Russian forces liberated Novоaleksandrovka and Polnaya in Kharkov region
Assault troops of the 128th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade (44th Army Corps) drove units of the 129th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces out of Novoaleksandrovka.
Subsequently, soldiers of the 82nd Motorized Rifle Regiment (69th Motorized Rifle Division, 6th Guards Combined Arms Army) broke the resistance of the 57th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade and took control of Polnaya.

The Trump administration is preparing sweeping sanctions on the International Criminal Court in defense of indicted war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu
▪️ The sanctions would forbid most transactions with the ICC after a 6 to 7 month grace period, potentially cutting the court off from the US dollar and much of the global financial system, according to the Wall Street Journal.
▪️ A final decision could come as soon as this week, during the UN General Assembly meeting, officials said.
▪️ The US has already sanctioned several ICC officials, including former Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan, court president Tomoko Akane, and the lead prosecutor in the Netanyahu case; the new measures would target the institution's transactions broadly rather than individual officials.
▪️ Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in July the administration would dismantle the court "brick by brick”.
