Bit lost on this one, Ukraine could always do long range strikes but they are simply behind Russia at a technological level to build decent missiles. Biden supplying long range missiles, operators to make them work, and targeting information let’s be honest is dicey. If the US was on the other end, they would attribute the attack to its true source.

Italian media publish, presumably, a photo of a Ukrainian arrested in connection with the investigation of the Nord Stream sabotage.
It was previously reported that this is retired Ukrainian Armed Forces captain Sergey Kulinich. On August 22, he will appear in court, after which the process of his extradition to Germany will begin.
