For those who listen to the livestreams here, I've discussed this scam several times now. So here are the exact figures if you want to take note.

💢 Kiev is ready to take any risk for the export of Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea — Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba
In an interview with Time, the suicidal diplomat said that Ukraine is ready to resume "grain exports, despite the naval blockade of the Black Sea by Russia."
"We are ready to take any risks. I think our message to the world is that we don't need Russia," he said.
How exactly does that work?
Game on, Kuleba.

💢 XF: But if tomorrow's Ukraine is neutral like Switzerland, then such trades were useless, and perhaps even the SMO itself is short of a real success. As Medvedev has said, such an outcome leaves a successor state which the collective West can still use as the basis for 'liberating' Ukraine.
In other words, there can only be a Ukraine which, by account of its own referendum and internal process, declares itself as an autonomous republic within the Russian Federation. There can be no 'Western' Ukraine, only an augmented Hungary, Poland, and so on.
There must be personal accountability for the Ukrainian leadership. The Kiev Junta has demanded that as a condition to end the war, that Russian political and military leaders, including Shoigu and Putin, be removed from power and stand trial for crimes against humanity.
Ukraine's law that bans peace talks between the two country's presidents should be a sign that for Russia to consider a correct outcome - whether that comes in another year, or two or three more years - Kiev must be restored to the Russian world, and the Ukrainian leadership must be apprehended and tried for crimes - if guilty, they must hang.
This must be the outcome and the example. Those are the stakes.
The outcomes of history of seven decades past grow more distant, our view of them hazier, and less clear. The young today do not know the references, nor the meaning, the meaning of Nuremberg or what it meant when Mussolini was hung.
Russia cannot live on forever referring to 1939 or 1945.
2025 and the public execution of Zelensky at the Maidan, the central square in a Kiev where the tricolor must also fly, must also be a part of future history, an example that can help safeguard the Russian world for another fifty or hundred years.
True, the real instigators of this war in the West may be out of reach for Russia to bring to justice. But if Russia cannot bring 'one of its own' - Zelensky and everyone below him - to justice, then they will be encouraging this again in the not too distant future.
On the day that Zelensky is hung at the Maidan, boulevard Arkhitektora Horodetskoho must be renamed Darya Dugina.
Victory is not merely a practical matter, but one that forces us to understand the deep fabric of culture and society.
And here, I can only conclude and leave you with this thought - the terrorist regime in Kiev which has assassinated Darya, and targets civilians in Belgorod and even Moscow, will only be destroyed in a meaningful way if accountability is both personal and a public spectacle.

The UN GenSec is also breath-takingly disingenuous, because the UN is a member of the PIC itself. Moreover, the PIC Steering Board serves "under the chairmanship of the High Representative as the executive arm of the PIC," so it can't possibly be in charge of APPOINTING him in the first place. Says so right on the site of the "High Representative's" office (OHR). The only thing the Dayton Accords say about the HR is that he is "to be appointed consistent with relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions."
This reminds me of how the International Court of Justice literally rephrased Serbia's question in order to declare that random groups of people declaring independence isn't illegal per se. Except the question wasn't about random groups, but about the UN-established provisional government, which was 100% bound by UNSCR 1244!
The people who claim to run this world based on "rules" and "law" are pathetic liars and frauds.
💢 Ukraine wants to test Russian resolve on Odessa and the Black Sea.
Insanely, they decided to create a temporary sea route for transporting grain after Russia's withdrawal from the grain deal.
Shipping routes will pass through the territorial waters and the exclusive maritime economic zone of Romania.
Previously, several companies refused to renew cargo insurance from Ukrainian ports due to security risks.
What will happen next?

💢 Borrell says they intend to solve the problem of the grain deal ending
"In addition to the sea, we have solidarity routes that allow us to export large volumes of grain from the Black Sea ports across the borders of neighboring states. If the sea routes are closed, we will have to increase the opportunities for exporting Ukrainian grain through our ports. This means that Ukraine's neighbors should make great efforts by opening borders and providing transport," he said.

💢 Russia has vacated the "grain deal coordinating center" – Hürriyet Daily News (Turkey)

Moscow will consider renewing the agreement only if conditions are created for the export of its own products, the newspaper writes.
“We are working hard to reopen the deal. We will keep running with enough staff for as long as we can,” Turkish officials said.

💢 XF: I woke up thinking about Darya this morning, mostly her generosity, love, and conviction with which she carried out her obligations, and the tremendous obligations she always imposed on herself in addition to the ones required of her mission.
And I wanted to define to myself what I was feeling, besides the feeling of loss itself.
Because there are these questions of justice and injustice within a larger conflict that all of this is inseparable from.
I cannot separate the question of justice from the question of the geopolitical here.
And the question of terrorism and state sanctioned terrorism, assassinations, and murders. It is almost impossible to not to experience this as a social and political matter beyond the question of individual justice.
My thoughts turned to the 'collateral damage', the young family that was killed and maimed on the Kerch bridge.
Ukraine and Russia are operating on two very different social axes, but yet both rooted in naïveté, which behind it reveals that this is still one people with this same cultural distinction.
Russia naively believes that after the conflict, the West will regain its senses, and accept the new facts on the ground about Ukraine, sanctions will slowly go away, and it will be a sort of pre-2014 business as usual.
Ukraine naively believes that the West is backing Ukraine to then include it into the family of Western nations, and that Ukraine will be a 'European state', with whatever 'dignity' we confer onto Germany or France. They even imagine they will be held up as a model, a hero of Europe.
Both Russia and Ukraine fail to understand that the Western leadership views Russians and Ukrainians as the same people, a second class of humanity, an other, even a subhuman.
Just as in cycles of violence, the Ukrainians believe they are somehow shielded from being included in this subhuman category if they loudly and loyally declare the Russians as subhumans, and treat them as subhumans.
They do not understand that the very high human toll that Ukraine has paid for this is the real substance of how the West views Ukrainians - disposable. This, while Western leaders view Ukraine as both a depopulation agenda and a weapons testing field. Nothing more.
The hundreds of new graveyards in Ukraine, the funerals we catch pieces of here and there, the tremendous loss and suffering of families who had no say in the designs and schemes of their oligarchs, nor in the cultural 'nazi' transformation of Ukraine - first slowly, then all at once.
Ukraine is sending men as old as 65, as young as 15, and increasingly young women too, to living hells on earth in trenches, which only end in the loss of life and limb.
Besides the collective solutions - referendums, territory, demilitarization, denazification, there is something more required for Russia to complete its mission.
I then considered what an expensive and costly move Russia made in trading the Azov nazis captured at Azovstal, and how those murderers felt vindicated when they were released. Shamelessly, they act as if they had organized their own brave escape, when their lives today were acts of political horse trading. A trade that left a bad taste in the mouths of all Russians and people of conscience around the world.
In exchange, Russia received Medvedchuk - in the abstract a horrendously bad trade given that Medvedchuk is a Ukrainian, and to foster conditions in which Ukraine is trading its own people at Russia's expense, is poor policy. Unless ....
Unless Russia takes it to Kiev.
Without liberating Kiev, there will be a Ukrainian successor state, which the west will control or wrestle back control of, using the same methods they always do, unless this smaller land-locked Ukraine is also 'neutral' in the sense of Belarus. And here we can see a Medvedchuk as its president. (Though even here, I would suggest Oleg Tsaryov as the better fit.)

💢Joe Biden (“who doesn’t have much of a campaign” is opening a new campaign headquarters in Delaware, although many wished it were in DC or Phili, which “at least have better dining options.”

He added that the retaliation strike, the development of which the President instructed the Ministry of Defense, has been developed and will soon be implemented.

The UN has responded to the Bosnian Serb inquiry about the status of a random German pretending to be the absolute viceroy of Bosnia.... by saying it has nothing to do with the 1995 peace agreement, and that the "Peace Implementation Council" (i.e. the GAE) is in charge.
The viceroy ("High Representative of the International Community) was voted on by the UN Security Council — and still submits reports to the UNSC! — for 25 years, until Russia and China declined to approve the Random Failed German Politician to the post in 2021. And the GAE imposed him anyway. If there ever was an illustration of how arbitrary, capricious and utterly nonsensical the "rules-based world order" really is, this is it.
Another funny detail. The letter, dated July 14, was sent to the Bosnian mission to the UN and apparently never forwarded to the Serb member of the Presidency! Instead, it was made public by an Al Jazeera journalist (an ethnic Croat) based in Washington, who presumably got it from Muslims in the Bosnian diplomatic service. Just goes to show how that "country" really functions (or doesn't).
