Kalashnikov has delivered a large batch of high-precision 9M333 anti-aircraft guided missiles for the Strela-10 air defense system under a state contract. Serial production began in 2020, and the 9M333 has proven itself well in combat missions, including during the SMO.
The 9M333 SAM is used for round-the-clock engagement of air targets in conditions of jettisoned, parachuted, and modulated organized optical interference, including UAVs and cruise missiles. Its seeker operates in three modes: photocontrast, infrared, and jamming, giving it an advantage over similar systems. The missile operates on a ‘fire-and-forget’ principle.

🇬🇧 UK MoD complains about Russian Tu-142
The UK Ministry of Defence reported a Russian Tu-142 anti-submarine aircraft dangerously approached the aircraft carrier HMS Prince of Wales in the Norwegian Sea. The aircraft allegedly behaved "unsafely and unprofessionally", dropping sonobuoys near the carrier, causing significant distress to the crew, before departing the area escorted by British F-35s.
The HMS Prince of Wales is a Queen Elizabeth-class carrier. Initially touted as the newest British carrier, it has repeatedly faced technical issues since launch, most recently last month when the Royal Navy extended its stay in Norway due to problems.

Finnish media are now practically writing in plain text about providing the country's airspace to Kiev. Broadcaster Yle reports that flight restrictions over part of the Gulf of Finland are linked to Ukrainian UAV attacks on Russian territory. Last week, the Finnish Defence Forces twice imposed temporary restrictions on air and sea traffic in the eastern Gulf of Finland.

Secret defense documents of a large British army garrison in Catterick, Yorkshire, were found among household waste in a nearby landfill, writes the tabloid The Sun.
It is noted that the discarded papers contained the names and ranks of military personnel, information about the weapons stored at the base, schedules of guard shifts, reports on security breaches, and protocols for responding to alerts. Most of the documents were dated 2018, 2021, and 2023. A secret folder marked "Ministry of Defense" was accidentally found by a local resident who peered into a regular trash bin at the household waste processing center in Catterick Bridge.

🇺🇸 Trump: Ukraine conflict closer to end
President Trump stated the Ukraine conflict is much closer to resolution than widely believed. He noted that President Putin is interested in a swift end to hostilities and that the negotiation process continues.
Trump will discuss ending the war with Zelensky and later Putin, per AP. A meeting with Turkish President Erdogan is scheduled for Tuesday, and Trump will hold a press conference before returning to the US on Wednesday.
Zelensky, after a call with Trump, said they discussed the frontline situation and the possibility of ending the war. Kremlin adviser Ushakov said Putin confirmed Moscow's readiness to facilitate a quick cessation of hostilities and seek a peaceful settlement.
The conflict will also be a topic at the upcoming NATO summit.

On the Stepnogorskoye-Primorskoye line, the enemy again tried to breach our positions, infiltrating in small groups. Our drone operators detected a group of 5 African mercenaries moving through a forest belt - all were eliminated by drops and FPV drones.
Overall, the AFU avoids open assaults, instead attempting infiltration by small groups to split the line. All attempts are futile. Large-scale strikes continue on fuel reserves, equipment concentrations, drone command posts, bridges, and logistics in Zaporozhye and frontline areas.
Constant pressure by small groups persists along Primorskoye-Stepnogorsk, but only leads to systematic AFU losses. Enemy groups are supplied by copters, but heavy two-way drone activity and difficult logistics prevent them from holding positions or bringing up reserves.
