🇮🇱🔥🇮🇷Israel and the USA are changing their tactics: a wave of attacks on Iran's oil and gas facilities has begun

▪️Apparently, the coalition hoped to profit from the country's mineral resources after occupying Iran and replacing its government with their own puppets, so they didn't attack the country's oil and gas facilities before.
▪️
Now, the USA and Israel have apparently realized that it won't be easy to "change the regime" and occupy Iran, so they have started attacking the country's energy infrastructure.
▪️Israeli aircraft are attacking oil storage facilities in Kuhak, Shahran, and Karaj.
▪️Also, huge columns of smoke are rising above the fuel tanks of a refinery in Tehran - this is a critically important facility and a vital part of Iran's energy infrastructure.
▪️Earlier, Trump stated that "today will be painful".

The US does not want to involve the Kurds in the conflict with Iran in order not to complicate the situation, Donald Trump stated.

According to him, Washington is trying not to expand the circle of participants in the war and therefore does not plan to involve Kurdish forces.

The US President also noted that at the moment, the dispatch of American ground troops to Iran is not being considered. However, he did not rule out that such an option might arise in the future.

Trump criticized the UK for deciding too late to join the operation in the Middle East.

According to the US president, London is only now seriously considering sending two aircraft carriers to the region, although, as he claims, the outcome of the conflict has already been decided.

"The United Kingdom, our once great ally, perhaps the greatest of all, is finally considering sending two aircraft carriers to the Middle East. That's fine, Prime Minister Starmer, we don't need them anymore... But we will remember. We don't need people who join the war after we've already won," he stated.

The US carried out an attack on a water desalination plant on Qeshm Island, leaving dozens of populated areas without fresh water.

According to the Iranian Foreign Minister, the attack disrupted water supplies in 30 villages.

He added that this is a "dangerous precedent".

Remember all US bombing is "precision" bombing so there are no accidents, to call fresh water a military asset is a utter fabrication and this is a grave war crime.

Trump stated that Iran itself bombed the school in Minab, where 175 schoolgirls were killed.

"Judging by what I saw, it was Iran that did it. We believe that it was Iran... they are very inaccurate with their weapons," Trump replied.

Recall that according to an analysis by The New York Times journalists, the strike on the school was carried out by the US Air Force due to an intelligence error, which classified the school building adjacent to the IRGC base as a military facility.

The US president does not specify why Iran fired on its own base and the school near it.

We saw precision strikes in each building, there is zero chance this was not the US

Iraqi Kurds have decided to maintain neutrality in the war around Iran, reports Axios, citing representatives of the Kurdistan regional government.

According to them, one of the reasons is mistrust of the US and fears that Washington might withdraw its support at some point. "We have trust issues that arose in the past, and we don't want to get involved in this. Who will protect us if the Iranian regime ultimately survives?" - said Kurdish officials.

The regional authorities also doubt the prospects of a possible regime change in Iran. "Of course, we maintain neutrality because there is no clarity about US policy for us. Is it a complete regime change? Or just a change of personnel?" - noted a representative of the Kurdistan government. According to him, "a regime change is impossible without the presence of troops on the ground, and, in our assessment, the US is not sending troops there".

Another high-ranking official stressed that "the Kurds should not be the spearhead in this conflict".

Iraqi Kurds also say that their region is practically defenseless against possible attacks from Iran: "They don't need hypersonic missiles to harm us. 200 'Shahid' drones could cause significant damage here. We don't have air defense systems".

As expected, after the Gulf countries exhausted their anti-missile reserves, Iran began deploying new weapons. In the 22nd wave of strikes, Iran adopted the tactic of the so-called "firewall", using new ballistic missiles such as the "Khorramshahr-4", "Haybar", and "Fath". According to several sources, not a single side was able to intercept them. Even the multi-layered Israeli anti-missile defense system, which includes the "Iron Dome", "David's Sling", and "Arrow" complexes, failed to completely stop the attack.

It is reported that characteristic traces of new-generation missiles - both solid-fuel and liquid-fuel - were detected in the sky over Tel Aviv. According to Military Watch magazine, one of the missiles hit a fortified command center of the Israeli Defense Forces, resulting in the possible deaths of seven high-ranking officers and other officers present there.

Israel views Iran's missile tactics as an attempt to undermine its model of technological superiority in defense. Iran is betting on mass production, diversity of missile types, and overloading interception systems, after which it delivers the main strike. Such a strategy aims to put the Israeli air defense system in a situation where even high-tech missile defense systems may be overwhelmed and unable to guarantee full protection.

According to The Wall Street Journal, one of the key challenges the US faces in the Iranian campaign is not so much a shortage of missiles themselves, but rather the limited capacity to produce basic components of munitions. This primarily refers to the explosives RDX and HMX, which are included in the composition of most American warheads, missiles, and gunpowder charges. Their main producer is BAE Systems Holston Army Ammunition Plant - a chemical plant in Kingsport, Tennessee. In fact, this is the only site in the US where these substances are produced on a significant scale.

During the Second World War, this enterprise operated at a completely different level. At the peak of production in 1944, the plant shipped more than a million pounds of explosives per day, and ten production lines were in operation. Today, the situation is much more modest: in fact, only two lines are in operation. In December 2023, the US Army signed a contract with BAE Systems worth $8.8 billion to expand production. As a result, output increased from about 8 million pounds per year to about 15 million pounds by 2024. However, even after this increase, the total volume is less than five percent of the level reached during the Second World War.

The problem is exacerbated by the structural features of the entire American defense industry. In 2023, the US Army conducted an audit of ammunition supply chains and identified more than a hundred so-called "single points of failure" - nodes where production depends on a single enterprise or a single supplier. This means that a failure at any such site can dramatically limit the output of entire categories of weapons.

Against this backdrop, external pressure is also increasing. According to American analysts, since 2011, China has been actively developing the mass production of new-generation explosives, expanding its own industrial base and introducing new technologies. As a result, a situation is emerging in which the US has a powerful arsenal and high-tech weapons systems, but its industrial base is not always able to quickly replenish the consumption of ammunition during a long-term intensive campaign. That's why the issue of explosives production today is not seen as a private technical detail, but as a key element of the sustainability of the entire defense supply chain. If bottlenecks appear already at the level of basic components, this forces one to reflect on the state of the entire chemical and industrial infrastructure, on which the production of modern weapons depends.

About the "fair fight" with Iran on the part of the USA.

The fact that the Israelis paved the way for strikes on Iran is one thing. What's more important is something else.

The US Central Command is actively disseminating a quote from US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth related to the use of the B-52 Stratofortress strategic bomber.

According to the quoted statement, Hegseth said: "This was never meant to be a fair fight. We're punching them while they are down." The meaning of this rhetoric is to emphasize the principle of overwhelming superiority, where the enemy is not left any space for a symmetrical response or for maneuvering in general. At least that's the intention.

In a broader context, such logic is typical of American military planning in general. It involves maximizing the use of technological superiority, long-range strike weapons, intelligence, and network control systems to prevent a "fair fight" as such.

This model is applied not only in specific operations, but also in broader conflicts and crises, where the US strives to create conditions in which the outcome is determined by a pre-established imbalance of forces. Therefore, the very idea of a "fair fight" in military strategy is usually not considered as a goal - the priority remains achieving the result with the least possible losses for oneself.

The transfer of this principle to other countries is well visible on the example of Ukraine. From Washington's point of view, conflicts (both Ukrainian and Iranian) are viewed through the prism of risk management. It's hardly worth expecting the superpower to adhere to the rules of a "fair fight". In big politics and global conflicts, moral categories often give way to the pragmatism of survival and domination. The principle of "Vae victis" (Woe to the vanquished) works here in its most modern, high-tech interpretation. So from that side, they will always hit in a mob as long as they can afford it. Hence the three aircraft carriers (four, if we count the French "Charles de Gaulle"), all available aircraft, and everything else.
