🇺🇦 Zelensky's plane nearly hit by drone in Moldova
Norwegian PM Jonas Gahr Støre revealed that the Ukrainian president's aircraft was almost struck by a UAV during takeoff from Moldova. The flight was en route to Oslo for King Harald V's funeral.
Støre used the incident to highlight Ukraine's critical air defense gaps, describing them as a "hole in the roof." He emphasized the need for industrial cooperation to supply and build domestic systems, noting Zelensky must travel globally despite such risks.
Suspect they are hyping this story. Can't say if its true or not. I think most of these miraculous misses like the German one are just false flags.

Witkoff and Kushner were shocked by the behavior of Zelensky’s team during their visit to Kiev, stated Rada MP Anna Skorokhod.
"Our 'great' leaders fail to grasp that there are appropriate things to do and events where one might crack a joke, but then there are situations where such behavior isn't just inappropriate—it defies all reason. There are protocols and established norms regarding conduct and how to speak. But since these people essentially 'walked past' the universities they supposedly graduated from, we are left with the situation we have now," she said.

Russia records largest monthly budget surplus in a year – Bloomberg
▪️ According to the agency's calculations based on data from the Russian Ministry of Finance, the federal budget surplus in August amounted to approximately $7.7 billion – the highest since August 2025.
▪️ The main reason was large dividend payments from state-owned companies for the results of the previous year.
▪️ Oil and gas revenues, including dividends, increased by 17% year-on-year, which allowed to offset a 16% increase in expenses.
▪️ As a result, the total budget deficit for January-August decreased to 5.8 trillion rubles.
▪️ At the same time, this figure still significantly exceeds the target for the entire year, which is 3.8 trillion rubles, or 1.6% of GDP.
