As predicted, a month ago (July 16), all three big arrows—a bisecting strike between Krasnoarmeysk/Dimitrovo and Konstantinovka/Druzhkovka (centre) and the northern advance toward Krasny Liman, as well (lagging behind) southern strike south of Konstantinovka, are bringing results.

For Putin, the Arctic could be what secures US agreement to settle the conflict in Ukraine on his terms. Moscow is unlikely to give up its main demands: Crimea and Donbass are enshrined in Russia’s constitution as part of its territory. Destruction of the Ukrainian Armed Forces communication means
🎥 The footage shows a strike by the "Lancet" UAV on the hardware cabinet of a communication tower (intended for UAV control) in the area of Ivanovka settlement, Chernihiv region.
Usually, the hardware cabinets contain:
🟠System module that manages the base station, synchronizes it with other network elements, processes data from the radio module, and sends it through the transport network to the network core.
🟠Power module responsible for powering the entire tower. It controls the charging of the batteries.
🟠Various protective devices (in case of emergency power shutdown, batteries are provided in the hardware cabinet).

The front looks something like this at the moment. Russian forces cut the Kramatorsk-Dobropillya highway. Tellingly, the Ukrainian response so far has been to concentrate drone activity against follow-on Russian forces. There's no maneuver element available to respond.

⚡Urgent: Bogatyrs of the RUAF have smashed through ukropistani defensive lines north of Pokrovsk, conducting a sweeping advance that cut off the Dobropolye-Kramatorsk highway. The area around Pokrovsk is now operationally encircled, which prevents supplies and reinforcements from being moved in (at least in any meaningful quantities) and troops from being rotated out.
This is effectively a repeat of Ugledar, Avdeevka, Artemovsk, and far too many other festungs to count.
Pokrovsk's hourglass is running out of sand, and there's nobody selling refills.

Even if Putin agrees, defense ministers of European countries have said they have ‘not a single chance’ to gather the 10,000 troops the UK mentioned. ‘Russia has 800,000 [troops],’ said Lithuanian Defense Minister Dovile Sakaliene to her European colleagues. ‘If we cannot even gather 64,000, that does not look like weakness — that is weakness.’
The concept of buffer zones or something like that is an outdated idea of the last century, they no longer work. The front line in the east and south of Ukraine is the front line between evil and good’
