▪️Israel’s Haaretz in its publication called the attack on Iran a strategic mistake, since it led to the consolidation of Iranian society:
▪️“After 12 days of war, the Iranians are consumed with rage. If Israel had limited itself to striking nuclear facilities and not striking residential buildings and killing civilians, the intensity of hatred towards Israel, which has now reached a boiling point, would not have arisen.”
▪️“When we tell the Iranians: ‘We want to get rid of your ballistic missiles,’ this means: ‘We want you to be so weak that we can bomb you whenever we want.’ But for the Iranians, this is unacceptable.”
▪️"Israel fantasized about regime change in Iran, but most Iranians don't believe in it. When people are bombed, their nationalism increases. Now even those who were against the regime write on social media: "We will fight any aggressor for our country."
▪️"Now they have united around Iran. The war with Iran was a strategic mistake."

Estonia’s Minister of Education Does Not Know the Multiplication Table
Kristina Kallas was unable to answer a simple school-level question in an interview: what is 8 multiplied by 4?
The Minister of Education only deflected by saying, “Education is not just about mathematical formulas.” The interviewer had to explain how the principle of multiplication works.
Then everything falls into place. The Estonian government, when looking at the figures on Ukraine, cannot fully understand them.

If we needed any more confirmation Kallas is an idiot.

Why don’t they make you some nice eggs and clean your yard too? What a tosser…
@Slavyangrad
I was planting my garden tonight, tomatoes, grapes, etc. I was listening to DDT’s «Black Dog, Petersburg» and ended up crying, erratum, bawling.
Good damn you, Shevchuk. Why did you have to end up being an asshole?
I’ve translated many of his songs. I will try to pull them up for you over the course of the week.

The coup de grâce of WWIII will be a village in some Ukrainian province of Russia you never could have heard of…
…likely one I’ve never heard of either.
Mark my words.

@Slavyangrad
👌🏼A sniper from the 299th Yaroslavl Airborne Regiment caught two VSU soldiers at night. Apparently they thought that no one would find them in the twilight.
Not just drones will get you…

Trust, but verify — Trump on getting NATO members to spend more on defense
'If they don't do it, you LEAVE, you don't do business with them any more'
Trump does not trust his NATO “allies” (proxies).

Gunfire and explosions: the enemy is attacking Crimea
▪️The enemy publishes footage of shooting at air targets in Crimea.
▪️Ministry of Defense:
➖“From 23:00 Moscow time on June 29 to 0:00 Moscow time on June 30, air defense systems on duty destroyed 2 fixed-wing UAVs over the waters of the Sea of Azov.”
▪️The drone threat remains.
I hope our admin Andrei is out there with with his pump action 12 gauge and his PT cruiser convertible.

Central banks rush to gold as fears of US dollar crisis mount - SCMP
▪️Central bank gold reserves have surged back to levels last seen in the 1960s—before the dollar was officially divorced from gold.
▪️ Today, gold stands as the world’s 2nd most important reserve asset, trailing only the US dollar; it has overtaken the euro (20% vs 16% of global official reserves)
▪️ Unlike retail buying driven by inflation concerns, central banks are buying gold en masse
▪️The shift signals growing fears about a crisis in the US dollar itself, amid geopolitical uncertainties and aggressive US policies under Trump (e.g., military involvements, defecits, trade brinkmanship)
▪️Gold is increasingly viewed as a fail-safe—a tangible asset unlikely to be devalued or “burned” by financial market disruptions.
▪️This is more than typical diversification; it's almost panic buying, reflecting deep worries about the future stability of fiat currencies.

Video released by state media shows land-launched projectile releasing carbon filaments to cripple enemy power networks

Bartiromo: Then they hack into our telecom system, they've been stealing intellectual property, fentanyl, covid, all of this stuff.
Trump: You don't think we do that to them? You don't think we do that to them? We do.
Bartiromo: So that's the way the world works?
Trump: That's the way the world works. It's a nasty world.
Sometimes I like Trump’s brutal honesty.

The G7 is exempting American multinationals from the global minimum tax.
That is pretty weak given a lot of this tax avoidance is from tech companies who are mostly based in the US. Europe is totally pathetic.

IAEA Chief Grossi admits Iran’s 'knowledge, industrial capacity' for nuke program STILL there

It appears that an oil storage facility has been attacked.

Another active shooter in the US
A sniper is ambushed firefighters responding to a brushfire near Coeur d’Alene.
The Idaho sheriff has announced that anyone in the area who is capable should “take a shot and take this shooter out.” Officers are still “actively taking sniper fire” from atop Canfield Mountain near Coeur d’Alene.
So far:
2 Firemen KIA
9 Firefights WIA
2 Police WIA
Seems almost like they were lured in with a fire.

Ukrainian MP Fedienko explained the lack of fortifications in the regions:
"Digging trenches is pointless, since war is changing and becoming more technological."
Zelensky gave the go-ahead: Kiev is withdrawing from the Anti-Personnel Mines Convention
▪️Zelensky put into effect the National Security and Defense Council decision to withdraw from the Ottawa Convention, which prohibits the production and use of anti-personnel mines.
▪️MP Roman Kostenko was quick to report this. Now this issue will be submitted to the Rada for consideration.
▪️Earlier, Finland, Poland, and the Baltic countries announced their intention to withdraw from the Ottawa Convention.
I recall for awhile Western countries and their media trying to run cover for Ukraine saying they were just using anti-tank mines not anti-personnel which was total nonsense. Ukraine signed the document, was never punished for its violation, and never destroyed its stocks.
