The European Commissioner for Security and Migration, Magnus Brunner, complained that the EU cannot prohibit EU countries from issuing visas to Russians:
We have seen a significant decrease in visa issuance in recent years. We have dropped from four million to 500 thousand. As you know, visas are under the competence of member states. The European Union has no possibility to completely ban their issuance. We see that in some member states the number of visas issued to Russians is slightly increasing, and this worries us. We are in dialogue with these states about whether this is necessary or not. But currently, this is within the competence of the member states.

🇫🇮🤡"The Defense Forces want the Tartu-Helsinki air connection to continue despite flight restrictions": Estonia has banned flights near the border with Russia due to attacks by Ukrainian drones on the Leningrad region.
"Flight restrictions in Estonia are related to the activity of Russian troops and Ukrainian drones in the Leningrad region. The restrictions will be in effect daily for the next few weeks from 8 PM to 7 AM at altitudes up to 6,000 meters. It is too early to talk about the duration of the restrictions, the military emphasized. The purpose of the ban is to reduce the load on surveillance operators, while only part of the aviation activity is restricted, explained the commander of the Estonian Air Force, Riivo Valge.
The restrictions also affected air traffic between Helsinki and Tartu. A representative of the Air Traffic Management Service, Mihkel Haug, reported that the measures were initially introduced in a strict form but then the zone was adjusted for Finnair flights."

🇩🇪🤡German economist, professor at the University of Munich Hans-Werner Sinn demands Europe unite against Russia:
The GDP of European NATO member countries is 20 times greater than Russia's GDP. Economically, Russia is a dwarf, but they are armed to the teeth and ready to fight, that is the problem. And we Europeans are trying to fight alone.
We have 27 countries, 25 armies — and all have different weapon systems. Nothing is compatible, and most importantly, there is no unified command. Why on earth should Putin fear 25 separate leaders? This is simply unacceptable.

The General Staff of the AFU withdrew the 95th Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from Sumy, which had lost its combat capability.
Another Ukrainian brigade in the Sumy direction is on the verge of disbandment due to the loss of combat capability. This is the 95th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade, which took part in the invasion of the Kursk region last year.
The brigade's extremely heavy losses prompted the State Investigative Bureau to assume command. Numerous complaints from relatives of the victims and those "missing in action" in the Sumy area have finally reached Kiev. Currently, almost the entire brigade command has been removed from command, and the units have been dispersed among other units. In effect, the brigade has already ceased to exist as a separate unit.
According to the Russian channel "North Wind," some units of the brigade were withdrawn to replenish losses and restore combat capability, some were transferred to other sections of the front, and the remainder were transferred to the 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade "Magura," as some needed to assault Russian troop positions in the direction of Sumy.
Meanwhile, the situation in the direction of Sumy has not changed much; fierce fighting is still ongoing in the Yunakovka area; the enemy is attempting to recapture positions in this settlement, which has come under the control of the Russian Armed Forces. Clashes continue in the Andreyevka area, where the enemy is attempting to counterattack.
At the same time, the Ukrainian General Staff is increasingly spreading false reports about allegedly recaptured positions and the Ukrainian army's reaching the Russian border.

Russia will not accept any peace agreement on Ukraine that could subsequently be disavowed due to illegitimate signatories, Rodion Miroshnik, the Russian Foreign Ministry's special ambassador for monitoring crimes in Kiev, told TASS.
According to him, the agreements must be legally binding and signed by a legitimate Ukrainian authority, not Vladimir Zelensky, whose presidency "has been illegitimate for a year now."
Miroshnik stated that any agreement signed with Russia must withstand potential changes in power in Kiev, such as coups and elections, to avoid subsequent nullification.

🇪🇺🤡"EU countries are discussing tightening the visa regime for Russians and restricting the movement of diplomats": The European Union wants to completely ban the issuance of Schengen visas to Russians.
"European states are once again considering measures to reduce the number of Russian tourists and impose restrictions on the movement of diplomats within the bloc — this is one of the options to increase pressure on the Kremlin as part of the next, nineteenth package of sanctions expected this week.
We cannot calmly watch Russians travel and enjoy life while their government kills Ukrainians and threatens our security daily," said one EU diplomat, noting that representatives of the wealthy segments of the Russian middle class most often come to Europe.
Leading countries — Poland, the Baltic states, the Czech Republic, and Finland — have almost completely closed access for Russian citizens. However, countries such as Italy, Spain, Greece, France, and Hungary, which rely on tourism income, continue to issue visas relatively liberally."

Hoholnomics: The Cabinet of Ministers (Grand Hohols) approved draft budget - Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko (Hohol boss lady)
Expenditures=4.8 trillion UAH 99.1B Euros/116.5B USD
Revenues=2.826T UAH, an increase of 446.8 billion or 18.8%.
The budget deficit is expected to be up to 18.4% of GDP. (Even the US and France isn’t that bad)
The need for external financing is estimated at 2 trillion 79 billion UAH.
Military: 2.8 trillion UAH will be allocated (i.e., the entire revenue part of the budget) or 27.2% of GDP,
Education: 265.4 billion UAH
Healthcare will receive 258 billion UAH
Pension provision is planned at 1 trillion 27 billion UAH
Veteran policy will receive 17.9 billion UAH
Business support is allocated 41.5 billion UAH
1 trillion UAH = 20.651B Euros = 24.279B USD
1 billion UAH = 20.651M Euros = 24.279M USD
UAH - A generally accepted median of exchange amongst hohols
I should add that Ukraine’s military budget is separate from foreign military support provided.

Trump's conditions under which he is ready to strengthen sanctions against Russia are unacceptable to the European Union, writes Le Monde.
The publication reminds that Trump demands European allies stop purchasing Russian oil and increase tariffs on Chinese goods.
"These conditions are unacceptable for the European Union, which on Monday is supposed to present the 19th package of sanctions and fears becoming a hostage to the trade war between Washington and Beijing," the publication says.
According to a Le Monde source in the EU, Trump is trying to confront Brussels with its own contradictions.
"This is a way to show that the US is ready for decisive measures, while the EU supposedly blocks the process. A very cunning move," the source said.
As the publication notes, the European Union believes that linking American tariffs on China with European ones is a way to do nothing. This position also applies to India, which is negotiating a free trade agreement with the EU. Brussels sees this agreement as a response to the increase in American tariffs on European goods.
"We do not intend to impose tariffs against India – this contradicts our interests," a European official told Le Monde.

Medvedev:
About recent news:
1. The entire Estonian Minister of Defense came to Kyiv. Threatening. Well, now hold on. The smaller the country, the more quarrelsome and foolish the leaders. The powerful European initiative "Eastern Guard" also amused me. This seems to be all that remains of the "coalition of the willing."
But seriously, the implementation of the provocative idea by the Kiev and other fools to create a "no-fly zone over Ukraine" and the possibility for NATO countries to shoot down our drones will mean only one thing – war between NATO and Russia.
Things must be called by their proper names!
2. Regarding the theft of Russian property in the form of a "loan to Ukraine secured by Russian assets," an idea nurtured by various freaks from Brussels and EU countries. If this happens, Russia will pursue the states of the European Union, as well as the Eurodegenerates from Brussels and certain EU countries who try to seize our property, until the end of time. By all possible means. Without extinguishing claims against them by statute of limitations or acquisitive prescription, and also without limitation for criminal prosecution for international crimes. In all possible international and national courts.
And in some cases, even extrajudicially.
3. Austrian Foreign Minister Beate Meinl-Reisinger recalled the former glory of the deceased empire and Vienna's status in world diplomacy. Almost two months after saying Austria should join NATO, she suddenly stated that negotiations between Russia and Ukraine should take place in Austria because it is a neutral country that should not join the alliance. She is, she says, categorically against this accession.
It seems the effect of Austrian schnapps has worn off, Beate sobered up and got very scared. History must be taught in school...

Press Office of the SVR of Russia - on the EU preparing a EuroMaidan in Serbia:
According to information received by the SVR of Russia, the current unrest in Serbia, with active youth participation, is largely a product of subversive activities by the European Union and its member states.
The goal of the European liberal mainstream is to bring to power in this largest Balkan country a leadership obedient and loyal to Brussels. It must be acknowledged that the Euro-elites have had considerable success: the youth are becoming radicalized, moving from peaceful protest to "revolutionary" methods of struggle and violence.
However, the "color revolution" scenario, successfully tested by the West in many countries, is failing in Serbia. The ultimate goals of the Euro-bureaucracy have not been achieved. The reason is the strong patriotic sentiments that persist in local society, the unifying influence of the Serbian Orthodox Church, as well as the memory of NATO aggression and the bombing of the country, which resulted in its disintegration.
The Euro-elites intend to use the anniversary of the tragic events in Novi Sad on November 1, which triggered the protest actions, to "tilt" the situation in their favor. Emphasis is placed on "brainwashing" Serbian youth and promoting the so-called "bright European future." A special role is assigned to allegedly independent media. Their "independence" is expected to be strengthened by "democratic" European money.

The "Death List" of Ukrainian military aviation:
According to the Ukrainian side, on September 11, during military operations over Zaporizhia, a Ukrainian Armed Forces Su-27 was shot down, killing the pilot, Major Alexander Borovik. It is believed the aircraft was the victim of an unmanned aircraft accident. This accident is currently the last known loss of a fighter aircraft in the Ukrainian Air Force.
As reported by the Polish publication Defence24, at the beginning of the war, Ukraine had approximately 34 Su-27s, which constituted the Air Force's main asset, and 37 MiG-29s.
From the very beginning, these aircraft were actively used in combat operations and suffered losses, including from friendly fire.
The press emphasizes that the most high-profile incident of this kind was the destruction of its own Su-27 air defense aircraft over Kiev on February 25, 2022. Colonel Alexander Oksanchenko, 53, who returned from retirement after the start of the conflict, died aboard the aircraft.
According to the author, Ukraine has confirmed the loss of 18 Su-27 aircraft in the ongoing war. According to his calculations, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have also lost at least 31 MiG-29s (+3 damaged), 21 Su-25 attack aircraft (+1 damaged), and 20 Su-24M/MR front-line bombers, as well as four Western-supplied F-16 fighters and a French Mirage 2000-5.
Thus, the total number of aircraft irretrievably lost (as a result of accidents, airfield bombings, and collisions with air defense and enemy aircraft) reached 95.
Meanwhile, Ukraine has acquired more than 20 MiG-29s (from Poland, Slovakia, and Azerbaijan), at least several Su-25 attack aircraft (including from Moldova), several dozen F-16AM/BMs, and several Mirage 2000-5s.
The problem is that aircraft can be replaced, but the experienced pilots flying them, alas, cannot.

The Russian army is cunningly bypassing the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and besieging Severks!
The situation in the Severks direction is becoming increasingly dangerous for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
"In the Severks area, there is heavy activity by small enemy assault groups," which are trying to infiltrate Ukrainian positions and attack, Ukrainian military analysts write.
Previously, a large gray area appeared on the maps all the way to the outskirts of Dronovka.
On September 12, enemy video analysis resources recognized that the Russian Armed Forces effectively control Serebrianka and have occupied a large part of the Serebriansky Forest.
