynn if he was in the VP position, and he could install somebody he trusts as National Security Advisor.
All that being said, I think it's much more likely we'll get a JD Vance or somebody similar in that role. Either way, I'm hoping for some kind of Flynn redemption arc during Trump 2.0.

Russia has said that the US bears “primary responsibility” for what it claimed was a deliberate Ukrainian missile strike against civilians in the Russian-occupied city of Sevastopol.
Five people were killed - including two children - in the incident, as Russian air defences attempted to intercept long-range US-made Atacms missiles, Russian officials and Moscow’s ministry of defence said.
The Russian defence ministry said that the missiles hit by its air defence systems were armed with cluster munition warheads. Ukrainian officials have not commented.
Footage posted on social media showed missile fragments hitting beach areas in the north of the city, spraying sunbathing tourists with shrapnel.
