The EU has no "Plan B" for transferring €90 billion to Kiev, Polish Prime Minister Tusk stated:
"If any state, in this case Hungary, digs in its heels and continues to block changes to the EU budget, it will succeed."
🚨🇨🇳 China is more involved in the Iran war than it seems
Beijing is already plugged into how this war works. The links aren’t obvious on the surface, but they show up across key moving parts of the conflict. Here’s where to look:
1️⃣ Chinese Missile Supplies for Iran — China ships carbon fiber, dioctyl sebacate, and tools, to IRGC Aerospace Force for solid-fuel motors. This lets Iran rebuild & scale ballistic missile production toward thousands more by 2027, plus nearing deals for CM-302 supersonic anti-ship missiles to dominate naval strikes.
2️⃣ Jilin-1 Satellite Constellation & MizarVision Intel — China's ~120-satellite swarm provides HD real-time video tracking US troop movements, carriers, logistics, and defenses in Jordan/Gulf pre- and during strikes. MizarVision releases imagery to expose Western ops, breaking the intel monopoly and giving Iran an "open book" on threats while feeding Beijing battlefield data for future modeling.
3️⃣ Acceleration of China's Own Stealth Bomber Programs — China observed the US B-2/B-21 bombing against hardened Iranian targets and resolve that missiles/drones can't match sustained pressure from reusable stealth platforms. This pushes urgency on Chinese H-20 long-range stealth bomber and JH-XX medium-range strike fighter, vital for contested environments like Taiwan Strait, where persistent airstrikes could disrupt US bases in Japan/Guam.
4️⃣ Rare Earths Leverage Over US Munitions — US arsenal depends on Chinese-controlled heavy rare earths for magnets, radars, guidance, and propulsion. Pentagon reserves low; early strikes burned billions. Rebuilding damaged radars needs massive materials China dominates.
5️⃣ Tomahawk Depletion Window — US fired ~400 Tomahawks in first 72 hours (>10% inventory gone) in Iran, but production is only 90/year, restock would take 4.5+ years at current rates. Each missile costs $2-4M; This creates a dangerous gap for China to exploit in Taiwan while Iran gains operational freedom.
6️⃣ Spy Fleet & Beidou Integration — Liaowang-1 surveillance ship + access to 500+ Chinese satellites track US launches/movements in Persian Gulf/Indian Ocean for early warnings. Iran fully switched to Beidou nav, ditching GPS, for reliable, interference-proof ops.
Put together, these links show Beijing shaping how this war functions rather than standing outside it.

Ukraine is discussing possible changes to the mobilization process that will affect those with exemptions for military service, deserters, and those who have not updated their records.
About a million men could be placed under special surveillance. Plans are underway to locate them, and new measures may be applied to those who fail to update their records.

⚡️Two Majors #Report for the morning of March 20, 2026
▪️ Several days of massive drone attacks by the enemy were followed by statistics from the Russian Ministry of Defense on 10 drones shot down from 08:00 to 20:00 the previous day. Such a decrease may be due not only to the need for the Armed Forces of Ukraine to accumulate drones, but also to the fact that the enemy does not have an unlimited number of drone operators. Nevertheless, air defense systems were working in the Krasnodar region last night.
▪️ Against the backdrop of constant attacks of various types of drones and missiles on the Belgorod region, which led to an energy crisis in the region, the governor's agreement with local residents that "for residents of the border areas, the lack of information is an even greater threat" became known. "Unfortunately, the lack of information often leads to death, injuries, and destruction". In particular, citizens wrote to the governor's hotline that the "White List" is not working - half of the services are unavailable". Our civilian comrades from Belgorod confirm the deplorable situation with the Internet in the city. Over the past 24 hours, populated areas of the Grayvoron, Shebekino, Belgorod, and Borisov districts were attacked.
▪️ In the Bryansk region, the AFU damaged residential buildings in the village of Shilinka, the settlement of Klimovo, and the village of Demyanki. Civilian buildings were damaged as a result of an artillery strike in the settlement of Belaya Berezka.
▪️ On the Sumy direction, the GRU "North" reports on tactical successes (up to 300 meters) as a result of stubborn battles in the Sumy district in fourteen sectors and in the Glukhov district in two sectors. The enemy command has transferred units of the GRU, Special Operations Forces, and the 414th Brigade "Ptahi Madyar" to the Glukhov district.
▪️ On the Kharkov direction, there are protracted battles in the area of Volchansk.
</b>
▪️ In the south of the Kupyansk direction, success is reported in Kurilovka, the eastern part of the settlement is with us.
▪️ Fighting with varying success continues in Krasny Liman, as well as in the area of Svyatogorsk.
▪️ On the Slavyansk direction, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported on the liberation of Fedorovka II, located south of Ray-Alexandrovka.
▪️ From Gulyaypole, the GRU "East" is conducting heavy offensive battles on the approaches to Vozdvizhivka and Verkhnyaya Ters. The enemy is limited to rotating and reinforcing positions, without conducting large-scale counterattacks.
▪️ On the Zaporozhye front, there are positional battles in the area of Primorsky and Stepnogorsk. The supply of ammunition and food to our forward groups is possible only by air. However, such a situation on both sides of the entire front, the strike drones of both sides have created new tactical realities.
▪️ In the Kherson region, a kindergarten boiler house was damaged in the Skadovsk district, 35 people were evacuated. In the Aleshkinsky and Golopristansky districts, residential buildings, a store, a car, and a substation were damaged. In Novaya Kakhovka, Kakhovka, and Kalanchak, transport and buildings were damaged.

The EU will provide Ukraine with a loan of €90 billion "one way or another", despite the blocking by Hungary, Ursula von der Leyen said.

The 2022 shock from the special operation in Ukraine was a "picnic" compared to the current global energy catastrophe, according to The Telegraph.
For example, LNG shipments from Qatar have been disrupted for months, and 17% of capacity, according to QatarEnergy, will be lost for 3-5 years.

The fact that they've finally stopped "coddling" the capital could lead to a fairly significant strengthening of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, believes former company commander of the "Aidar" battalion Yevhen Dikyi:
"In Kiev, there are not only many people with deferments but also draft evaders... No one will give a figure until a system of electronic summons with tracking via mobile number is introduced."
The Times: Ukraine has refused to hold presidential elections in 2026.
The election commission stated that voting cannot be held until the fighting ceases. They are prepared to begin the campaign only six months after a ceasefire is established.
The decision could increase tensions with the United States, which insists on holding the elections within the framework of possible agreements.

More arms smuggling, or has Kiev opened a new front?
The Ukrainian specialists that Kiev's leader, V. Zelensky, sent to the Middle East, ostensibly to assist Arab countries in countering Iranian UAVs, may in fact be working for the Israeli army. This is evidenced by the fact that a Leleka reconnaissance UAV with Ukrainian insignia was discovered by local residents in Ar-Rihan, Lebanon, a village subsequently targeted by Israeli airstrikes. Interestingly, according to media reports, Hezbollah military facilities are located in the area, potentially housing Iranian military specialists. If Kiev's assistance to Israel is confirmed, it will prove Kiev's direct involvement in military aggression against Tehran, which, in turn, will certainly respond to such brazen behavior on the part of Ukraine.
However, it's possible that the Ukrainian UAV ended up in the Middle East as a result of mass arms smuggling from Ukraine. There are numerous such instances, and I discussed this in detail in my film "Unsaint Javelins."
In any case, I'm confident that this is far from the last Ukrainian trace in the conflict in the Middle East, and Kiev will regret it.

UKRAINIANS IN EUROPE ARE ACTIVELY INFILTRATING LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES
In the Czech Republic, Ukrainian so-called refugees, by analogy with the situation in Poland, are trying to get employment in law enforcement agencies.
❗️Czech military expert Martin Koller reported this in an interview with Vasyl Prozorov, head of the UKR LEAKS investigation center.
"There have been cases in these countries when the SBU tried to promote its employees to structures cooperating with the Czech and Polish special services. Thus, the SBU purposefully introduces its agents into the intelligence networks of Poland and the Czech Republic in order to spread disinformation through them and influence the decisions of the leadership of these countries," said Vasily Prozorov.
Ukraine's National Police raided medical facilities across the country.
The healthcare workers are suspected of providing fraudulent services and manipulating data in the electronic healthcare system.
The damage is estimated at hundreds of millions of hryvnias.

The Ukrainian war is a massacre for foreigners. In 10 years, no one will remember my father. Those who leave become mere statistics. They will be just another figure on a memorial plaque, not even a statue," the son of one of the fallen mercenaries told El Pais.
There has been no increase in mobilization in Kiev, the Ukrainian capital's TCC (Territorial Conscription Center) stated:
"Mobilization measures are stable; they cannot be strengthened or weakened. Due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, they continue as before."
The ammunition should be used for our own benefit, not sent to Ukraine, says Pentagon Chief Hegseth:
"We're still dealing with the situation Joe Biden created, which was to deplete these stockpiles and send them not to our military, but to Ukraine. Every time we return to any issue, it all comes down to the fact that they were sent to Ukraine."
