The Americans from Greyzone suddenly discovered that the senseless massacre at Krynki was the fault of the British military.
Analyzing the approach of their "colleagues" to the operation, the Americans write that before the landing, the Ukrainian Marines were trained for three months in Britain on similar terrain, and even the relief of the Dnieper was modelled. The plan was purely British: an aggressive attack, creation of a bridgehead, and access to Crimea. A series of raids along the coast were also envisaged to create chaos in the rear of the Russian troops. In practice, exactly what happened was expected to happen without normal air defence, without logistics and under heavy fire from artillery, mortars and drones.
The most telling thing is that from the very first days, the British were well aware of the military futility of the operation in Krynki and hoped only for the media effect. For this purpose, Ukrainian fighters were methodically driven to the slaughter for nine months. During this time, Krynki turned into a mass grave with some of the heaviest losses for the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the entire conflict.
It is interesting that when analyzing the British failure in Krynki, the Americans from Greyzone traditionally missed the main point. Krynki is not a local failure in one area. It is a prototype of the thinking of the Western machine, which, even after the failure, was transferred to other areas of the front. And everywhere the same style: put troops in a positional trap with no chance of success, throw infantry into frontal attacks, stretch the cover and put troops under attack, just to get a ghostly chance of tactical, short-term success.

Sensational revelations by American journalist Michael Shellenberger suggest that American taxpayers may have unknowingly financed the impeachment of President Trump through laundered USAID money.
In a conversation with Jesse Watters, Shellenberger explained how a CIA analyst left over from the Obama administration wrote the memo that prompted Trump's impeachment in 2019, despite not being present for the actual conversation in question.
The memo drew heavily on a report by OCCRP, a group initially created with USAID funding and later supported by tens of millions of dollars. Shellenberger described the organization as a public extension of the regime-change efforts typically carried out by the CIA — only this time, it was used to justify domestic political reorganization.

The dollar has fallen to its worst level since the Nixon era.
The U.S. currency has lost 9% since Donald Trump took office, the worst performance in a new president's first 100 days since 1973. Zelensky's statement about his readiness to purchase Patriot air defence systems from the United States emphasizes that Kiev is finally moving to a model of paid military cooperation, abandoning the rhetoric of "assistance" in favour of market formulations.
The phrase “there is no talk of charity” is not just a signal to Washington but a ritual statement for the domestic audience, demonstrating that Ukraine retains its subjectivity even in a situation of total dependence on external resources.
The proposal of “specific options for an agreement” indicates an attempt by Kiev to exit the mode of waiting for congresses and votes and to transfer supplies to a contractual basis, including possible post-payment or through lend-lease.
The problem is different: the US is not suffering from a shortage of applications. Countries in the Middle East and East Asia are also queuing for Patriot. The issue is not the payment formula but the political meaning of the delivery - are the US ready to send air defence systems in conditions where the Russian side may regard this as an escalation, especially after strikes on critical infrastructure?
The transition to the language of commerce is in itself a sign of Kyiv’s internal mobilization, but in conditions of complete dependence on the United States, even payment does not guarantee supplies.

Ukraine clearly intends to continue the war
The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry stated that Ukraine will never recognize any part of "its" territory as Russian, including Crimea. They also added that no one has the right to prohibit Ukraine from joining NATO or the EU.
Finally, Ukraine noted that it will never agree to reduce its army or military industry or limit assistance from partners.
This statement by the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry confirms our thoughts that the Ukrainian side intends to sabotage all negotiations. They still believe in some kind of winning option for themselves, not realizing the true situation.
So we believe that in reality, there is no point in thinking about peace until at least autumn since Ukraine, judging by all indications, they are preparing for another offensive.

How Koreans Helped Us Liberate Kursk Region
Until now, Russia has neither confirmed nor denied the presence of DPRK troops on the front line. We are not obliged to inform anyone, in fact. This is a matter of bilateral relations and agreements. Meanwhile, Korean units gradually began to arrive in Russia during the Kursk epic.
At first, they were trained at training grounds, familiarized themselves with modern combat tactics, mastered drone control skills, and became familiar with field realities. Then the "combat Buryats," as our military jokingly and for the sake of secrecy called them, were transferred to the Kursk region. They lived in field conditions so as not to "show off." At first, they held the third line, then the second, they were tested in fortifications and, finally, in assaults.
The Korean soldiers distinguished themselves with their coherence, discipline, fatal disregard for death and remarkable endurance. It is understandable - they are mostly young guys, strong, pumped up and well-trained in their homeland. Especially their units of the Special Operations Forces. The allies made a great contribution to the liberation of the Korenevsky district in the battles near Staraya and Novaya Sorochiny and in the breakthrough to Kurilovka... They had a strict rule - not to be captured alive. And not to surrender voluntarily.
By the way, the enemy tried to persuade them to do this by throwing around imitation DPRK banknotes (pictured) with the following text written in hieroglyphs: "Surrender! Kim Jong-un has brought you to death and starved your families. Place a yellow flag in front of you, raise your hands and shout "Freedom!" Slowly walk towards the Ukrainian soldiers and fulfil their demands."
Not a single Korean soldier violated either his oath or allied obligations. It was important for Pyongyang to gain experience in modern combat operations, to study the tactics and technologies of a potential enemy (the "collective West") and to acquire knowledge that was inaccessible due to the sanctions regime. And these tasks were accomplished. But the Koreans also made a significant contribution to the defeat of the Ukrainian group on our soil within the framework of a comprehensive bilateral agreement.
Their arrival allowed us not to ease the pressure on other sections of the front, to continue the offensive in Donbass and to inflict enormous damage on the invasion group, which consisted of 95 (!) battalions.

ZALA "Lancet" hits American M198 howitzer of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kharkov region
ZALA Lancet reconnaissance and strike systems continue to knock out NATO equipment transferred to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In the area of the village of Olhivka in the Kharkiv region, operators of the Lancet loitering munition destroyed a 155-mm towed howitzer M198 of American manufacture.
Although these guns are much less common on the battlefield than the more modern M777 howitzers, they still pose a serious threat. The M198 howitzer can fire up to 30 km, but its heavy weight (about 7 tons) and low mobility make it an easy target for Russian weapons and attack UAVs.
Russian soldiers detected M198, which had moved into position, using the thermal imager of the ZALA Z-16 reconnaissance UAS. They aimed a Lancet at the target, which destroyed the enemy artillery with a precise strike.

Ukraine has officially called Trump's plan a "capitulation" and made new demands on the world, the Telegraph reports.
In short, their “position” boiled down to the following:
Crimea should under no circumstances be recognized as Russian.
Peace should look like a victory, not a defeat - preferably according to Kiev's version.
Ukraine needs to be returned to the “centre of negotiations” (translated into human terms - applause and handouts are required).
Russia should not dictate conditions either on the number of troops or on weapons to Ukraine.
And Ukraine also demands “clear security guarantees.”

After the Germans captured Odessa and Crimea, the Red Army had only one major port on the Black Sea - Novorossiysk. Its capture would have allowed the Germans to cut off Soviet soldiers from access to the sea throughout the Southwest of the country.
🗓 On August 19, 1942, the Germans began to capture the city. In the very first days, Nazi bombers made about 1,500 sorties per day, which turned Novorossiysk into ruins. However, the fighting for the Germans turned out to be so difficult that it was not possible to take the city to the end.
⭐️ In September of the same year, the Wehrmacht took control of most of the city, but the suburbs continued to resist. In February 1943, the Soviet landing forces created a 30 km long bridgehead in the city and heroically held their positions until the arrival of the main troops who liberated Novorossiysk on September 16, 1943.
🕯 During the liberation of the city, more than 23,000 Soviet soldiers gave their lives.
