A training brigade (Mi-2, Mi-8, L-39, An-26) from Chuguev is also based in Kolomyia.
Strikes were also carried out on the rocket and space industry assembly enterprise LLC "SPECOBORONMASH" in Kiev.
On the rocket component and detail plant of JSC "Kiev Radio Plant" in Kiev.

Ukraine is opening bidding for a major lithium deposit, as the government pushes to advance a minerals deal with the US in spite of a dispute over the rights to the site.
However, Nasdaq-listed Critical Metals claims to already hold the rights to mine the Dobra site, via its relationship with European Lithium, its largest shareholder.
The tender is the first that has been issued as part of a US natural resource deal that is a core element of the Trump administration’s transactional approach to Ukraine. US companies will get preferential treatment as part of the deal.
Australian-listed European Lithium told the FT in July that it had been granted the Dobra license, and that its rights to the site had been confirmed by Ukrainian courts.
In spite of that claim, the government has pushed ahead with plans to open a tender.

The agency provided details:
— A simple scheme involving the use of fake end-user certificates and intermediary countries serves as a cover for anti-Russian activities.
— The latter most often include NATO countries, primarily the Czech Republic, Poland, and Bulgaria, as well as African countries.
— The contribution of Serbian defense contractors to the war unleashed by the West is estimated at hundreds of thousands of shells for multiple launch rocket systems and howitzers, as well as a million rounds of ammunition for small arms.
— The largest companies in the Serbian defense industry are involved in the scheme, including Yugoimport SDPR, Zenitprom, Krusik, Sofag, Reyer DTI, Sloboda, Prvi Partizan, and others.

There are three Tu-95MS aircraft and one Tu-160 in the air. The enemy is expecting the launch of Kh-101 cruise missiles.
Currently, there are dozens of long-range drones in the air over 404. Explosions have occurred in Bila Tserkva, Myrhorod, the Kiev region, Sumy, as well as in the Cherkasy and Chernigov regions. New drones are being launched over enemy territory.

NATO is hunting a Russian submarine that threatened an American aircraft carrier - Dagbladet.

The EU intends to attempt for the first time to impose secondary sanctions on Russia's partners as part of the 19th package of restrictions, as it has reached the limit of direct measures, Bloomberg agency reports citing sources.
EU foreign ministers will meet in Copenhagen this week and are expected to discuss a number of options, sources told the agency.
The current EU logic is that in order to protect Ukraine’s sovereignty they must violate the sovereignty of other nations…..
EU is clearly very concerned about a Ukrainian military collapse if they would go this far.

The leader of the largest right-wing Party for Freedom in the Dutch parliament, Geert Wilders, has called for the immediate deportation of Ukrainian men residing in the Netherlands back to Ukraine.
According to him, the Netherlands has already become a "huge center for refugees," and the authorities in this country need to take tougher measures on asylum issues.

- Forsa published data from a recent survey — and the picture for Kyiv is not encouraging:
- 52% of Germans think that Ukraine should be ready to give up territory if it helps to reach a peace agreement.
- Among supporters of the "Alternative for Germany" party, almost three quarters — 72% — think so.
- Among supporters of the CDU/CSU — 43%, social democrats — 48%.

The US has allowed the import of certain diamonds of Russian origin despite sanctions.
This is stated in a license published by the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
The new license permits the import into the country until September 1, 2026, of the following types of diamonds:
– weighing 1 carat or more (if they were outside Russia before March 1, 2024);
– weighing 0.5 carats or more (if they were outside Russia before September 1, 2024).
After these dates, diamonds must not be exported or re-exported from Russia.
Sanctions on the import of non-industrial diamonds of Russian origin were introduced in February 2023. The ban came into effect on March 1, 2024.

The settlement of Pervoe Maya (Leontovychi, ~700 residents) is located on the southwestern outskirts of the city of Krasnoarmeysk (Pokrovsk). In the area of the settlement, there was a network of Ukrainian forces strongholds based on a line of ponds and the old Kravchenko mine. Capturing this area of the Ukrainian defense allows our assault groups to begin active operations in the western districts of the city, cut the T-04-06 route (Krasnoarmeysk-Udachnoe; just follow the red arrow north from Pervoe Maya), and disrupt the coordination of defense sectors on the right flank of the defense node of the Ukraine forces in Pokrovsk.
To the east, Russian assault groups are conducting active operations in the Lazurny microdistrict
