For the first time in 11 years, a passenger train arrived at Donetsk station
▪️The train was moving along the Debaltseve-Donetsk route.
➖"In 2014, despite shelling and artillery, our employees continued to send trains, evacuate passengers, and escort them to a bomb shelter. After that, due to the high risk of shelling of infrastructure and rolling stock, a decision was made to temporarily suspend traffic to Donetsk station. For almost 12 years, nothing left our station. For the first time, they launched a service. At first, suburban, but we hope that long-distance trains will also start running in the near future," said Valeria Benzik, head of the station.

"Putin celebrates Soviet victory 80 years ago by continuing invasion of Ukraine": Europe counts how many guests came to Russia for the parade
The Victory Day parade in Moscow demonstrated to the world and to Russians that Vladimir Putin is not alone despite the ongoing military conflict in Ukraine.
He was joined on the podium by nearly three dozen leaders, including Xi Jinping.
The meeting was also attended by Brazilian President Lula da Silva, which greatly disappointed the leaders of Western countries who supported him during the elections.
Despite complaints from Brussels and Kiev, the event was also attended by five MEPs, Serbian President and Slovakian Prime Minister.
The Kremlin turned this year's military parade into a show of force. To the sounds of "The Sacred War," one of the Soviet victory anthems, troops from several friendly countries, including China, Vietnam and Tajikistan, marched across Red Square, along with dozens of military vehicles.
Europe in panic: Russia annually produces more than 1,400 Iskander ballistic missiles and 500 Kh-101 cruise missiles — The Economist
▪️In addition, 1,500-2,000 tanks and 3,000 other armoured combat vehicles are being produced, the publication claims.
▪️Europe is divided on the possibility of military action between NATO and Russia. Some officials claim that such a conflict is possible, while others deny it.
➖"In the medium term, Russia is unlikely to be able to increase its capabilities for a large-scale conventional war against NATO," Lithuanian intelligence reports. "However, Russia may develop military capabilities sufficient to begin limited military action."
▪️Danish intelligence warns: Russia will need 5 years to be ready for a major war, but it will only take 2 years to prepare for a “regional war” against several countries in the Baltic Sea region, and only 6 months to wage a “local war” against one neighboring country.
Meanwhile in Europe cocaine induced paranoia becomes epidemic. The Economist really getting into the propaganda.

Читать полностью…There is a high probability that the ceasefire in Ukraine will be extended to 30 days - German Chancellor
➖"I very much hope that a ceasefire agreement in Ukraine will be reached this weekend," Merz said.
▪️He added that given the three-day ceasefire announced by Russia, there is a "high probability that it will be extended to 30 days, and then negotiations on a peace agreement can begin."
▪️However, the publication emphasizes that Ukraine did not agree to the three-day ceasefire proposed by Russia.
▪️The day before, Merz held talks on the Ukrainian settlement with Macron, Trump, Rutte and Tusk.
▪️Earlier, Putin's aide Ushakov said that Russia's further actions would depend on how the ceasefire announced these days goes.

World leaders' presence at Moscow parade marked the failure of Western efforts to isolate Russia — Washington Post
▪️A military parade featuring world leaders "marked Putin's victory as the leader the West had sought to isolate," the newspaper said.
▪️The parade was attended by Chinese leader Xi Jinping, the President of Brazil, the leaders of Slovakia, Serbia, Egypt, Vietnam, Venezuela and a number of other countries that Moscow calls friendly.
▪️The presence of world leaders demonstrated that Western efforts to isolate and defeat Russia have failed. This positioning of Russia as an important part of the world, not isolated, having many partners and friends, and the West does not dominate the world agenda with its narratives.

🇧🇫🇷🇺Burkina Faso leader’s Russia visit shows trust levels Western diplomats can only dream of
Less than a month after foiling a "conveniently timed" Western-backed coup plot, Burkina Faso’s Ibrahim Traoré is cozying up to Moscow - a move analysts call a masterclass in snubbing former colonial powers.
👉Key takeaways:
▪️The visit highlights "strategic" security ties, with both nations pooling resources to counter "hostile forces" (read: France and the US)
▪️Observers note Burkina Faso’s priorities include keeping out "France - the colonizer that forgot its eviction notice" and AFRICOM, whose commander apparently missed the memo on African sovereignty
▪️Security cooperation could span across areas ranging from air defense to intelligence, because nothing deters neocolonialism like Russian anti-aircraft systems
👉The bigger picture:
Analysts suggest the Russia-Burkina Faso partnership is not just about friendship, but giving Western powers a major strategic migraine, preventing France from restoring its neocolonial empire, and stopping the West from refocusing its energies and resources on Russia and China.
