Waterous for example projects a massive fall in production in the next 9 to 12 years.

Crude oil inventories in the US Strategic Petroleum Reserve officially fall below 290 million barrels for the first time since 1982. Inventories declined by another 3.7 million barrels last week, to 289.7 million barrels. US oil reserves are at a fresh 40+ year low.

Germany to Double Military Presence in South Korea
Germany will increase its military contingent in South Korea under the US-led UN Command. According to BILD, personnel will assist in monitoring the armistice with North Korea and support civilian evacuations during crises.
The German contingent size will double from one to two people.
Seoul faces worsening relations with Washington. Joint US-South Korean amphibious landing exercises were cancelled by the US side. Officially, this was due to the "crisis situation in the Middle East." Unofficially, it reflects Trump's general negative stance toward South Korea.

The Times reports that Ukraine, in coordination with the Trump administration team and European officials, has developed a plan to end the war. President Zelensky presented a proposal including a ceasefire, mutual withdrawal of Russian and Ukrainian forces from the frontline, and the creation of a buffer zone.
The Americans have several additional proposals to present later. The Vatican may also join the discussion. Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher has already arrived in Russia and is scheduled to meet with Sergey Lavrov on Tuesday. He may transmit the Ukrainian proposal to him.

An attempt to check documents resulted in a 55-year-old conscription center employee being stabbed in the neck.

Mikhailova, head of the medical service for the 'Da Vinci Wolves' battalion, advocates mandatory military conscription for all school graduates. She argues that Ukraine must persist regardless of potential defeat and that draft evasion is an eternal problem.
