🇮🇷 🇺🇸 🌟 In response to 100 "israeli" bombings in Lebanon in violation of the ceasefire, Iran has officially announced the Strait of Hormuz is closed until the ceasefire is implemented in Lebanon
Only after 100 bombings, the "israelis" say they will now implement "calm." "Calm" only after massacring entire Lebanese families once again. All because they claimed Hezbollah violated the ceasefire, when Hezbollah was only retaliating for "israeli" advancements into Lebanese territory.
If the US wants to play games, thinking they can abide by one part of the MoU and ignore another so they can reap the economic benefits of an open Strait of Hormuz (which explains why the US would end their naval blockade, since it relates to Hormuz and economic benefits while the Lebanese clause is unrelated to benefits for the US), then they should fall off the economic cliff.
Once again those who have warned about negotiations and deals with the US are proven right.
@BasiraPress
🇮🇷 🇺🇸 It seems like the Americans only want to reap temporary economic benefits from the Strait of Hormuz reopening
The Americans have only partially complied with the MoU with Iran, because since day one of the agreement there have been no signs of ceasefire in Lebanon despite it being the first clause. Even from the first day they have shown what all rational people with a sound moral compass know: the US has never operated in good faith and is even worse under President Trump who merely takes the mask off of this Satanic system.
The Americans have only complied with the aspects related to the Strait of Hormuz so they can get temporary economic benefits. They'll remove the naval blockade so that the strait can be re-opened.
However, the Americans won't abide by those aspects which have no reciprocal benefit for them, so they will continue to give the Zionist entity the green light to keep attacking Lebanon. No amount of spin by Oscar-winning propaganda script writer Barak Ravid of Axios in his fictional writings about a "Trump-Netanyahu split" will change the reality that the US and Zionism are one force.
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Mojtaba Khamenei, expressed his differences with the principle of negotiations with America based on wisdom, not irrationality. Anyone who understands the nature of the Epstein empire would come to the same logical conclusion. But, it seems like the martyrdom of the Leader and the massacre in Minab is not enough to put some sense into the minds of certain people who still remain fast asleep as they entertain fanciful and fictitious notions about the US.
Permission is not the same as endorsement. Permission is based on certain conditions being fulfilled and the few benefits that Iran can gain, such as creating a new reality for the Strait of Hormuz under its management that the US is forced to recognize and also buying time for Iranian forces to regroup and prepare for the inevitable next round. However, the very apparent shortcomings of the MoU, like not abiding by the ceasefire in Lebanon are a clear reason why a wholehearted endorsement was not given.

🔍 Trita Parsi is the Mehdi Hasan of Iranian politics in the west
Trita Parsi was recently on the Tucker Carlson show where he positioned himself as an "antiwar" voice.
While on the surface his nice sounding slogans may resonate to the layman and may seem as a useful counterweight to the Zionists and neocons in the DC beltway, but upon further examination, Parsi helps to manufacture consent for the war against Iran under a fake smile.
Similar to Mehdi Hasan, Parsi takes a fake moral high ground that only exists within his own head with a reductionist "I'm against both sides" argument. Parsi claims to be against both the Zionists/neocons and the "mullahs" of Iran.
In the Carlson interview, Parsi claimed that only 15% of the people support "the regime" (negative rhetoric which helps to manufacture consent for the war). This is a nonsense statistic that Parsi pulled out of the ether like pro-rioter oppositionists who claimed Iran killed six gorillion protestors in January and February.
Just prior to the war, Parsi claimed that many Iranians inside Iran were wishing for foreign intervention. Make no mistake, the blood of Minab schoolchildren is on the hands of Parsi as much as it is on the openly pro-war Iranian expats.
Parsi serves as a controlled opposition by making it seem like he's against the Zionist/neocon establishment, while serving their goals through more deceptive means. Parsi only superficially opposes bombs and bullets to achieve regime change, but supports most of the other hybrid warfare tactics used against the Islamic Republic.
Why would he do that? Simple: follow the money. https://www.politico.com/news/2019/12/02/george-soros-and-charles-koch-take-on-the-endless-wars-074737
Parsi's Quincy Institute (aka Center for Responsible Statecraft) is funded by both George Soros and the Koch Brothers, two of the most devious oligarch political financers. Soros is an avowed Zionist (as he is a Jewish supremacist), just a Liberal Zionist who is anti-Netanyahu/anti-Likud.
Parsi tries to claim that the Islamic Revolution was secretly guided by the Zionists and Americans — while he himself is funded by the Zionists and spent his entire career sucking up to Uncle Sam. He gained prominence during the Obama years promoting the JCPOA and the looming Iran-US reconciliation and bromance. During the first Trump years, he shrieked "racist" because Trump wouldn't let every Iranian and their entire extended families get green cards. Then during the second Trump term, he hails the orange despot as an "antiwar" voice and painted him as a poor innocent lamb being reluctantly dragged along by Netanyahu. Parsi started off as an establishment Democrat but now positions himself as an anti-establishment independent.
This Soros-funded chameleon is complicit in the campaign to manufacture consent for the war on Iran but disguises his intentions so that we think he is one of us.

VIDEO | US President Donald Trump said the Iran agreement helped avert a global energy crisis, arguing that US oil reserves were at risk of rapid depletion and that supply shortages would have followed without a deal and the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.
He warned that the US would have "run out of reserves in about four weeks."
Trump further said that without the agreement, the world was heading toward an “economic catastrophe” alongside severe oil shortages.

❗️Statement issued by Hezbollah:
"Hezbollah extends its congratulations to the Islamic Republic of Iran, its leadership, and its people, on the monumental achievement of reaching the memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States of America, which has led to a comprehensive ceasefire across all fronts, including Lebanon. This grand achievement is the fruit of the legendary resilience, exceptional steadfastness, and immense sacrifices borne by the dear Iranian people and their wise leadership, who remained steadfastly committed to the national choices that safeguard their dignity, sovereignty, and independence.
On this momentous occasion, Hezbollah extends its greetings and appreciation to His Eminence, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Sayyed Mojtaba Khamenei, who guided this phase with wisdom, courage, and foresight that has seldom been matched. We likewise extend our greetings to the President of the Republic and the Iranian Government, the valiant armed forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the army, and the brotherly Iranian people. We express our deepest gratitude for their unwavering stances alongside Lebanon, its people, and its resistance, and for their insistence that Lebanon be present in any understanding that leads to ending the war and preserves its rights, bearing for that sake the burdens of the siege and aggression. Thus, the Islamic Republic confirms once again that it is indeed the best support, and a powerful, loyal ally.
Hezbollah also extends its greetings to all the countries that participated, contributed, aided, and accompanied the efforts to remove obstacles in order to achieve this agreement. We emphasize that Lebanon must properly utilize this regional and international umbrella to realize Lebanon's sovereignty and liberate its land within the framework of internal unity.
We extend our grandest salute to the people of honor, pride, and defiance, to the loyal people of the resistance, and to our displaced families. A salute to their patience, endurance, and steadfastness, and a salute to their sacrifices and everything they have offered in confronting this barbaric aggression. They have truly proven to be a proud people and the "most honorable of people," precisely as described by the Martyr of the Nation, His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.
We salute the leadership and heroic, valiant fighters of the resistance, who serve as the impenetrable shield and fortress of our homeland. These fighters sacrificed their pure blood and souls for the pride of their nation and the dignity of their people, engaging in heroic battles where the Israeli enemy witnessed some of their might and was made to taste the bitterness of defeat.
We affirm that what has been achieved is a prelude to completing the path toward the full liberation of our land, the return of our prisoners to their homeland and families, the return of all our people, especially the residents of the frontline villages on the forward edge, to their towns and homes, and the reconstruction of what was destroyed by the aggression. We call upon our steadfast people to remain patient and to await the guidelines issued by the relevant authorities regarding a safe return to their villages and towns, ensuring their safety and avoiding any risks that may arise from potential Israeli violations.
The Israeli enemy must understand that there is no returning to the status quo prior to March 2nd. The resistance, which has always been and remains the vigilant eye protecting our homeland and its people, will never accept any aggression that violates the sovereignty of its nation or sheds the blood of its people. The resistance will continue to uphold Lebanon's legitimate and steadfast right to defend its land, its people, and its sovereignty until full withdrawal is achieved and the prisoners are returned.
Consequently, we emphasize that this current stage demands that the authority and all Lebanese political forces return to a unified national stance to achieve the goals that unite the Lebanese people, because within those goals lies Lebanon's true interest, safeguarding its sovereignty, strength, and resilience against the ambitions of the Israeli enemy. It is a matter of wisdom to review all the calculations and paths that the authority has previously pursued, to benefit from this experience and prior experiences through which our homeland Lebanon has passed, to distance ourselves from illusions and losing bets, and to acknowledge that a unified Lebanese position and reliance on true friends remain the optimal path to safeguarding national interests."
🇮🇷 🇵🇸 "The people lashing out against Iran for not including Gaza in its MoU with the US are forgetting that a ‘ceasefire’ was already agreed for Gaza last September, and it was approved by all the major Sunni players, including Qatar, Egypt, Jordan, UAE, Indonesia, Pakistan, Türkiye, and Saudi Arabia.
Despite this ‘ceasefire’, the genocide and outrages continue in Gaza. But who is ultimately responsible for this?
The defence of Gaza is the duty of the entire Muslim ummah, which of course includes Iran, but the state that has taken the primary negotiating role, with the support of the Palestinian resistance, is Qatar, backed by major Sunni states.
The truth is that Iran has, through great struggle and sacrifice, only (tenuously) been able to include Beirut in its MoU, and even more tenuous is South Lebanon – to which the Zionists have certainly not agreed."

💯
There's a fine line between legitimate and constructive criticism of negotiations and deals and stabbing the resistance in the back from the comfort of a computer desk in the west.
Morning Remarks
The deal trajectory will most probably collapse on the ground due to the Zionist entity's refusal to abide by America's commitments. The highest levels of leadership in the occupation entity have already put out statements suggesting that while America has chosen to save itself, such a deal is a "strategic crisis" for the entity and the standing policy is to consider it "unbinding", hence "maintaining their presence" in certain areas of Lebanon to impose new security realities. Naturally, this is meant to enable their claim of victory in the media, but moreover, it essentially means occupying territories in Lebanon, Syria, and elsewhere. The Resistance Axis, from Lebanon to Iran and all the members in between, will not and certainly must not accept this - even if it means the war will resume. Not only does the rise of Iran depend on it, but furthermore, so does the future of the region. The political, economic, and cultural identity of this region must reflect the success of the Resistance Axis and the forced decline of American hegemony. This is a historic opportunity..
🇮🇷🇺🇸| Mehr News has released a short version of the 14-clauses of the MoU that will be signed on Friday, between Iran & US.
1. The permanent and immediate halt of war on all fronts, including Lebanon.
2. A U.S. commitment not to interfere in Iran’s internal affairs and to respect the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
3. The complete lifting of the naval blockade within 30 days.
4. A U.S. commitment to withdraw its forces from the areas surrounding Iran.
5. The reopening of the Strait of Hormuz within 30 days under Iranian “arrangements”.
6. The suspension of oil sanctions, petrochemical products and derivatives, and Iran’s full access to the financial proceeds from them.
7. The requirement for the US & its allies to present reconstruction plans for Iran worth at least $300 billion.
8. Sixty days of negotiations to reach a final agreement based on nuclear issues and the complete lifting of primary and secondary U.S. sanctions, as well as UN Security Council resolutions and resolutions of the IAEA Board of Governors.
9. Iran’s reiteration of its commitment under the NPT not to produce nuclear weapons.
10. During the negotiation period, the U.S. has committed not to add to its forces in the region and not to impose any new sanctions.
11. The release of $24 billion of Iran’s frozen funds during the 60-day period of final negotiations. Half of this amount must be made available to Iran before the negotiations begin.
12. The formation of a supervisory mechanism to implement the agreement.
13. The final agreement will be approved through a UN Security Council resolution.
14. Final negotiations will not begin before half of Iran’s frozen funds are released, Iran’s oil sanctions are suspended, and the naval blockade is lifted. The final agreement will be limited only to the fate of enriched materials and enrichment, sanctions relief, and the program for rebuilding Iran’s economy. Discussions about Iran’s missile program and support for Resistance groups have been definitively removed from the agenda.

❗️Statement issued by the Operations Room of Hezbollah:
"In refutation of the Israeli enemy's claims regarding Hezbollah violating the ceasefire, the Islamic Resistance confirms that the enemy has never abided by any ceasefire agreement—starting from 27 November 2024, through 16 April 2026, and up to the outcomes of the recent Iranian-American understanding, which emphasized in its first clause the ending of the war on all fronts, including Lebanon.
Instead, the Israeli enemy has persisted in its continuous violations of the ceasefire, committing massacres and destroying residential buildings and civilian infrastructure. It has continued to carry out ground aggressions through attempts to infiltrate and control villages and areas it failed to reach prior to the agreement. Israeli disregard for the ceasefire reached a point where the enemy's army chief of staff, the criminal Eyal Zamir, declared two weeks ago that "there is no ceasefire in Lebanon," before his army’s spokesperson reconfirmed yesterday the continuation of the occupation forces' operations in southern Lebanon.
As is its habit, to compensate for its inability to confront the fighters of the Resistance and to cover up its failure and losses on the battlefield, the enemy resorts to committing massacres against civilians and targeting peaceful villages, just as happened today following the brave confrontation by the fighters against the enemy's attempt to advance toward Ali Al-Taher Hill last night.
The Islamic Resistance will remain on high alert against any aggression. Its fighters defend their land and people with all courage and with a Karbala'i, Husseini spirit, making the enemy army taste their might, inflicting dozens of deaths and injuries among its officers and soldiers, and causing devastating damage to its vehicles. Between us and them lie the days, the nights, and the battlefield."

✉️ The message of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution addressing the Iranian nation regarding the Memorandum of Understanding between the US and Iranian presidents
✏️ In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
🔹To the passionate and loyal nation of Iran,
▪️As you have been informed, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the presidents of Iran and the president of America. In the course of reaching this stage, the officials in charge, out of sincere concern and goodwill, made extensive efforts—and of course, it was the American president who, out of desperation, used all kinds of leverage to bring this about.
▪️I, as a matter of principle, held a different view; however, out of the commitment that the esteemed president—as the head of the Supreme National Security Council—gave to me on his own behalf and on behalf of the other members regarding the safeguarding of the rights of the Iranian nation and the Resistance Front, and his explicit acceptance of that responsibility, I granted my permission. He also explicitly stated that if the American side seeks to make excessive demands, they will not submit to them.
▪️From this moment on, we—that is, you, the proud nation, and this humble servant—will await the realization of the aforementioned conditions.
▪️ However, it is self-evident that the in-person negotiations that will take place in the future will not mean acceptance of the enemy's position. We hope that the blessed prayers of our Master (may God hasten his noble reappearance) will bring all kinds of victories and triumphs to the honorable nation of Iran.
▪️ Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.

💠 Imam Hussain (pbuh): The one who taught the path of struggle
Our people learned the path [of struggle] from Hussain ibn Ali (pbuh). They’ve understood that retreating before a seemingly overbearing enemy leads only to misery and disgrace. No matter how great an enemy may be, when the front of the faithful — the party of believers — fights while trusting in God, the enemy will ultimately be defeated, and the believers will be victorious.

Exhibit A: Propandco accuses Iran of betraying Gaza
He is a well known supporter of Jewlani and the "Blessed Revolution" in Syria. He never recanted.
We're not elitist or purist, and after it seemed like Ahmad of Propandco improved and changed, we started to like and interact with his content.
However, after finding out from Leila Hatoum that Ahmad dated that Jalyssa lady who is literally a defense contractor filming reports in Lebanon without a media license, this swipe at Iran is the last straw that shows his true colors.
He'll support Puritanical takfiris like Jewlani who would behead Ahmad for sleeping with a woman outside of marriage (I doubt they were halal for each other) yet his leniency is not extended to Iran? The hypocrisy is astounding.
And he acts like an armchair general from the comfort of the west.
No one is perfect and having differences of opinions is fine, but we aught to have some basic standards. Why do these people get treated like royalty when there are so many more deserving people who should be invited to Iran?
I have been asked repeatedly this week whether Lebanon will actually be included in any potential memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States. My answer remains the same, and it always will.
Despite Iran's efforts and genuine intentions to see an end to Israeli terrorism on Lebanese soil, I am a southern Lebanese woman from Khiam. I lived through the reality of occupation, aggression, and war firsthand. I have also spent years studying the history of an entity born from supremacy, colonialism, dispossession, and theft.
The more I witness and learn about its genocidal tendencies and terrorism, the less faith I place in any signed document between any two governments that believe they can somehow restrain or control this cancerous project of terrorism.
I see no lasting peace emerging from pieces of paper. I see the same pattern that history has shown us for decades: wars, massacres, invasions, and, inevitably, Resistance.
If history has taught us anything, it is that no agreement, resolution, or signature ever stopped Zionists from killing, occupying, or stealing. What stopped them were the costs imposed on them. What forced them to retreat was bullets, Katyushas, Kornets, missiles and FPVs... only Resistance.
That is why my trust has never been in signed papers. My trust lies in the ability of people to defend themselves, their land, and their dignity. And that is where it will remain.
